Right by the sea with an amazing view! We were just as impressed by the wonderful hospitality of all the staff. The meals were also very satisfying, with seasonal vegetables and fresh meat and fish. We spend our days surrounded by air conditioning, so it was refreshing to enjoy the natural, pleasant breeze. Our family is already talking about coming back again next year. Thank you very much.

I had long had this Accommodation on my list to visit, and chose it for a trip to celebrate my retirement. With no worries about the weather, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the baths. There was also a free Shuttle Service from Shin-Tamagawa to Tamagawa, and the vigorously bubbling Onsen was truly impressive. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were excellent, and I was able to fully enjoy Akita’s local cuisine.

A long-established Ryokan in central Kochi City where you can enjoy a natural Onsen. Materials are also displayed so you can learn about Kochi Castle and the history of the Yamauchi clan—so it’s not just for enjoyment, but also for learning. The hospitality of all the staff is outstanding.

I stayed here for a trip departing from Narita Airport. The Facility isn’t brand-new, but it’s more than sufficient for the price. The bath was spacious, so I could soak and relieve my fatigue. Amenities, including bath salts, are selected from in front of the front desk. There was a wide variety of tea, and options like honey tea were delicious. Buses to Narita Airport ran every hour starting in the 6 a.m. hour, so I took the first one and had plenty of time. When I wasn’t sure which departure time to choose, the front desk staff kindly said, “If it were me, I’d choose an earlier time,” which made me very happy.

I stay here when I have business trips to the Suwa area. It had been a while since my last stay, as I hadn’t had the chance to stay recently. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the large public bath, and even on a one-night stay, I used it twice—at night and again the next morning. I’d like to stay here again on my next business trip.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

While urgently looking for an affordable Onsen Accommodation near Kagoshima Airport, I came across this place. I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was spacious and clean, the open-air Onsen bath was very relaxing, and there was also a cold plunge in the indoor bath—overall, I was very satisfied. I didn’t make a Reservation with meals included, so I arranged it directly at the Accommodation, and it turned out to be a delicious meal made with local ingredients. The breakfast in particular was excellent.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have the chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I would prefer the wash area to have a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit less private. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

I visited for a day trip. The staff were very friendly. It was in a quiet location, a little away from the Onsen town. I arrived by car about an hour early, so I went shopping in the Onsen town about a 12-minute walk away, and they picked me up by car at the tourist information center. It was raining, so I really appreciated being picked up even though it was just a day trip. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to stay overnight.

I wanted a non-smoking Room, but none were available at the time of Reservation. Since my wife is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, I emailed to confirm, and received a prompt and courteous reply, which allowed us to head to the Hotel with peace of mind. On the day, our Room was changed to a non-smoking Room, and we were also able to relax in the large public bath and recover from our trip. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We booked the anniversary Plan, and we were truly delighted by the surprise cake, champagne, and bouquet. We also really appreciated having the cake and champagne delivered to our room via room service. The food was absolutely delicious, and the two main dishes in particular were outstanding. We would love to stay here again when we visit Awaji Island.

I stayed here to visit Hakodate Racecourse. I returned because I stayed last year and it was excellent. Among the major Hotels in Yunokawa Onsen, this one seems to be the closest to the racecourse. It’s about a 15-minute walk, and there’s also a streetcar, so it’s convenient for getting into the city as well. There are also a convenience store, COOP, and a drugstore nearby. In any case, there are very few Rooms, so it never feels crowded. The large public bath is also quiet. The property is connected to Takubokutei, so you can use Takubokutei’s large public bath and shop as well. (Guests staying at Takubokutei cannot use Kaikyo no Kaze.) The Room was simply spacious. Even the standard type felt very comfortable. This time I chose a Room with a private bath, and that bath was outstanding—spacious with great water quality. Having two sinks was also convenient. Even the tissue box was full-sized like at home. The only disappointment was that both the Room window and the bathroom window were dirty, so I couldn’t clearly enjoy the view through them. Since we were on a high floor, cleaning the windows may be difficult, but I had been looking forward to “a panoramic view of the Tsugaru Strait,” so it fell slightly short of expectations. This time we booked a Plan with dinner and breakfast included, and both meals were truly excellent. There was an abundant selection of Hokkaido ingredients with plenty of variety on the menu, plus several kinds of desserts—I ate so much that I didn’t need lunch. Meal times were scheduled in advance as well, so there was no crowding. Next year I’d like to stay again with my daughter (three of us). Also starting next year my son is scheduled to be transferred to Sapporo, so I’d like to recommend this place to him too.

Checked in late at night and enjoyed the Onsen. Breakfast the next morning was delicious no matter what I ate! The potato salad with mentaiko was the best, haha.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

We felt truly relaxed in our Room with a view of Lake Biwa. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. Above all, the dinner we had been looking forward to exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the Omi beef and sashimi, and the buffet with sushi and more was very satisfying. Even my mother, who doesn’t usually like meat, said it was delicious and enjoyed the Omi beef. After dinner, we watched a children’s Japanese taiko drum show. It was very powerful and became a wonderful travel memory. We would love to stay again.

We stopped by on our way back from visiting a family grave at Mount Koya. This was our second stay, and the Onsen was especially relaxing—we truly enjoyed the ocean view right in front of us. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy with the complimentary drinks service in the lounge that started this year. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again for a third or fourth time.
