Tsuru-so Inn: Takezaki Crab and Japanese Sake

This time, three of us stayed here.Thank you to everyone at the front desk and the dinner staff for your kind and helpful service.After arriving, we enjoyed a draft beer as a welcome drink, and dinner—boiled crab, sukiyaki, and the buffet of side dishes—left us completely full.The Room has been renovated as well, which was great.If we visit Tara Town again for an overnight stay, we would choose this Ryokan.

I took a spontaneous solo trip. The Room was unique, but it was truly the perfect size for one person—an ideal place to switch off and just spend time alone. I made a Reservation with a Plan that did not include crab to save money, but the buffet selection was so substantial that I was completely satisfied even without crab. Above all, my main goal was drinks, and the all-you-can-drink option with a variety of sake was simply great—I enjoyed several types of Saga sake paired with the food. For a solo trip focused on enjoying alcohol, this will be my only choice from now on.Since it’s reasonably priced without crab, I’ll be back. This time I checked in at the last minute and couldn’t use the sauna, so next time I’ll arrive earlier and enjoy the sauna before savoring the drinks and food.
