    I am a wheelchair user. Everything was prepared as requested in advance. The staff's response was polite and pleasant. My husband, in particular, was so impressed that he wants to stay again. The convenience was excellent, making shopping and dining smooth and easy. The mini massage machine was a nice touch and added to the positive experience. I’m glad to have discovered such a great Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Great for Disney!

    Convenient access, bright rooms, separate bath and toilet, and a Dyson hairdryer are some of the features I love. As long as the accommodation fee doesn't become unreasonably high, I would like to keep using this place! Thank you!

    We stayed here as a parent and child for an exam. Despite being near the station, it was quiet, clean, and relaxing with separate washing and bathing areas. The breakfast-included Plan offered an unexpectedly large variety of Japanese dishes, all with a gentle flavor that brought comfort. Thank you very much!

    The hospitality is excellent.

    The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and everyone provided excellent service. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and welcoming, leaving a great impression. Thank you for assisting with the forgotten item as well. The buffet restaurant staff were also very attentive, ensuring that food was always replenished promptly. There were no empty plates at all, and I enjoyed the delicious meal. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathtub was sparkling clean, making my stay very comfortable. The person who brought the trouser press was also very pleasant. Amenities were available on the first floor for guests to bring to their Room as needed; I appreciated the Snow Skin series products provided—they were excellent! The Room had hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner readily available. From the window of my 11th-floor Room, I could see trains coming in and out of Makuhari-Toyosuna Station with an unobstructed view due to the lack of tall buildings nearby—it made for a very pleasant stay. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    Stayed at the accommodation to visit Disneyland.

    I intended to book a single room, but it turned out to be a spacious room. There were also two sets of towels, which was helpful. The amenities were abundant, making it convenient enough for women to stay without bringing anything. I appreciated this as I wanted to reduce my luggage this time. From Haneda Airport, taking the limousine bus to the neighboring station and transferring to the Keiyo Line for one stop was very convenient.

    Stayed here during our visit to Disney Resort. This is our fourth time. The proximity to the station is very convenient, and on the day of checkout, it's become a tradition for us to take the first train from Makuhari-Toyosuna Station to Maihama. The amenities are abundant, and we love being able to choose from a variety of options.

    Reliable Hotel Mets

    I stayed here for a live event at Makuhari Messe. Previously, I used Mets in Shin-Kiba and was very satisfied with their attentive service, so when looking for a hotel near Makuhari Messe this time, I chose Mets without hesitation. As expected, my stay was just as enjoyable as I had hoped. The male staff provided kind and thorough guidance during luggage storage and check-in/out, which made my solo stay feel safe and comfortable. It was also incredibly convenient to access the 24-hour convenience store without leaving the hotel! The stylish amenities and clean rooms made my stay even more pleasant; however, it was slightly disappointing that there were no instructions for the humidifier-equipped air purifier.

    Directly connected to the station, providing easy access even on rainy days. The staff greeted me with a warm smile during check-in, offering a very pleasant experience. The Room was quiet and had a calming atmosphere, with great views from the window that were truly soothing. The bathroom featured a ReFa showerhead, which was excellent to use. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, it was a great help not getting wet despite the rainy weather. The Room and bathroom were impeccably clean, with no musty shower curtains often found in standard Hotels, making it truly comfortable. Amenities were well-stocked, the bed was cozy, linens were soft to the touch without being overly starched, and the pillow height was just right for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious; however, it was slightly disappointing that the clam rice wasn't replenished promptly. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    A great Hotel for train travelers

    I decided to stay at this hotel on short notice due to errands nearby. Instead of choosing a hotel near Kaihin-Makuhari Station that I have used several times before, I opted for this one because of its good reviews. The independent bath was very comfortable, and the amenities were well-prepared, leaving a positive impression. As this hotel is part of JR East's group, it is extremely convenient for guests using trains. The location is excellent. However, I felt that guests using cars are treated poorly. The on-site parking lot (though flat) has only a few spaces available despite having enough space to expand or install a multi-story parking facility. If you can't secure a spot there, you have to park at an off-site lot under an overpass some distance away from the hotel. While the hotel's comment mentioned "a 2-minute walk," it was impossible to reach in just 2 minutes. Moreover, I arrived late at night and had to walk from the overpass parking lot with almost no lighting along the way—it was scary and deserted. Young women especially should be cautious in such conditions. Additionally, it was raining when I arrived, which made my first impression before check-in terrible. Given these circumstances, charging the same fee for both on-site and off-site parking seems unreasonable. I believe there is significant room for improvement regarding parking facilities. Furthermore, my assigned room was on the second floor; when I opened the curtains in the morning, there were people walking right outside along a nearby path—making me feel uncomfortable even changing clothes freely. Also, being so close to Aeon's wall created a sense of confinement. Depending on your accommodation floor level here, impressions may vary greatly. While my review may seem harsh regarding certain aspects like these issues above, overall experience aside from them remains positive!

    A newly spacious Hotel with a convenient location near the station and adjacent to a large shopping complex, offering both accessibility and a quiet space for relaxation. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights for a live event at Lala Arena and had a very pleasant stay. The bath was spacious, just like at home, and I could relax very well. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and a large shopping mall. There is also a 24-hour NewDays inside the Hotel, so I could shop without going outside. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again if there’s another live event.

    Best value for money. A Hotel you'll want to revisit again and again!

    Comfortable, clean, stylish, and my fourth stay here. I stayed this time because there was an event at the stadium in Makuhari. Although it’s a bit over one station away, I was able to walk back from the venue through the shopping mall! The amenities are well-equipped, and there is also a laundry facility available. The room is clean with a bathtub, making it truly comfortable. The staff were all polite and made my stay pleasant. It’s also convenient for accessing central Tokyo or Maihama, so I’d love to use this accommodation again for various occasions in the future.

    Suggestions for Laundry Improvement!

    I stayed for 4 nights during the Obon season. I only brought two days' worth of clothes, thinking I could do laundry. Perhaps because it was summer, everyone seemed to be using the washing machines... All four machines were constantly in use, and I couldn't use them even once. Even at 3 a.m., they were fully occupied... I ended up having to buy extra clothes at AEON. One thing that bothered me was that even after 300 minutes had passed since a load finished, no one removed their laundry. Would it not be okay for others to take out the finished laundry? In those 300 minutes, several other guests could have used the machines as well. Doesn't the Hotel staff check on this? If there were a way to identify which Room is using each machine, it would allow communication and reduce inconvenience for others. Please consider improving this system!

    Wheelchair Accessible

    The hospitality was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the availability of a shower chair, which allowed me to take a shower comfortably. (Many other Hotels claim to be barrier-free but lack shower chairs, making it impossible for someone like me who cannot stand independently.) I will definitely stay here again!

    Unexpectedly...

    I made a last-minute reservation the night before as I suddenly needed accommodation. Although I had never heard of the nearest station, I booked it because it was very close to the station. It was truly right in front of the station and easy to find. The room was more spacious and comfortable than expected, with separate bath and toilet areas. The bathroom was particularly large. Amenities were available in the front area, including bath additives, face masks, and skincare pouches—all from Sekkisei. After check-out, there were free lockers available for a certain period of time, which was very convenient. It was an extremely comfortable stay!

    It was excellent!

    This was my first time staying here. I was nervous as it was my first solo trip, but the Room was very clean, and the Facility was well-equipped, which impressed me. The bathroom was comfortable and helped me relax. Having worked in housekeeping before, I could tell that the cleaning was thorough. I had a restful night and enjoyed a wonderful trip. Next time, I’d like to include meals in my stay. I would definitely love to visit again!

    Late-night check-in requires special attention.

    Located right in front of Makuhari Toyosuna Station, the access is excellent. However, once AEON Mall closes, the area around the station becomes quiet with little to offer. The convenience store directly connected to the Hotel has limited stock and does not sell alcohol after 10 PM, which can be inconvenient for late-night check-ins if you plan to enjoy a drink in your Room. The Hotel itself is new and clean, with Rooms that are spacious enough and equipped with highly functional switches and outlets. The separation of the bathroom from the toilet and sink is a major plus point. The bathroom features a washing area and a spacious bathtub for added comfort. Amenities such as an air purifier, Dyson hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, and even a massage cushion make for an exceptional stay. The breakfast buffet offers satisfying taste and variety without any complaints, complemented by friendly staff service. For those who don’t mind the quiet surroundings near Makuhari Toyosuna Station or need easy access to Makuhari Messe (a walkable distance through AEON Mall), this Hotel provides an outstanding experience overall.

    The toilet and bathroom were separate, the Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated the chocolates in the refrigerator. Thanks to that, I was able to sleep soundly. Thank you for accommodating my request for a high floor by giving me the top floor. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the Hotel parking only accommodates five cars, which was slightly disappointing; however, there is a Times parking lot nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    A clean Hotel with a particularly user-friendly bathroom. The showerhead was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious. Conveniently located in front of the station, making it very easy to travel.

    Stayed with a friend during a live event in Makuhari. The accommodation was clean throughout, including the rooms, and despite high prices at other hotels, this one offered great value for money! Located right by the station, you can move around without getting wet even on rainy days. There's also a convenience store next door and a large shopping mall nearby, making shopping very convenient. Amenities were excellent, with options like face masks and bath additives available. The bathroom and toilet were separate; the showerhead was ReFa, and the hairdryer was Dyson—features that are especially appealing to women. Personally, I also appreciated that the pajamas were a two-piece set. This is definitely an accommodation I’d love to use again if given the chance!

    I usually don't use business hotels, but due to overlapping events in Makuhari, hotel prices have surged recently, so I decided to try this business hotel. I had previously entered the lobby of JR Mets in Asakusa when a friend from overseas stayed there and found it very clean with amenities like face packs and bath additives, which influenced my choice. It takes about 25 minutes on foot from Makuhari Messe, but only around 10 minutes by taxi for approximately 900 yen, making it quite convenient. There is a large AEON mall near the station with various shops, adding to the convenience. The hotel itself is new and very clean. The room is small and feels a bit cramped compared to traditional hotels' room sizes; however, there is a free space on the first floor where you can work on your computer if the room feels too tight. Although it's far from Messe, I would like to stay here again next time.

    Beautiful Hotel

    I traveled alone. It was a very clean Hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was not extensive, but it tasted better than Hotels of the same rank. However, there was only one bath towel and one face towel in the room. I wished there had been a hand towel to use after washing my hands.
