    Great value for money

As it’s new, both the building and the Room are very clean. Having the bath and toilet separate is a plus. Check-in is quick if you register online, and once you get used to it, it’s convenient. If I had to point out minor drawbacks, the in-room refrigerator is small, and while towels are replaced daily, I couldn’t figure out how to request fresh pajamas. The location is also great, so I’d stay again if the price is about the same.

Stay on the day you arrive in Naha

We departed Tokyo on an evening flight and arrived in Naha at around 7:30 PM. Since we wanted to have some alcohol on the plane, and it would be tiring to travel to a Resort Hotel after arriving at night, we decided to stay at a Hotel in central Naha. We stayed in a Family Room with a bunk-bed-style layout, and the kids were thrilled about the bunk beds. The Hotel was in the Matsuyama area, but instead of eating near the Hotel, we took a taxi to Kokusai-dori and enjoyed Okinawan cuisine there. After that, we took a walk, bought drinks and snacks at a convenience store, then went back to the Hotel to relax. The bathroom also had a washing area and bathtub, which helped us recover from our fatigue, and among the amenities placed in front of the front desk there was a toe separator—our whole family was happy to use it. Since it was an discounted Plan, it felt like an especially great-value trip. It’s a relatively new Hotel so everything is clean, and we’d like to stay again if we have another chance.

It was great to be able to stay at a low price close to Miebashi Station. However, since it is on the opposite side from Kokusai-dori, it was a bit of a hassle going back and forth each time. I was also concerned that the Room felt musty and humid, possibly because the air conditioner wasn’t very effective.

    A newly built Hotel

What I liked Pre-check-in is available The Room is stylish Amenities are well stocked What concerned me The Room was extremely humid, and the sheets felt damp. The mirror was also fogged up. Some foreign guests were playing cards at the front desk while holding Yakult, and it was noisy. I was surprised that staff did not address it.

The front desk service was terrible.

The front desk guidance was terrible. They said they couldn’t store my luggage and told me to use the lockers in the back—very poor service. The worst part was the Room cleaning: it was covered in dust, and there was even a half-finished can of beer left in the refrigerator. I never want to stay here again, but the wide variety of breakfast options and the staff’s service were good.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

Due to Typhoon No. 9, we ended up staying for two nights in a Junior Suite on the 16th floor at short notice. We were very satisfied with the spacious Room. The hair dryer was a ReFa, which made my wife happy as well. It was also convenient to be able to complete the checkout procedure in the Room. And the buffet menu on the first floor …was different on Day 1 and Day 2 (except for the main dishes). We had been saying it would be nice if we could stay here someday, and it turned out to be a great choice—we were extremely satisfied.

The room was clean. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron available.

The hospitality, service, amenities, and Room quality all exceeded my expectations. The only issue was the noise from motorcycles passing in front of the Hotel at night. I found myself wishing the police could do something about it rather than blaming the Hotel.

    The humidity is very high.

Even with the air conditioner on, the humidity was extremely high. There was so much condensation that even the bottles of skincare products kept in the room were covered in moisture. Online check-in was very easy and convenient. Cleaning didn’t feel thorough. There were still hairs from the previous guest on the bathroom walls and in the corners of the bathtub.

I’d like to stay here again.

I treated myself to a two-night stay, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. Just lying on the bed and looking at the view outside felt truly luxurious. The terrace lounge on the 17th floor was also amazing. It was conveniently within walking distance of Kokusai-dori.

A Modern Hotel in the Naha Matsuyama Area

The Hotel is in a very convenient location, as bus stops for both directions are right in front of the Hotel. You can also walk to the lively areas of Miebashi, Kumoji, and Matsuyama (Kokusai-dori is a bit farther), so you won’t have any trouble finding places to eat and drink. Breakfast was a buffet at “Kusabi” on the first floor—an inventive spread full of Ryukyu flavors. Highlights included miso soup, tankan rice porridge, soups (with spring cabbage and onions), and seafood rice bowls. It’s a healthy, vegetable-focused buffet that’s still very filling. The reception area on the 17th floor also serves as a simple bar where you can enjoy drinks and light snacks while taking in the night view. There are several washing machines and dryers available, and you can check how busy they are on your TV. This is a recommended Hotel for staying in Naha.

    Lovely and Convenient Hotel

The location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Miebashi Station on the monorail. There were three convenience stores nearby, and the view from the top floor was stunning. It was about a 12-minute walk to Kokusai-dori. The room was clean but a bit small, and the bathroom had a large bathtub where you could stretch your legs. I will visit again soon.

Some Chinese guests were noisy, and the cleaning was not satisfactory.

Many Chinese guests were extremely noisy, leaving their doors open late into the night and repeatedly opening and closing them with a doorstop. Loud conversations in the hallway were also disruptive. I paid extra to request cleaning, but it was not done during 11:00–14:00, which was very disappointing. I usually stay for longer periods, but I do not want to use this place again. There are many Hotels in Naha. It used to be better, but this time it was unacceptable.

    A New, Comfortable Hotel

There are many Hotels in Naha, but I chose this one because it is new and has a lounge and terrace on the top floor that anyone can use. As it was the 1st anniversary of its opening, the Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, but it has a separate washing area and a bathtub you can soak in, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, it rained that day so we couldn’t see much from the terrace, but on a clear day the view should be great. At the lounge, drinks are around ¥1,000 per glass. During happy hour until 19:00, you can have a light drink for about ¥500, which makes it quite useful. The Room also had a coffee machine that I was able to use. Check-in and check-out also seem easy to do on a smartphone or similar device. There are restaurants nearby, and Kokusai-dori seems to be about a 15-minute walk away. I think it was around ¥700 by taxi. Since it’s a new and clean Hotel with good Facility features, I felt it offers great value.

    A Unique Twin Room

I stayed in a new Hotel that has been open for one year, in a twin Room on the 2nd floor. Although it is along a main road, there are no double-glazed windows, so it is quite noisy at night. The bed in the Room is low (about the height of two mattresses), making it hard to get up. There is only a beanbag chair and a low table, and no chair, so there’s nowhere comfortable to sit. There is a step partway through the Room, which feels dangerous and made me worry about tripping (I don’t understand why it’s designed this way). I think it’s better to pay extra and choose a higher floor. I cannot really recommend it for families with small children or for middle-aged and older guests. It was inconvenient that there was no luggage rack like those commonly found in a Business Hotel. Please consider adding one. Even when I pulled the shower curtain all the way closed, it was so thin that the washroom ended up soaked. Breakfast included Okinawan dishes and was delicious. One of the Hotel’s highlights—the front desk & lounge on the 17th floor—has great views.

    A New and Convenient Hotel

This is a newly opened Hotel. The front desk is on the top floor. For check-in, you will receive instructions by SMS in advance; by entering the required information beforehand, you can use the self check-in machine on the day and check in quickly. Check-out can also be requested via the TV, and once you place your key card in the return box inside the elevator on your way out, it’s complete. Since there is no need to go to the front desk during your stay, there is no communication with staff. I’m not sure whether that’s good or bad, but because there was absolutely no interaction with staff (including greetings), I rated customer service as one star. The Room is compact but convenient. It was nice that there was no closet, which made it feel more spacious. Because it’s very convenient, I recommend it if you prefer not to communicate with staff. Among the Hotels I’ve used in Naha so far, this may be one of the best. The good location is also a big plus. Thank you very much for this stay.

    It’s new and very clean.

The Facility is new and clean. However, it is inconvenient to go to the 17th floor to pick up amenities. At least tea should be provided in the Room. It was also disappointing that there were few tea options. The Room was more compact than expected.

I would like to stay again.

As a new Hotel, it is naturally clean, and the Room was functional and very nice. However, since I checked in late at night, all nearby coin parking lots were full, and it took some time to find a parking spot. It is conveniently located near Kokusai Street.

Conveniently located right in front of the bus stop! Enjoy stunning views from the top-floor front desk!

It was my first time staying here, and it was very convenient as I planned to go to Onna Village by bus the next day! (I took a taxi from Naha Airport, which cost just under 2,000 yen, so the access is great!) The Hotel staff were all very kind! The front desk is on the top floor with an amazing view, and although I didn’t try it myself, they were selling delicious-looking ice cream! There’s no bathtub, only a shower, but the bed was spacious and I had a relaxing stay!

Perfect accommodation for sightseeing in Naha City

Stayed for a 3-night, 4-day trip with a Multiple Night Stay. The area near Yui Rail Miebashi Station offers plenty of dining options, including a familiar Italian restaurant conveniently located nearby. The front desk on the 17th floor was a bit surprising, but the Room on the 14th floor had great views and was very comfortable. Cleaning was thorough and satisfying. Breakfast included delicious options like mozuku tempura and seafood bowls with plenty of variety. We were blessed with good weather during our stay and fully enjoyed visiting Shurijo Castle and Shikinaen Garden.

    Very satisfied.

I stayed with a friend. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was full of delicious Okinawan local dishes. The Room was clean and comfortable, but I woke up several times due to the noise of motorcycles running late at night, so the soundproofing might be weak. That part was a bit disappointing.

    Delicious breakfast

Second stay The location is convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. There are three elevators, so there’s no crowding. At certain times, the self-check-in system may not be available, which can be slightly inconvenient... However, check-out is smooth with card insertion. I tried the breakfast for the first time and enjoyed everything—it was delicious. I look forward to staying here again!

A new Hotel with a bar terrace, within walking distance of Naha's bustling downtown, at an affordable price.

Within walking distance from Miebashi Station, near Kokusai Street. Also close to Ichigin Street, with many restaurants nearby. The bar and terrace next to the front desk on the top floor offer a great city view. Opened in May 2025, the facilities are new, and the rooms are clean. Room facilities are compact yet sufficient, with individually adjustable air conditioning. The TV is positioned directly in front of the bed for convenience. Pajamas are provided in a separate style, which I personally liked. Breakfast features a variety of dishes made with local ingredients. However, coffee from breakfast cannot be taken back to the room. The price felt reasonable, perhaps due to it being a weekday.

Despite being a new Hotel... the air conditioning system is a bit disappointing.

Is the room highly sealed? At night, the floor became damp from condensation and felt slippery. Water droplets also dripped like raindrops from under the air conditioner's vent... It was unsettling and disappointing. I asked at the front desk, and it seems it wasn't just my room experiencing this issue. It's a new and stylish Hotel, but I was very disappointed.

A newly opened Hotel with excellent cost performance

There are other comfortable business hotels in Naha City, but there are few places where you can stay for over 10,000 yen with newly opened facilities and ample space. I plan to make this my regular accommodation for business trips to Okinawa. Check-out could be completed via the TV operation—truly the ultimate quick check-out.

    A tense atmosphere

Although newly opened, the staff were unfriendly and lacked basic attentiveness. Some staff members who seemed to require guidance had the worst attitudes, creating a tense atmosphere among the team. Supervisors who should have been assisting inexperienced staff turned a blind eye. Even the physical aspects of the Hotel, which could have been a saving grace, felt dull due to the negative ambiance, significantly dampening our travel experience. For the first time ever during a trip, I found myself dreading returning to the Hotel.

A wonderful Hotel that meets expectations

When making the Reservation, I wasn't sure if the Room would be on the ocean side or city side, so I booked a twin Room on the Sky Floor. I requested an ocean view, and a few days before my stay, I received an email from the Hotel informing me that upgrading my Room would make an ocean-side Room possible. I prepaid for my originally Reserved Room with a credit card and paid the difference on-site to stay in the upgraded Room. The email communication was prompt and considerate. The Hotel is close to a monorail station, so while it’s not exactly an Ocean View, from my 16th-floor Room, I could see the sea, ships at port in the distance, and even planes taking off and landing at a faraway airport—truly amazing views from my Room. The bathroom was separate from the sink area; it had a large showerhead with strong water pressure and a sparkling clean bathtub where I could relax. The provided shampoo and conditioner smelled great—I didn’t need to use what I'd brought. The front desk staff were very kind and greeted me with smiles. Although there were some negative Reviews about check-in via QR code or elevator usage procedures, these weren’t issues for me as long as you research beforehand. To operate elevators here: you must scan your room key card on its control panel before pressing your floor button; this adds security reassurance! Floors like 17 (front desk), 1 (entrance), or 2 (ice machines/vending) don’t require scanning keys though they stop automatically upon selection. Rooms below Floor 10 may lack scenic views compared higher ones but considering convenience near stations alongside terrace panoramas accessible atop reception-level terraces still makes staying worthwhile value-wise overall! One minor complaint concerns seating arrangements downstairs inside premises since no benches/chairs exist around ground-level areas where luggage handling happens nor waiting companions rest comfortably indoors instead outdoor-only options exposed heat conditions prevail unless heading upstairs directly toward lobby-seated zones available otherwise ideally adding small spaces ground-floor improves guest experiences further altogether nonetheless brand-new facilities ensured pleasant stays throughout entirety thank-you much appreciated!

    There were no chairs.

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin. The Room was clean, but the chair shown in the image was not present. Upon inquiry at the front desk, I was informed that no chairs were available for loan. While I understand that furniture may differ from images, it was disappointing that even a simple folding chair could not be provided, resulting in an unsatisfactory stay as I couldn't complete my planned work properly.
