    Delicious Breakfast Awaits Here

    A great Hotel choice for enjoying a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. The front desk service is standard. There was no explanation about the amenity bar (likely because I have used this Hotel several times). The separate toilet and bath with a washing area are very convenient. The UCC coffee machine offering coffee, tea, and green tea is also handy. It would be appreciated if the light coming through the blinds in the morning could be addressed, as it causes early waking (though I understand it might not be an immediate fix due to costs).

    I usually stay at a hotel in Ginza, but this time I chose this facility for the first time, hoping for a view of Tokyo Bay. The guest room had two sinks and separate bath and toilet areas, which were very convenient. However, the staff's service was not satisfactory. Perhaps due to being in training, the check-in process took a long time with lines forming and mix-ups in order, making it an unpleasant experience. The breakfast (especially the bread) was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the facilities overall.

    This time, I made a reservation for my wife to stay alone. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was just as delicious as last time. However, while there were no issues with the bath, she mentioned that the water temperature at the sink did not get warm enough. It is a new and pleasant hotel. We would like to stay again.

    Recently, we stayed in a connecting twin Room with four sisters. The Room was comfortable, especially the bathroom with a washing area and the separate toilet, which were great features. However, there were three disappointing points: 1. The pajamas were made of thick fabric and too wide both top and bottom, making them uncomfortable to wear. 2. There were no cotton swabs among the amenities. 3. The slippers were too flimsy and kept slipping off easily. Other than these three points, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the bread was delicious. We had plans in Tsukiji the next day, and the location's convenience for transportation was excellent. We would consider staying again in the future!

    It was the best Hotel!

    It's been a while since I wrote a review. Thank you for accommodating my sudden health issue the other day. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was very satisfied. The bakery's bread was also extremely delicious. I haven't come across a Hotel with such great service at this price in a long time. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm in the area.

    The facility is well-equipped.

    A modern and well-maintained Hotel. I often stay at Ken Hotel, but this was my first time staying in a Business Hotel type. It was great that coffee and tea were readily available, and some Rooms even had a bath with a washing area depending on the choice. In terms of Facilities, it is far superior to an average Business Hotel. However, during breakfast, my partially eaten plate was cleared away while I stepped away from the table. The response from the male student part-time worker at that time was unsatisfactory, which led to this rating. Mistakes happen, but I would appreciate it if they could at least apologize when pointed out... If the individual cannot handle it properly, I hope other staff members can step in to assist. When I stayed at Sanraku before, even customer service was excellent; hence my disappointment as expectations were high this time around.

    I couldn't understan...

    I couldn't understand the bus service well just from the access page of the Hotel, but when I went there, I found that many buses departed from in front of the Hotel. I think it's a convenient location. Being new, I was able to spend my time comfortably. The breakfast was also delicious. However, I was dissatisfied with one point: one of the beds creaked just by sitting on it.

    New and comfortable!

    I read many good reviews and made a reservation on the day of my stay. It was a solo stay, but I chose a Deluxe Twin because of the bath with a washing area. Since there was room availability, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Wide Twin. Check-in was smooth, and the amenity bar with bath salts and tea bags was well-stocked, leaving me spoiled for choice. The room was functional, with two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel even more spacious. There were mugs, glasses, and separate pajamas, and I enjoyed watching YouTube and TVer with the TV's casting function, as well as relaxing in the bath with bath salts. Breakfast was one of the things I was looking forward to, with a wide variety of bread and a full selection of other dishes. There was also a rich variety of drinks, including juices and smoothies. Since it was a plan with a 12 o'clock checkout, I was able to take a walk nearby after breakfast. On the way back, I was able to catch a bus right away from the bus stop in front of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my solo stay.

    Almost perfect score

    You can see the Tsukishima River from the room, and you can also use the bus to get to Tokyo Station. The large bathtub in the separate bathroom and amenities even include face sheets. Almost everything was just right, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the provided toothbrush was too soft and didn't clean well, and the bristles came off and remained in my mouth. I think I'll bring my own toothbrush next time. Tsukishima's Monja Street is also within walking distance, making it perfect for an evening stroll.

    Good Hotel

    It has been my regular Stays since it opened. The Room is spacious and a good Hotel. However, it has become increasingly dusty, and the air conditioner display always says to clean the filter, so I would like detailed cleaning, such as on top of the humidifying air purifier and shelves.

    Review and televisio...

    Review and television made me want to visit this restaurant once, so I stayed. The breakfast was very good. My companion said it was the best breakfast ever. I love bread and eat various kinds, but I wonder if it's inevitable that the sandwich bread was dry. The honey was from the honeycomb and was very delicious without any peculiar taste! It seems that lunch reservations are still fully booked for two months. The amenities are also plentiful and enjoyable!

    Breakfast buffet recommended for bread lovers

    I use this place when there is a concert at the Dai-ichi Seimei Hall across the street. This time, I tried the highly-rated breakfast buffet for the first time. There were so many types of bread (more than I could have imagined) that even as a bread lover, I couldn't try them all. I decided to "leave some for next time." The dishes were also creatively prepared, making for an enjoyable breakfast. The Room is functional and well thought out. The bath has a washing area, so it would be perfect if there was a hand bucket. I headed to the front desk 15 minutes before check-in time, thinking "it wouldn't hurt to try," but as expected, I was told "check-in is at 3 PM," so I decided to wait at the café. After ordering at the café, I was informed that "the Room is ready," and I was able to enter the Room 10 minutes early. It was a slightly unsettling experience.

    The Facility is new and clean, but the front desk staff might be new, as I was asked for payment at the front desk despite having already paid in advance. The front desk staff did not smile, leaving a disappointing impression.

    Executive Corner Twin Room

    Last time, I stayed in the Deluxe Wide Twin, and this time I stayed in the Executive Corner Twin. The amenity bar was once again a delight with a wide variety to choose from. There were many types of tea, and I enjoyed a lovely cup in the beautiful room. The bath additives were also plentiful, allowing me to relax and warm up slowly. This room had a double sink, which was very spacious, and I was delighted to find that the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary! I enjoyed beer and sparkling wine. The shower and hairdryer in the bathroom were ReFa! The shower was refreshing, and the hairdryer left my hair silky smooth. And breakfast! It was incredibly delicious again. The true delight of a delicious breakfast! This time, the soup was pumpkin potage and pot-au-feu, with a gentle taste that warmed my body. There were also French toast, eggs benedict, a wide variety of bread, and delicious smoothies, making me want to stay again just for the breakfast.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I stayed for an event at Big Sight. It was convenient as it took about 20 minutes by Toei Bus, and there were many buses available. I was upgraded to a spacious twin room, so I could relax comfortably. I deducted one star because there was only a table and no desk, but it was sufficient for work, so I think this is just a matter of preference. It's also close to the subway station and the city center, so I think it's very practical. I hope to stay again.

    It was very good.

    I stayed with my sister for one night. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was my first time taking a bus in Tokyo, but the bus stop was close and there were many services, so I found it more convenient than taking the crowded Yamanote Line or subway. There were many foreigners, so it took a little time during check-in, and I was concerned about the dust on the ventilation fan on the ceiling of the room, but other than that, I was satisfied. There was no guidance on where to line up for check-in, so I was confused about where to stand.
