    The check-in service is very poor, and the facility lacks consideration.

    Check-in took approximately 45 minutes. Despite showing the IKYU Check Reservation screen on my smartphone from the beginning, the staff repeatedly checked the screen and said, "We cannot find your reservation." Later, I was asked to fill out guest information again, which made me think they had finally found my reservation. However, during this process, I was asked questions like "Have you already checked in?" causing further confusion. About 30 minutes after starting check-in, I was finally asked, "Which reservation site did you use?" My smartphone clearly displayed IKYU and the Reservation Number from the start and had been with the staff all along. Only after verbally stating "IKYU" and pointing to the Reservation Number did they manage to locate my booking. Moreover, despite two other front desk staff being available nearby during this time, none of them offered any assistance. The response was unpleasant and disappointing. Additionally, there were no bottled water provided in the room nor any water dispensers installed within the facility. It felt like basic considerations for guests were lacking.

    The operation is still lacking, which might be expected as it has not been long since the opening. The staff's handwriting is hard to read, leading to room mix-ups. Necessary items for the room are placed in unnecessary locations or missing altogether. If prices increase in the future and these issues persist, I will not return.
