    Everything is just right.

    Although I live in Tokyo, I stayed here on the final day of Summer Sonic to make sure I got enough sleep and be ready for work the next day. As you’d expect from a Business Hotel, everything was compact and well organized, making it very comfortable. I was especially impressed that there was a massage chair—it saved my back after standing all day. Even with minimal face-to-face service, the amenities and Facility were perfectly suited to my needs, and I was surprised at how satisfied I felt. The bathroom did have that “recently renovated” feel, but everything was new, clean, and easy to use. The breakfast staff were also pleasant; it’s not really a place to linger for long, but it was comfortable and left me with a very good impression.

    I slept comfortably.

    On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

    It was a clean Hotel with great value for money.

    We stayed here with six friends after night golf. The person who contacted us in advance to confirm our Reservation was very polite and helpful. The Facility was spotless and well maintained, but there are only a few parking spaces and no nearby alternatives, which can be tough during hot weather. Also, only my Room had a smaller entrance than the others, which was a bit disappointing. Still, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed spending time in the area the next day, so we would like to stay again.

    Even if it’s far away

    Well worth a visit. There aren’t any bars around—just AEON—but it’s a very good Hotel. Offering this level of value for around 8,000 yen (2026) through this service is simply impressive. Among Business Hotels, Mets is by far the best, but Premier easily surpasses it. The quality is on par with a luxury Hotel.

    I stayed using a wheelchair and asked for assistance, and your staff helped me with a smile, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you very much. The amenities were also well provided and excellent. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    It was wonderful again.

    The front desk staff and the male staff member in the breakfast area are always excellent. Many of the front desk team are young, but they are friendly, welcoming, and full of hospitality. At breakfast, one male staff member handles almost everything on his own, yet he is always pleasant and provides attentive service down to every detail. The amenities are well stocked; there were drinks and chocolates in the refrigerator, and I was able to relax in the bath like at home using the provided bath salts. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Excellent!

    As expected from a premium stay, it was extremely comfortable. The amenities were excellent, the coffee machine was available 24 hours, the Room was clean, and it was quiet at night. I will stay again!

    It exceeded my expectations in the best way.

    I stayed for two nights to visit a family grave, and contrary to my expectations, it turned out to be an excellent stay. Since the Hotel name includes “Premier,” but given the Accommodation Fee, I honestly didn’t expect much and assumed it would just be an extension of a Business Hotel. When making the Reservation, I requested a Room on a higher floor, and I truly appreciated that you arranged a top-floor Room on the ocean side (you can only see the sea slightly, though). Having separate bath and toilet was also highly rated by my family. What surprised me most was that the provided hair dryer was Dyson and the shower head was ReFa. These Facilities at such a reasonable Accommodation Fee really impressed me—I felt like I saw what JR East is capable of. The front desk staff were friendly and left a great impression as well. It’s also incredible that the entrance to AEON Mall is just a 1-minute walk away; even over three days, we couldn’t possibly see everything. After watching the Lotte vs. Nippon-Ham game at Marine Stadium, it took less than 10 minutes by taxi back to the Hotel, making it ideal for staying overnight for baseball games too. I live overseas, but in recent years I’ve been troubled by soaring Hotel prices around Tokyo. There are surprisingly few Hotels that offer great value while satisfying any travel purpose at such a high level—so on my next trip back to Japan, I’m seriously considering an extended stay at Hotel Mets Premier.

    I stayed here while attending an event at Makuhari Messe.

    Thank you very much for accommodating my request in advance. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. This was my first time staying at this Hotel in connection with attending an event at Makuhari Messe. I felt that the entire Facility, including the Room, was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was also convenient and great to be able to use the 24-hour convenience store without having to go outside. What impressed me at breakfast was how attentively the staff monitored the remaining food and kept replenishing it with fresh dishes at all times. As a result, I never had to take cold food, and everything was very delicious. When attending events at Makuhari Messe again, I would like to stay here again.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed here with my daughter for a live concert, and the location was excellent as expected. The Room was spacious enough, the bed was large, and everything was very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. Small touches like the massage cushion and a mirror useful for makeup were much appreciated. The coffee in the lobby was also delicious. If I had to mention one thing, the pajamas were soft and very comfortable to wear, but the fabric was quite thick and they were long-sleeved, so it would have been nice to have a short-sleeve option. Even though we could adjust the temperature with the air conditioner, when staying with two people it wasn’t possible to set it exactly to my preferred temperature. Other than that, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Convenient.

    I stayed here for a concert at LaLa Arena. It was my first time in Chiba and I didn’t know my way around, but since it’s right in front of the station, I don’t think anyone would get lost. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the in-room equipment included a Dyson hair dryer and a humidifier. The bathroom and toilet were separate, the Room was fairly spacious, and I really have no complaints. I understand it’s difficult to deep-clean every corner of the bathroom every day, but I did think that if things continue as they are, some buildup might become noticeable in a few years. Since it’s still new, it didn’t bother me much for now. I was happy to find complimentary chocolates in the refrigerator, and there was also a large foldable mirror that could be placed on the desk for doing makeup. It was also very helpful that they stored my luggage after checkout. I didn’t have many chances to interact with the staff so my rating is slightly lower there, but whenever I asked something they answered properly and pleasantly, and there were no issues at all.

    A Hotel Perfect for a Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for two nights to attend an event at Makuhari Messe. Being able to return to the Hotel right after the live show and relax in the spacious in-room bathtub with my legs stretched out was the best part! There is also a great variety of bath salts, making this a Hotel that feels fun and soothing no matter how many times I visit.

    I always stay here when attending events at Makuhari Messe. At both check-in and check-out, the staff always speak to me, and I’m impressed by their attentive service. The amenities, Facility, and guest rooms are all excellent, so I will stay here again.

    An incredible value for the price...!

    I stayed for one night on a business trip! It was a huge help to have the Hotel right by the station exit, especially since I was carrying work luggage. The staff explained everything clearly with a warm smile, so even as a first-time guest I had no trouble at all! The amenities selection was surprisingly extensive, which meant I didn’t need to bring a lot of items for my trip. (I was also happy they had bath salts and tea!) Both the Room and the bathroom were clean, and the hair dryer and shower were easy to use—overall very comfortable. There’s a large AEON Mall just a short walk away. One stop by train takes you to Kaihin-Makuhari Station (and it’s also walkable). It’s also in a great location—about 20 minutes by train to Disney. For such an excellent stay at this price range, it almost felt too good to be true—an outstanding value Hotel! I’d love to stay again not only for business trips but also for a relaxing getaway. This time I skipped breakfast, but next time I’d definitely like to include it! Sorry for the long review, but I truly had such a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

    It was clean and com...

    It was clean and comfortable. The lobby offered a variety of amenities such as bath salts, and I was able to enjoy a bath in the Room, which helped me relax and recover from fatigue—it was excellent. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    An Overnight Stay Nearby

    It was very comfortable. I was able to store my luggage in a locker until check-in. With the card issued at that time (is it the same as the Room key?), I could relax at the restaurant next to the lounge (it can be used as a lounge after breakfast). Since I stayed only one night, I didn’t use the laundry, but you can check its availability on the Room TV, so it’s recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. There is also a microwave on the second floor, though it would be even more convenient if there were one in the Room. However, there are plenty of restaurants at Aeon nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. Next time, I’d like to stay in the slightly larger twin Room. Highly recommended.

    The best value for money—an outstanding Hotel.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights to visit Disney. It was amazing. Close to the station. Excellent service. A very clean Room and a well-stocked amenities bar. Delicious breakfast. I’ve stayed at various Disney Hotels and official hotels, but this is the first Hotel I’ve ever been this satisfied with in every way. I think it’s a Hotel worth staying at even if it takes about 20 minutes from Maihama. The breakfast doesn’t have a huge number of items, but everything was delicious. They also had daily specials so I didn’t get bored even on a Multiple Night Stay, and I enjoyed it every day. The homemade peanut butter was especially delicious. The staff were very pleasant, and it made my mornings feel refreshing. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    This was my first stay. It was only for one night, but I was very satisfied. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. I would like to stay here again.

    Overall, it’s very clean, and the great location near the station is a big plus!

    I stayed here for a live show at LaLa Arena. The nearest station is two stops away from the venue’s station and in the opposite direction from Tokyo, so it was great for avoiding the crowds on the way back. Once you arrive at the nearest station and exit the ticket gates, you can reach the Hotel in about 30 seconds... I was surprised how close it was. There is also an AEON Mall right next door, so if you need anything you can just buy it there. And if it’s late at night, it was convenient that the convenience store attached to the Hotel is open 24 hours (overnight: guests only). Also, check-in was at 3:00 PM and I arrived a little early at 2:30 PM. I assumed I wouldn’t be able to enter my Room yet, but when I proceeded with check-in they told me I could go in—such a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated it. The amenities included bath salts, which helped a lot... However, for some reason the shower water stayed lukewarm no matter how hot I set it. The bathtub faucet did produce warm water, so I used that to warm up properly. The shower was a bit disappointing. The Room was very clean and spacious. I also used the breakfast buffet, and it was great to see that staff kept an eye on items running low and replenished them quickly when they ran out.

    The Hotel staff are excellent.

    Check-in is done via a machine, but staff provide proper support. They greeted us pleasantly when we went out and when we returned, and even the younger staff were professional and helped us with a smile. The breakfast area was small so I didn’t expect much, but there was a wide variety of options, with many items laid out in small portions. One male staff member handled everything, yet his attentiveness was excellent—he quickly refilled dishes as they ran low and cleared up promptly. It was truly outstanding. The amenities and coffee service were also well stocked. It felt a little pricey, but overall the satisfaction exceeded the cost. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the friendly service and support here made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Mineral water was not replenished.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). When I arrived and tried to use the sink right away, I was disappointed to find hair left there. On the second day, I chose eco cleaning, but the mineral water was not replenished. I considered asking the front desk, but I noticed it late at night and decided not to.

    It was easy to use.

    I stayed in a barrier-free Room. This Hotel is relatively new, clean, and thoughtfully designed with guests in mind. It was easy to use with a wheelchair. The bed was very comfortable. The free drinks in the lobby were also convenient. An AEON Mall next door makes shopping easy.

    Stay Before and After Visiting Disney or Returning Home

    It was new, clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant. The amenities, drinks, and even the smallest details were thoughtfully prepared and fulfilling (there was a spare toothpaste!). The staff were always smiling, proactive in assisting us, and we never faced any issues. We chose the breakfast-included option. Though compact, it offered a wide variety of dishes with great flavors. We stayed for two nights and appreciated how the menu slightly changed each day. The restaurant staff were also consistently attentive. If given another opportunity (depending on the price), I would love to stay here again. My family even mentioned wanting to make it our regular accommodation. Thank you very much!

    For visiting Tokyo Disney Resort

    I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. It takes only 20 minutes to Maihama Station, and the Hotel was new and very clean. The amenities, including bath salts, were excellent. However, package delivery was handled at the convenience store attached to the Hotel rather than at the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient as the store operates unmanned from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. (During New Year's holidays, there were an overwhelming number of guests, and I wanted to leave around 6:00 AM to reach Maihama Station by the first Disney Resort Line train at 6:31 AM and wait for park opening.) That said, apart from this issue, it was undoubtedly a great Hotel overall.

    Affordable yet clean

    The Hotel is located right in front of the station. The Room is so clean and well-maintained that you'll be surprised it's available at this price! The bath towels seemed new, and while there was a slight issue with fabric shedding when drying off, it’s a minor concern overall. When I couldn’t find the parking lot, I called the Hotel, and the front desk staff kindly came outside to guide me. The service was excellent. There’s also Makuhari Aeon next door, making shopping very convenient—no complaints at all. This is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again!

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    Stayed for two nights for Pokémon. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but with an AEON mall next door, meals were not an issue. Breakfast was good for the price, though the proximity of neighboring seats was a bit concerning. Due to a sudden plan to visit Disney and considering travel time (returning 1-2 times for breaks), we decided to extend our stay at our usual accommodation. Unfortunately, we couldn't relax until check-out time.

    It was my first stay, and everything was perfect. The facilities, service, and room cleanliness were impeccable. I even extended my stay. The location is excellent, making me want to plan my travel itinerary around this hotel. Even after checking out, the staff treated me with great care, leaving me completely satisfied.
