The Room had a great layout, especially the spacious, easy-to-use closet. The sofa by the window was also roomy and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. Also, the “Tamatebako” in the dinner menu was carefully prepared item by item. We enjoyed it in order from the appetizer to the vinegared dishes, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the clam dobin-mushi. The eel kamameshi was tasty, but I would have liked a bit more eel. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included as a family of three. While the building feels a bit old, it is well maintained and very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. We chose a meal-included Plan, and the food was excellent—we were able to relax and enjoy our meals. The drink bar with alcohol was fantastic, and I ended up getting refills many times (a bit tipsy). Breakfast also had a wide variety, and I went back for both Japanese and Western dishes. The houtou noodles were delicious as well. One thing that concerned me slightly was an odor in the Room. It didn’t bother us while we were in the Room, but when we returned after bathing, the smell stood out—so I think this could be improved. The bath area is small but includes an open-air bath and a sauna, and it was great that we could use the private bath for free. There were also massage chairs and computers available to use for free as part of the Facility offerings, plus unlimited manga—it felt like there wasn’t enough time to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a very good Accommodation. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Onsen was truly wonderful, just as rumored. Despite being a secluded hot spring, the meals were excellent and the hospitality was genuinely pleasant.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I stayed one night with my dog (dinner and breakfast included). The Room faced the beach, and the view was amazing. I took walks around the Hotel in the evening and in the morning. Meals were served in a separate building, and I enjoyed them together with my dog in my Room. The simmered blackthroat seaperch, crab meat, grilled beef, and everything else was delicious. I was completely full. The Onsen was spacious, and the bathing areas alternated daily between men and women. It was a very satisfying trip. Next time, I’ll book a Multiple Night Stay.

After sightseeing in Kanazawa, we stayed here and were truly soothed by the calm atmosphere inside the Accommodation, the beautiful garden, and the relaxing Onsen. The meals in particular reflected the season, and we were able to enjoy Kaga culture through both the cuisine and the tableware. Thanks to the warm and attentive service from all of your staff, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. My mother and I were able to spend a peaceful time together, making this one of the most memorable stays of our Hokuriku trip. We would love to visit again in a different season. I booked without much research, but I was impressed by the drink service in front of the front desk, the ice cream after the bath, the late-night snack service, and how delicious the breakfast buffet was. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.

Conveniently located near the Kamitori Shopping Arcade and the tram stop, with great value for money. The sauna and large public bath are also very comfortable. Compared to the Sakuramachi area it’s a bit quieter, but around Kamitori there are vintage clothing shops and stylish stores tucked away in small side streets, giving it a Shimokitazawa-like vibe that’s fun to explore. Parking isn’t an issue either, as there’s a nearby affiliated large multi-story parking garage. However, if you take your car in and out, you can no longer use the parking validation ticket.

It was close to the station and Nankinmachi, and because it faces a wide street, I felt safe even at night. The Room was compact and clean. The guest-only lounge was so well equipped that I wondered if it was really free. We stayed as a group this time, so having a space where we could gather and chat was very helpful. If I had to mention one thing, I would like a shower cap to be provided in the Room. I only noticed after getting ready for a bath, and I hesitated to go all the way to the front desk to pick one up. Advice for future guests: If your vehicle is tall, please be aware that there is no nearby parking available for high-clearance vehicles.

My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We definitely want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the whole view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. We also enjoyed the drink pairing with each dish—it was such a fun experience, and savoring each combination together became a special memory for us. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Sitting in that quiet space with no one else around—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea—was pure bliss. It felt like an incredibly luxurious moment with an ocean view all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional as well. At dinner, a male staff member thoughtfully timed our drinks perfectly and shared details about each dish; at breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk to, and her friendly conversation made everything taste even better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full of coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. One small note: the road leading to the Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon with many pedestrians around, I felt a bit uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, and hospitality were all excellent—it was a relaxing stay that my spouse and I genuinely enjoyed from start to finish. We would love to return again.

I was looking in Umeda, but many places there are far from the station, so I chose this one, just one stop away. It’s a lively area (lol). There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores packed in between here and the station—more convenient than Umeda! The lounge had drinks only and no food. Maybe it was just when I visited. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

I stayed here for my birthday. When I entered the Room, there was a message card and other thoughtful touches, and they arranged a Room with a great view as I had requested in advance, which I was very satisfied with. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I liked it so much that I extended my stay by one more night. When I visit Osaka again, I would love to stay at Zentis again. Thank you very much.

All the staff were incredibly cheerful, which made for a very pleasant stay. The building feels a bit old, but it seems to be well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The baths are also clean. While I was using the large public bath, a staff member came by to check on things and even cleaned up what looked like fallen leaves. I stayed two nights with breakfast and dinner included, and there was such a wide variety of dishes that I never got bored—everything was delicious and very filling.

As expected from a renowned rice region, the rice cooked individually in small pots for each guest at dinner on the first night of our two-night stay was simply outstanding. We were already more than full from the delicious meal and kept saying we couldn’t possibly eat any more rice—yet we still found ourselves reaching for it. We even wondered if the water made the difference. For breakfast and dinner on the second night, we had rice served in an ohitsu (wooden tub). It was of course delicious as well, but the first night’s pot-cooked rice was truly unforgettable. The Onsen was wonderfully abundant, and we had an extremely comfortable stay overall. We also really appreciated the Shuttle Service to Yuzawa Station—thank you so much.

This was my first time staying here. Located right in front of the station, I expected it to be small, but despite the size, it was clean and comfortable. The large bath was relaxing and refreshing. The amenities were well-stocked, and I appreciated the pillow rental service. The drink service was also excellent, allowing me to unwind with ease. I would love to stay here again next time!

I was very satisfied with both the Room and the service. I arrived by car and initially wondered if it would be inconvenient to park at the east exit even though the Hotel is at the west exit, but it turned out to be very convenient. Since I used the station when coming and going, it was easy to buy souvenirs or return extra luggage to my car smoothly. It was disappointing that guests cannot make a Reservation for parking (as the lot gets crowded on weekends, I thought it might be difficult to park again after leaving during a Multiple Night Stay), but I would like to stay here again next time.
