    This was our first stay. Since it’s a new Hotel, you use self-service check-in/check-out machines. The machines can be a bit confusing, but the staff helped us with the procedures, which was reassuring. The front desk area is also well designed. The on-site parking lot was full, but there is a second parking lot very close by just a short drive away, which was convenient. The Room is also well designed. The Serta bed was on the firmer side and comfortable for us. It’s close to the expressway interchange, so access by car is convenient. It was a little noisy due to summer vacation that day, but it wasn’t an issue. We had a comfortable stay.

    The bath was great.

    The large public bath opened at 5:00 a.m., so I was able to enjoy it comfortably on my own. The entire property was very clean. Having to tap the room key to access each floor made me feel safe.

    We had a very comfortable stay. However, when we drank water or sparkling water from the plastic in-room cups, we noticed a distinctive plastic odor. If possible, we would appreciate having glass cups as well.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were kind, attentive, and courteous. During our Multiple Night Stay, the housekeeping was pleasant and thorough. Breakfast was served in bite-sized portions, which we enjoyed.

    Everything is better than a Business Hotel.

    The front desk and lobby had a wonderful atmosphere. The Room was new and spotless, and the Facility was up to date. I also enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath’s wine bath. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. I would love to stay again.

    Recommended.

    The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. All the staff were friendly, and there were enough of them to respond to our requests right away. The only downside was that the elevator shook a little, which felt scary.

    Great.

    The complimentary drinks were much appreciated, and the free peach ochazuke I had at night was outstanding! The Room was also very comfortable, and having the bath and toilet separate made it even more relaxing. Tourist information was clearly displayed as well, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The location was great too, so I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    The Hotel itself was new, clean, and well-maintained. However, at night, motorcycles with loud engines frequently appeared on Koshu Kaido, making it very noisy. This is not something commonly seen in the city center; perhaps it was a special occurrence that day or maybe it's a daily issue...

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for 5 nights to visit a nearby hospital. The Hotel seemed newly renovated and was clean everywhere. I had informed them in advance that I would be recuperating in the Room, and they were very accommodating, making my stay comfortable. Thank you very much. I plan to visit again next week, so I look forward to your hospitality once more.

    On Friday evening, I headed straight from work. With parking available up to the third lot, parking was smooth. While waiting for my friends to arrive, I visited the Onsen and enjoyed the wine bath and sauna. After a relaxing soak, I had a delightful time at a nearby izakaya. Back in the room, we continued chatting late into the night. The clean and comfortable room ensured a restful sleep, followed by a refreshing morning bath for a perfect weekend getaway. I would love to visit again. Thank you!

    First-time Use

    Excellent stay. Very satisfied. Twin room on a high floor. Enjoyed the bath and meals, especially the ochazuke. Friendly and attentive service. Will definitely stay again when visiting Yamanashi area.

    I like this kind of Hotel.

    I stayed with No Meals Included for a J-League away game. As shown in the photos, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room my spouse and I stayed in seemed to be a standard single room with a semi-double bed, so it was slightly small. However, it had a shower and toilet, which my wife appreciated, saying it didn’t bother her at all. Additionally, being able to enjoy complimentary ochazuke at night after returning to the hotel and having access to bathing facilities until 1 AM were great points. Please note that the parking lot is not very large; if you arrive late, you might not find an available spot (we managed to park in the second parking lot). I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kofu next time!

    Recently renovated, the Facility is clean and well-maintained.

    The hotel has been recently renovated, and the facilities are clean. For a business hotel, the room is quite small. The complimentary coffee server and tea at the front desk were very helpful during a summer stay. Having only one small elevator can be inconvenient.

    It was a whirlwind trip!

    Late-night spontaneous trip led to a Reservation! 【 Room & Amenities 】 Stayed in a semi-double Room for 2 adults! The shower room had no bathtub, with a slightly compact toilet, a small table, and a sofa. Perfectly sufficient! 【 Service 】 Unlimited soft drinks were the highlight! Unique options like white peach Calpis and even the oolong tea tasted different from store-bought ones... The variety of alcoholic beverages was amazing too! However, having to get a card at the register every time was inconvenient. It would be great if we could charge it ourselves like Suica cards! 【 Onsen & Bath 】 The women’s bath included wine baths, saunas, and cold baths only. It felt simple but clean and perfectly functional! Considering the price point, it felt luxurious. 【 Facility 】 Everything was very clean and comfortable overall! Amenities were self-serve near the front desk—use as much as you need. Parking spaces nearby were sufficient even when using secondary or tertiary lots. 【 Dining 】 Breakfast was buffet-style with all dishes served in small bowls—no crowding or stress while picking food! No need to worry about arrangement; just place bowls on your tray for an easy experience!

    The facility is new, and while the room is small, the separate toilet made it very convenient to use. Breakfast was served in small dishes with a variety of options, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the bath area was a bit crowded at times. Even when no one was in the bathtub, all washing stations were occupied. It would be great if half of the cold bath space could be converted into two additional washing stations (as it seemed many women spent more time at the washing stations than in the bathtub). Another point is that the elevator felt slow (understandable since there’s only one). Despite visiting during a busy three-day weekend before Obon with some challenging conditions, staff were attentive and considerate. The facility was clean, meals were delicious, and I had a quiet and comfortable stay in my room. I would love to visit again!

    I have stayed here several times. Since it is a very new Hotel, it is clean. Although the parking lot was full, I was kindly guided to another parking area. However, the Room cleaning could be improved a bit... A removed contact lens was left on the table. Of course, I also question the manners of the previous guest who left it there, but it's not very pleasant to see. Please make sure to do a final check. I look forward to staying again.
