Thank you for taking care of us for two nights and three days. I have stayed in many places around Japan, but this is the first time I’ve written a Review. It was a wonderful stay, and although I didn’t have time to properly express my thanks in person, I’d like to do so here. Work has been very busy lately, and this time I came hoping to “just relax,” and this Accommodation was exactly what I was looking for. From our Room we could look out over the sea at Matsushima, and without having to leave the Accommodation much at all, we were able to spend slow, luxurious time simply gazing at the ocean. The cheerful and courteous service from the staff in charge of our Room left a strong impression on me, and thanks to them we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the dining venue as well, they casually checked in with us—“Are you cold?”—and even someone like me who gets cold easily was able to relax comfortably. The tea sweets provided were delicious, and the bath was extremely soothing. After bathing, it’s also a fond memory that I could unwind by reading while enjoying cold tea at “Salon Kura.” Every meal was truly delicious. In particular, the anago (conger eel) takikomi rice really stayed with me. We were told that any leftovers could be made into rice balls, but it was so easy to eat that we kept reaching for more with our chopsticks and finished it all. My partner seems especially impressed by the Sendai Kuroge Wagyu steak. Being able to grill sasa-kamaboko at breakfast also made me happy—it felt uniquely Miyagi. Even when we were leaving, you prepared sightseeing maps and gourmet information for us as well, and we felt your warm thoughtfulness right until the end. It was a truly lovely Accommodation where you can take your time enjoying both Matsushima’s scenery and how comfortable everything feels on-site. It ended up being a stay that refreshed both body and mind. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much for everything during our stay.

Pickup service The Room atmosphere—everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were able to spend a lovely time; we were truly happy and had a great time. We also appreciate the attentive care from the staff. Thank you for making our Miyajima trip unforgettable.

Although the building and Room are not the newest, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality—clearly reflecting excellent training—felt genuinely warm rather than scripted. The food was also stylish and delicious, and we had a very comfortable stay.

This stylish A-frame vacation home is in a very quiet location. It’s far more spacious than staying in a Hotel Room, and even our family of five could truly relax without feeling cramped at all. Thanks to the baby amenities you provided, our stay was genuinely comfortable and very helpful. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful attention to detail. The Onsen is fed directly from the source, so it may feel hot at first, but you can quickly adjust it by adding water and enjoy an exceptional soak.

My family and I stayed here the day before our Kamikochi sightseeing trip. The young proprietress was very friendly and easy to talk to, and her unpretentious, thoughtful hospitality was truly comfortable. The open-air bath in our Room felt amazing—I could have stayed in it forever. Dinner featuring Hida beef had so many dishes that we wondered if we could finish them all, but everything was delicious and we all ate every last bite. The beef tataki we received as a gift from the Accommodation was also outstanding! They also kindly helped us plan for the next day’s Kamikochi sightseeing, making our stay completely satisfying. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip to Kamikochi!

Thank you very much—I’m truly grateful for such a wonderful trip experience. I had errands in Hita City (where record-high temperatures have been continuing), so I stayed overnight in Yufuin as well. It was intensely hot that day too، but from evening through night Yufuin felt like another world—so cool that air conditioning didn’t seem necessary. While winters are certainly very cold، I never expected Yufuin to be this cool in summer، so it turned out to be a happy surprise. The Onsen temperature was perfect—even in summer—for soaking slowly，and all my fatigue disappeared. In the morning，with Mt．Yufu right ahead of me，surrounded by birdsong，I enjoyed an unhurried soak. It was amazingly cool even then. As described，the shower does take a little time before hot water comes out. If set to mist mode，it stays cold. There are two private family baths، but one was under adjustment and unavailable، so I deducted one star. In-room drinks were available freely. Daifuku were prepared according to our party size؛ since they were cream-based، those who don’t like creamy sweets didn’t eat them. A more classic type of sweet might suit everyone better—but I personally enjoyed them. Dinner started with eel shabu-shabu before the main Wagyu steak course. I felt slightly uneasy at first—but it turned out absolutely superb!! It was part of the July menu (Fumizuki)، and I'd love to have it again. The plump texture and deliciousness clearly came from careful preparation. The soup after drawing flavor from the broth became wonderfully rich؛ I asked for refills many times。 They offered zosui (rice porridge)，but we chose to enjoy it as soup instead。 Then beautifully glossy white rice arrived—and turning that into porridge would have been such a waste，so I'm glad we kept them separate。 All other dishes also left my family—usually quite strict with reviews—very satisfied。 We could bring our dog without any hesitation۔ There is also a dog run that's just right for small dogs，and ours looked delighted running around。 Even though we'd stayed years ago ،they remembered that our dog hadn't finished his meal then ،and had eaten half at dinner و half at breakfast—which made us feel reassured۔ Service-wise ،there wasn't even once when something felt off۔ Although our interaction time wasn't long ，they took great care of us۔ Thank you again for everything۔ I hope we can return throughout different seasons۔

Our family of four stayed for two nights in connecting Rooms. From our Room, we enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Biwa and different sunsets each day. The large public bath was also wonderful, allowing us to relax and recover from our travels at a leisurely pace. During our stay, we were able to unwind with complimentary drinks in the 10th-floor lounge as many times as we liked. The staff kindly spoke to us throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for your heartfelt hospitality.

This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care. An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura. I would love to visit again.

This was a wonderful guest Room worthy of the “Special Suite Annex.” In particular, the Japanese-style Room facing Lake Shinji was a corner Room with a small Japanese garden, and we were able to relax while sitting on the veranda. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t go out onto the terrace due to the rain, but we were able to take our time soaking in the Onsen in the in-Room scenic-view bath while looking out over Lake Shinji. Each dish was excellent, and the sea bream rice at breakfast was outstanding.

The three of us stayed here to celebrate a special occasion. The Hotel has a very calm atmosphere, and the thoughtful care shown by all the staff in every area felt natural and truly heartwarming. We have stayed at many Hotels before, but we are genuinely glad we chose this Hotel.

We stayed here for a live concert at LaLa Arena TOKYO-BAY in Minami-Funabashi and to enjoy Tokyo DisneySea the next day. Since it’s a Hotel directly connected to Maihama Station, it was very convenient that we could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., which was great because we had plenty of time to line up before the park opened. You can also choose amenities freely, and there were plenty of options that helped relieve the fatigue from all the walking. The Room was a twin (Casual 2). It’s slightly compact, but it wasn’t an issue as we could spread our luggage out on the bed. We’d like to stay again.

I always stay here to enjoy a special escape from everyday life. The cocktail-time dishes, carefully prepared right in front of us by the dedicated Club Lounge chef, are of outstanding quality and impress me every time. On the second day, the executive chef also came around to greet guests, and it was an honor to meet them. The lounge staff are always smiling and provide warm, personal service. Even after checkout, they kindly saw me off until I got into my taxi. Once again, I felt truly refreshed by the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. I sincerely thank all the staff and look forward to seeing you again.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and a babymoon trip. In short, choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision! This time we used the maternity Plan. Since there are very few Accommodations that offer a maternity Plan, the moment I saw the Plan name I thought, “This is it!” and made a Reservation. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us, carried our luggage from the parking lot, and even provided welcome drinks and a thorough explanation—right from the start, their attentiveness was flawless. With only seven Rooms, the property was wonderfully quiet, and everything felt unhurried. The all-inclusive setup—being able to enjoy drinks and light snacks whenever we wanted—was fantastic. During bar time, my wife was thrilled to have non-caffeinated options and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. She even said, “Next time I can drink alcohol again, I definitely want to come back!” (laughs) Our Room was a stylish maisonette with a chic black theme. The open-air bath viewed through the large window—and the forest scenery beyond—was beautiful. We were truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches for my pregnant wife: a large maternity cushion on her bed, extra cushions prepared for her chair at meals, and more. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying beyond what you’d expect at an upscale restaurant. They confirmed in advance what my wife couldn’t eat and adjusted each dish accordingly. It was also fun hearing how it differed from the standard menu. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they even prepared a lovely fruit platter with dessert at dinner—we were both genuinely moved. We skipped using the in-room open-air bath this time because there were many insects outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath whenever we liked. The lounge also felt incredibly open thanks to its high ceiling and large windows that let us take in nature. During bar time after dinner, when Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream was sold out, one of the staff kindly brought an alternative for us! We expected it would simply end with “Sorry, it’s sold out,” so we were touched by how far they went for us. And after checkout as we drove away by car، staff came outside waving goodbye with their arms raised—it was such wonderful hospitality that made us think، “We’ll definitely come back!” Thank you for such an amazing stay from start to finish! It became our best anniversary and babymoon ever۔ We’ll absolutely return once my wife can enjoy alcohol again!

A long-held wish finally came true, and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but since my goal was to relax at the Hotel rather than go sightseeing, I was able to take it easy and unwind. The restaurant and Onsen were on the same floor as my Room, which made them very convenient to use. The meals were excellent—the portions and course balance were just right, and everything tasted wonderful. The Onsen was truly soothing, with the scent of trees and flowers in the air. The Room was simple and spotless, perfect for relaxing, and the library had a great selection of books plus complimentary drinks—an ideal place to unwind. Everything felt perfectly balanced with nothing lacking or excessive, all staff were pleasant, and I’d love to return next year as well. This is an outstanding Hotel where I’d like to stay longer if I can get time off!

Although this Accommodation is located along a major road, once you step onto the grounds you won’t notice it at all, and there is a lovely garden. A stroll is highly recommended. Various services, including the lounge, are thoughtfully arranged, and we really enjoyed our time inside the Accommodation. All staff were kind and pleasant; the meals were delicious; and not only the in-room open-air bath but also the large public bath was excellent. There were quite a few guests from Europe/Western countries and Asia as well, but everyone spent their time quietly. This Accommodation far exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here with a friend this March and was so impressed that I returned in July with my family (as a couple). The dining menu had changed to a summer menu, so we were able to enjoy it again with a fresh perspective. With only eight parties staying at a time, this is a hidden-gem Accommodation: the Rooms are spacious, yet limited to two adults per Room. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax and unwind in peace. On the other hand, you won’t find sweeping views of Sagami Bay like those from the balcony of a high-rise Hotel (you can see the sea and Oshima Island, but they feel distant), nor is there an expansive garden. There is also no Shuttle Service from the station, so I recommend it for guests who don’t mind that. It’s well suited for making memories as a couple or with your best friend, and for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. The in-Room open-air bath is spacious, and after bathing you can relax on chairs on the balcony. The food is delicious and very generous in portion size—and the timing of each course being served is excellent. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Considering this level of quality and service, the Plan pricing is reasonable. I would definitely like to return again.

I chose this Hotel again because I wanted to celebrate a birthday and had stayed here before. The phone service was excellent, and thanks to the female staff member who helped us that day, as well as all the other staff, it became a wonderful birthday. Thank you very much. The Room was clean, and the private family bath was amazing! Since it was a weekday, there weren’t many guests, so we were able to enjoy our meal in a very calm atmosphere. My partner loves steak and was thrilled, and everything—from the crab and steak to the other dishes—was delicious! The drinks made by one of the male staff members were also very tasty. With such outstanding hospitality in every way, we had a wonderful day. We will definitely stay again.

At the end of our Golden Week trip to Beppu, we moved on to Yufuin. We stayed here for our final night. This time, we booked the “Carefully Selected Kyushu Wagyu Tenderloin Indulgence Plan” and spent one night in the PREMIUM Suite Room “Kunugi.” To sum it up, it was unquestionably a wonderful stay. First of all, the Room is spacious! A relaxing Japanese-style living room, plus a bedroom with a second living area. And the highlight is surely the open-air bath on the large terrace—amazingly, there are two baths: one fully open-air and one semi-open-air! The weather was great that day, so we enjoyed the breeze and long soaks. I was still in the bath right up until just before check-out (lol). The meal was also excellent—the main dish featured both tenderloin and Bungo chicken. It was also appreciated that anything we couldn’t finish could be served again the next morning. That said, it’s quite a generous portion, so those with smaller appetites should take note. The Accommodation staff’s service was at a very satisfying level. There are many other Accommodations in Yufuin I’d like to try someday, but this stay was a perfect finale to our Golden Week trip.

I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

We stayed in the maisonette as a family of four. Even with two beds and two futon sets, there was still plenty of living room space, so we could relax comfortably. The view from the open-air bath was outstanding. The meals were delicious, and it was a very satisfying stay.
