    Convenient and comfortable

    I made a Reservation for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay by splitting it into two bookings (2 nights and 1 night), and I really appreciated that you arranged it so I could stay in the same Room throughout. It was also very helpful that the front desk kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The Room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities, making my stay truly comfortable. There is a convenience store very close by, so even when I returned late, I had no trouble shopping and felt no inconvenience. One small thing: perhaps the bathroom ventilation is weak, as during my bath on the second night the walls and floor were still wet. Other than that, including breakfast, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    The breakfast is excellent!

    It was new, clean, and comfortable. The double-sink vanity was extremely convenient. It would have been perfect if the bathtub were a little larger. What stood out most was the excellent breakfast selection. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and it delighted both the eyes and the palate.

    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation for a Room with a bathroom. The shower water pressure was more than sufficient, and I was very satisfied. The Facility is also new and there were no issues. However, the Hotel entrance has no drop-off area, and with an evening shower I had to get out on the roadway; the path to the entrance was narrow due to guardrails and hedges, with no shelter from the rain, which was difficult. This is the only negative point—otherwise, I am very satisfied.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Stay at Again

    We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed in Tokyo for one night with my daughter and used this Hotel for the first time. Because of our plans the next day, I looked for a place along the Toei Oedo Line. I wasn’t very familiar with the area and felt a bit uneasy, but it turned out to be absolutely the right choice. The amenity bar next to the front desk had a great selection—bath salts, face masks, basic skincare items, and more—which was very convenient. Our Room was on the 12th floor with a nice view, and when I opened the curtains and lay down, I could see a beautiful moon. I was able to relax in the bathroom with a separate washing area, and the Room temperature was comfortable as well. The Room layout was very functional—my daughter even said she’d like to live alone in a Room like this (laughs). We didn’t add breakfast, so I bought some bread on the first floor the night before, and it was delicious too. It made me think breakfast must be great as well—I slightly regretted not adding it this time. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, so it might be tough in bad weather such as rain. However, there’s a convenience store nearby, and we had fun going out for dinner in Tsukishima at night. Thank you very much! This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    Close to Tsukiji.

    Stayed here again. I completely forgot to make a Reservation for parking and wasn’t sure what would happen, but we managed to find a spot directly across the road (they kindly pointed it out) and parked without any issues. This time we stayed for two nights and enjoyed visiting the Tsukiji Outer Market. We chose a Room with a separate bath, toilet, and sink, which made our stay at the Hotel very relaxing. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t watch Netflix, but we’re planning another trip around Tokyo and would love to stay again.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay. Having a Room with a separate bath and toilet is essential for me, and although it’s compact, it feels clean and well maintained. I was very satisfied because I got a great deal with breakfast included. If you walk a bit farther, you can also get to Ginza, so I think the location is good. I’ve had lunch here a few times as well, but the selection was not much different from breakfast. I love bread, so I’m happy that I can enjoy various kinds in smaller portions. The French toast was even better when I added whipped cream and honey. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Highly satisfied

    This was my first time staying here. I stayed to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and at check-in I was told, “Due to our circumstances…”—and then learned they had upgraded our Room. I hadn’t mentioned anything about our situation, so it became a truly wonderful memory. The Room had a stylish, modern city vibe, and the amenities were very well stocked. I will definitely stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    My friend and I stayed in a twin Room. We chose this Hotel because the bath, toilet, and sink were all separate, and the Room was spacious. Having the bath and toilet separate really makes a huge difference in comfort! We had walked a lot and were tired, so being able to soak in the bathtub was truly wonderful. The separate vanity made getting ready convenient as well. The entire Hotel was very clean, and although Kachidoki isn’t an area we usually visit, the location was great! It’s a seaside Hotel away from the crowds, so we were able to relax very comfortably. One small thing: there was only one half-size tissue box at the sink, so I thought it would be nice to have another one. With two women using it for getting ready, I was a little worried it might not be enough. I also hesitate to ask for more late at night or during a busy morning, so having an extra one in the Room would be appreciated. I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I have plans in Tokyo. Next time, I’d also like to try the cafe on the 1st floor!

    A Comfortable Space

    The location was convenient for getting anywhere, and the bus stop was nearby, which made it very convenient. As it is a new Hotel, it was compact yet comfortable. Compared to typical Hotels, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious.

    Many international guests

    I had visited a few times for the lunch buffet and it was excellent, so this time I stayed here looking forward to the breakfast buffet. However, perhaps because it is close to Ginza, there were many overseas guests, and their poor manners—shouting loudly and casually coughing or sneezing in front of the buffet counter—ruined what I had been looking forward to. I know it may be difficult, but I would like you to separate seating for overseas guests and Japanese guests. The buffet itself was delicious; I especially loved the soup and went back for seconds many times. I also appreciated the wide selection of smoothies and juices in the morning. My mother, who loves bread, was very satisfied as well—she seemed to particularly like the anpan. I will visit again for the lunch buffet. Thank you very much.

    This was my first stay. I had reserved a larger Room, and it was spacious and well laid out, making it easy to use. It was stylish, clean, and very nice. However, when I opened the bathroom door, there was a strong sewage smell. My friend also noticed the odor in the bathroom. Strangely, from the next day onward it didn’t smell at all, so I wondered why that happened. It’s a bit of a walk from Kachidoki Station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the Accommodation, so it wasn’t an issue. The weather was great and I liked the neighborhood scenery, so I’d like to stay again. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant.

    I stayed one night in the Executive Corner Twin Room. Being a corner room, it had windows on two sides, making it spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, with a washing area included, and the shower and hairdryer were from ReFa. Although this was just a one-night stay, I felt that even a Multiple Night Stay would be stress-free. Breakfast included salads that paired well with delicious bread, two types of soup, fruits, various dishes, as well as three kinds of smoothies, Yakult drinks, yogurt, and other beverages in the refrigerator—all of which were delightful. The cutlery was compact and easy to handle; the knife had excellent sharpness which made eating Eggs Benedict very convenient. However, there were some points of concern. The drinks in the refrigerator seemed to be complimentary for this room type but there was no explanation at check-in or any notice inside the room. I only found out by checking the Hotel's website later on. While I enjoyed sparkling wine provided in the fridge after discovering this information myself—some guests might miss out on such details. Another issue was controlling room temperature. Upon checking in on a particularly cold evening outside temperatures-wise—the panel showed 20°C inside but felt chilly within due partly because having two windowed walls equipped roll-up blinds instead curtains couldn’t fully block cold air drafts effectively either way adjusted settings up-to 24°C before sleeping yet woke noticing display dropped down unexpectedly around 15°C without understanding how/why happened exactly regarding thermostat operation overall functionality unclear experience-wise here too unfortunately speaking honestly now reflecting back upon things further still... Lastly intermittent electronic sound resembling "beep" (or high-pitched tone) heard every several seconds throughout both nighttime/morning hours alike regardless whether lying bed/bathroom areas alike source remained unknown despite attempts investigating possibilities like suspecting fridge-related noises initially disproven since silent entirely ultimately concluding mystery unresolved altogether leaving impression somewhat unsettling admittedly truthfully stated candidly summarizing thoughts feelings impressions gathered during stay overall perspective shared transparently openly respectfully... If given another opportunity someday perhaps trying different Room option might prove worthwhile exploring alternative experiences potentially better suited preferences expectations ideally envisioned     The bathroom and toilet are separate, making them convenient to use, and the amenities available at the front desk are great. However, I would like the plastic mugs in the Room to be replaced. It's disappointing that coffee doesn't taste as good with those cups.

    Conveniently located.

    Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pre-stay before heading to Haneda Airport after a year-end party in Ginza, and the hotel was conveniently located near the highway entrance. The hotel itself was simple, comfortable, and provided a very fulfilling stay. I would like to visit again.

    We regret that you felt rushed during the breakfast buffet.

    The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The double washbasins were spacious and convenient to use. However, there was an unfortunate experience during the breakfast buffet... Although I understood that it ended at 10:00 AM and was eating quickly, as I was finishing the last bit of scrambled eggs on my plate, a staff member attempted to take my plate away with urgency—just two minutes past 10:00 AM. My elderly mother uses a cane and takes time to navigate the buffet area, so I had asked this staff member in advance to prepare her drink beforehand, but this request seemed to have been forgotten. On top of that, being told "It's closing time" while still eating and having my plate almost taken away left me shocked. If there had been a large amount of food left on the plate it might be understandable—but it was just one bite of scrambled eggs. This experience unfortunately left me with an overall disappointing impression of the hotel.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    Four of us, college friends, stayed for two nights in a connecting room. The deciding factor was the separate bath, toilet, and sink areas, along with four single beds. The stay turned out to be as comfortable as staying at a renowned hotel. Being a newly built hotel, the facilities were modern and convenient. The breakfast at the restaurant was buffet-style, with an impressive variety of homemade bread that was delicious—unfortunately, we couldn’t try all the options in just two mornings. Thoughtful amenities for women added to the comfort of our stay. Although we had to go out for dinner due to its location, the convenience of having a bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to access downtown areas. This has become one of my favorite accommodations that I would love to use again. Thanks to this experience, we created wonderful travel memories!

    Stayed here right after returning from overseas. The new Hotel had a comfortable Room, but there were some areas like the bathroom that were not thoroughly cleaned. When I called the front desk for assistance, my wife mentioned that the response from the receptionist (a foreign lady) was rather harsh. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, and a young female staff member was very kind to my wife, which made her happy. It’s great that champagne can be ordered at a reasonable price in the morning. My wife enjoyed it very much. The food was delicious with several smoothie options available as well. Thanks to the attentive staff, we’d love to visit the restaurant again! Thank you for your hospitality!

    Delightful Breakfast

    The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were kind. The amenity bar at the reception had a wide variety of items and was enjoyable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. Everything I ate was delicious, and I could enjoy a healthy breakfast to my heart's content. It's a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    Truly Premium

    Stayed in a Corner Twin Room for 2 nights. Being just one year since opening, the room was new, clean, and very satisfying. The bathroom and toilet were separate, there was also a closet—truly a premium twin room. There was a welcome message and drinks provided as well. If I may add, having rice options for breakfast in addition to bread would be nice for Multiple Night Stays. However, the menu was diverse enough to enjoy. Lastly, the parking staff were kind and left a great impression. Thank you very much!

    Perfect for relaxation

    The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The deep bathtub that lets you soak up to your shoulders is a great feature, and the sliding door separating the bathroom area from the bedroom is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with French toast being highly recommended. Everything was perfect for me, and I would definitely stay at this Hotel again!

    An upgraded version of a business hotel

    Stayed in an Executive Room. This newly opened, luxurious Business Hotel near my home had caught my attention even before its opening. With many high ratings recently, I decided to stay for one night with my husband. The result? It was the best Business Hotel stay of my life! Spacious and comfortable. The hairdryer was a powerful ReFa model that dried my hair quickly. The interior design was modern and luxurious, creating a great escape from everyday life. The amenity bar offered not only essentials like skincare sets, tea varieties, and cotton pads but also unique items for a Business Hotel such as foot patches for fatigue relief, beauty face masks, and men's skincare sets—very impressive! Breakfast lived up to its highly-rated reviews: a wide variety of Western dishes that were all above average in taste. The soup was hearty with plenty of ingredients. One concern during the stay was experiencing dust mite allergy symptoms in the room. While I am very particular about cleanliness and found the bathroom spotless and well-maintained, there might be an issue with fabric care as I couldn't stop sneezing until taking allergy medication. Our stay coincided with China's National Day holiday, so there were many Chinese guests at the hotel. While selecting items at the amenity bar, three arms suddenly reached out from behind me on both sides; startled by this unexpected action, I stepped back reflexively only to have them take advantage of it by cutting ahead of me while chatting loudly as they grabbed amenities. Perhaps expanding the space around the amenity bar would help avoid such situations. That said, being able to soak in a bathtub at a Business Hotel for the first time ever left me deeply impressed! Overall, it was an excellent stay! Since I live nearby, it's unlikely I'll visit again myself; however, if any acquaintances are looking for a good Business Hotel recommendation in this area—I’d definitely suggest this place.     When I checked in an...

    When I checked in and entered the Room, as I was undressing to take a shower, the door suddenly opened slightly (it only opened a little since the door lock was engaged). I assume it was a Hotel staff member (otherwise, it would be quite concerning), but if they mistakenly opened the door, they should have at least apologized. Instead, they left without saying anything. Since I wasn’t dressed, I didn’t open the door to confirm who it was. If this had happened to a female guest, it could have been a serious issue. As this is one of my favorite Hotels that I’ve used several times before, please take note of this incident.

    Stayed with 3 people, and all 3 said, "We slept well!"

    We stayed as a group of three who usually have trouble falling asleep. The beds were Simmons, and although we’ve slept on Simmons beds before, this hotel truly transported us to the world of sleep in an instant. We slept soundly until morning and felt incredibly refreshed. The pillows were also excellent. The room was still very clean and stylish, celebrating its first anniversary since opening. With plenty of windows, it was a comfortable space to stay in. There’s a Seijo Ishii store open late in the building across (Triton), which was very convenient. Walking to Kachidoki Station is quick via the pedestrian walkway nearby, making it easy to get around. The location is quiet yet convenient, and there wasn’t anything unpleasant about our stay here. Since we didn’t include breakfast with our stay, we visited the bakery on the first floor instead—it was reasonably priced and delicious. While I felt that the front desk service resembled that of a business hotel, when it comes to bed comfort, this place stands out as exceptional! Thank you so much!

    Delicious Breakfast Awaits Here

    A great Hotel choice for enjoying a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. The front desk service is standard. There was no explanation about the amenity bar (likely because I have used this Hotel several times). The separate toilet and bath with a washing area are very convenient. The UCC coffee machine offering coffee, tea, and green tea is also handy. It would be appreciated if the light coming through the blinds in the morning could be addressed, as it causes early waking (though I understand it might not be an immediate fix due to costs).
