The Room was spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy time with our grandchild. During the buffet, the staff interacted with us cheerfully and seemed to be enjoying themselves as they waved. The service from the lobby staff, café staff, and dining staff was exceptionally pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I enjoyed a holiday in the highlands after a long time. Both the guest room and the Facility were excellent. The night sky, especially, was stunningly beautiful even though it was summer. One disappointing aspect was the long queue during the buffet meal, which made it difficult to go back and get what I wanted midway through. I hope improvements can be made to ensure smoother flow of people. Meals are an essential part of travel enjoyment, and even if everything else is great, issues with meals can ruin the entire experience.
