I used to live in Kagawa Prefecture, so I’d been wanting to stay here at least once. The view from the Room was outstanding, with Yashima and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea visible. The Onsen water felt silky and gentle on the skin, and I was able to relax while listening to insects at night. The meals were made with local ingredients and were truly delicious. I also really appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of the staff, including those who welcomed us and took care of our dinner. Next time, I’d love to stay again with my children as well.

We have stayed here every September for about the past five years. We are very satisfied with the more-than-accommodating service for our requests, the wonderful view from the Room, the excellent meals, and the baths. We would like to visit again next year.

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. The jacuzzi on the balcony was wonderful. It felt like an open-air bath, and we could see the ocean—an amazing view. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights: sunbathing on the beach, then back to the jacuzzi, and meals of Chinese cuisine made with local ingredients. We had an incredible three days.

I stayed here for business, and the location was extremely convenient—close to the station with many restaurants nearby. The room was neat and clean, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

I was shown to a Room larger than expected. Since I planned to work remotely in the Hotel, the large desk was a huge help! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and black tea in the lobby. I also appreciated being able to borrow bath salts and a rubber duck. It was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the wide variety of sweets in the lounge, and the meals were also very delicious. All three of us agreed we would like to come again. The bath was relaxing as well. We will definitely return—thank you very much.

I stayed here with a friend for a fan meeting. We must have taken the wrong exit at Yokohama Station and ended up taking quite a detour, but if you follow the proper route there’s no problem at all. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly. The room had a great atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft. I usually can’t sleep if I stack two pillows, but I slept comfortably here! My friend, who often feels tired after staying at hotels, said “This place has good energy,” and seemed very relaxed. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, it’s close to the station, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

I stay here about four or five times a year. It remains comfortable and reasonably priced. However, amenities are no longer freely available, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, while I understand it’s unavoidable and I’m happy to support the eco-friendly policy of using up toilet paper rolls, the previous guest had used them almost completely, so I had to go to the front desk to get more.

This was my second stay at Almont Hotel. I had a great experience last time, so this time I chose the popular Plan with breakfast. Although the room was compact, it had everything I needed. The bed was spacious, the room was well cleaned, and I stayed very comfortably. The large public bath was also very clean, and I could soak and relax at ease. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered a wide variety of dishes. Even though I went at a later time, everything was well replenished, making it a very satisfying meal. There was an excellent selection of Okinawan cuisine along with standard Japanese and Western dishes, plus desserts. The reasonable price is also very appealing and makes it easy to stay here. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of nearby facilities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and more—so there’s no inconvenience during your stay. Thank you again for another wonderful stay!

All staff were courteous and attentive, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bathroom. I had breakfast, and it was very delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Just a 1-minute walk to Tsukiji Market—breakfast at the market was incredibly satisfying with seafood rice bowls and tamagoyaki! At night, the view from the window was soothing, and the large public bath was spotless. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap also smelled wonderful! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

I had planned to stay for three nights, but my flight from Nemuro was canceled, so it suddenly became a two-night stay. Even so, the staff kindly accommodated me, which was very helpful. Also, everyone on the staff (front desk, breakfast venue, and housekeeping) greeted me pleasantly, and it made a great impression. The location was also excellent and very convenient for going out, so I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was an inn I had wanted to visit for a long time. I was so happy that my wish finally came true. The room and the meals were wonderful, and I was completely satisfied. I think it’s wonderful that you improved based on the previous Review, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly even in the basement. The meals had also improved. I was touched by the surprise birthday gift. I’d like to visit again for a special occasion. It was a shame that the bath water temperature was on the low side and took quite a while to warm up.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. I had breakfast on the second morning, and I was glad to be able to enjoy Hokkaido specialties such as hokke (Atka mackerel) and ramen. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and is reasonably priced, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The large public bath and complimentary late-night soba are always a highlight. We were very satisfied! We’ve made another reservation, and we look forward to staying with you again.
