    A comfortable Hotel with thoughtful touches throughout

    This was my second stay, and this time I stayed in a higher-grade Room. The meals, staff service, and parking attendants were all to my liking, making my stay very comfortable. I believe the Room's interior design successfully balances cost-efficiency with creating a pleasant space. In particular, the breakfast venue and parking staff provided hospitable service that made the experience enjoyable. Long-term stays are also recommended. I plan to visit again.

    We stayed as a family of three.

    We stayed as a group of three adults. There was a sitting area before the bedroom where we could relax, and the bedroom itself was spacious and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay.

    The Facility is clean, the price is affordable, and the breakfast is delicious at this wonderful Hotel.

    The Facility, meals, and service were all excellent. However, due to an accident, the fire alarm went off at 2 a.m., forcing evacuation and disrupting sleep. Additionally, the distance from the station was a downside.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I found availability right before my stay date, so I made a Reservation immediately. It was a bit over my budget, but in the end it exceeded the price and became a wonderful memory of Kobe. The Room was spacious with separate bath and toilet, and the skincare amenities were well stocked, so I could relax with peace of mind. It was also convenient to get back to the Hotel from around Sannomiya—either on foot or by bus using a transit IC card for 120 yen. The Kitano Ijinkan area is also very close, which was great for sightseeing. The highly rated breakfast lived up to its reputation, with many carefully prepared dishes—so many that it was hard to choose. Since you book a time slot to use it, seating felt relaxed and it didn’t get crowded, which I appreciated. It really is an excellent Hotel, but if I had to mention anything: the window glass had noticeable smudges, and at breakfast I was seated alone next to a group of three women whose loud complaints and negative talk made the meal unpleasant, so I left early. If possible, I would have preferred solo guests seated near other solo guests. That isn’t the Hotel’s fault—it was just bad luck on my part. I would like to stay again when I visit Kobe next time.

    Impressive Breakfast!

    The hotel has a classic impression, but the Room and Facility were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is a unit type but surprisingly spacious, with high-quality sink, bathtub, and toilet. What amazed me was the breakfast menu! While there are no Japanese-style options for rice lovers to note, the variety is extensive and everything is of professional quality without compromise. Wine enthusiasts might find it hard to resist indulging even in the morning. I can't recall the exact name of one dish, but the burdock mousse was so delicious I could eat it forever. The desserts were also authentic; they were so tempting that choosing one after being full from breakfast was almost painful! One concern: There’s a luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out with space near the front desk where you can secure your suitcase handle with a combination lock for self-service access anytime. However, since it's exposed in the lobby area where anyone can touch it, if your suitcase itself isn’t locked securely, someone could potentially open it unnoticed on-site. For those planning to use this service, bringing your own lock for your suitcase is recommended. Perhaps we were just careless as we don’t usually lock our luggage!

    The Room was spacious and still comfortable even with an extra bed. We were also happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The three of us agreed, "It was a great Hotel!"

    A dream come true after ten years.

    About ten years ago, I stayed here by chance and was impressed with the breakfast. However, shortly after it was featured on TV, making it difficult to secure a reservation less than a month before my work schedule was finalized. Finally, my long-awaited stay has come true. This time, I noticed that the room's furniture and even the hangers were tastefully selected. The bathtub was spacious; however, it was slightly disappointing to see some blackened grout between the tiles. The breakfast met expectations with its variety and mostly handmade dishes. However, I hope for improvement in two areas: bamboo shoots being as hard as actual bamboo and offering tea bags even for non-herbal or flavored teas like regular black tea.

    It was comfortable.

    The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The system of taking only the necessary amenities to the room seems more efficient. Breakfast was excellent, just as mentioned in the reviews! Although it’s a bit far from the station, there seem to be delicious bakeries and restaurants nearby.

    Comfortable to stay.

    The room was very comfortable. Both the bed and the bathroom were spacious, which was delightful. A trouser press and a suitcase stand were tucked under the foot of the bed, but it wasn't bothersome.

    I celebrated my birthday here and created another wonderful memory. I truly appreciate the thoughtful hospitality. With a 12 PM checkout, the room was spacious, clean, had a great view, and allowed for a very relaxing stay. There are convenience stores and bakeries nearby, and being located on a wide road made it easy to find. The parking lot is available for an overnight fee and can still be used briefly after checkout, making it convenient to enjoy lunch or some sightseeing before heading home. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn’t try the cakes from the sweets shop on the first floor as they were sold out. This time I opted out of meals, but next time I’d love to try the popular breakfast and desserts! I look forward to staying here again.

    A Hotel That Feels Honest and Sincere

    A hotel worth more than its price. From the parking staff to the front desk and restaurant, everyone understands hospitality and creates an atmosphere of welcoming guests. The breakfast exceeded its reputation and perfectly suited our preferences as a couple. The guest room was clean and provided a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, situated between Sannomiya and Kitano, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Lastly, the parking staff's courteous farewell made us want to return again. We are already planning another visit next month!

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The Room is stylish in cream blue yet feels calm. Amenities are standard; a bit more attention to detail would be appreciated. Breakfast met expectations and was enjoyable. It was entirely Western-style, which made it more delightful without the distraction of Japanese dishes. Each dish, including the dressings, felt carefully prepared. Desserts like handmade gummies, pudding, canelé, and macarons were exciting. The French toast was moist all the way through and delicious.

    Wonderful

    The location requires quite a walk from the station, so it might be tough if the weather is bad. This time, I walked while exploring the surroundings. The interior is a bit old but clean. I even looked under the bed while searching for something and found it to be clean. By the way, they found my missing glasses and kindly called me to send them to my home, which was an excellent service. I've become a complete fan. Breakfast was delicious, amazing, and satisfying. Each dish came with careful explanations and effort put into it, making it very enjoyable. The vegetables were incredibly tasty; Awaji Island milk and roast beef were all satisfying as well. I think dessert lovers will find this place irresistible; the Basque cheesecake was very delicious too. Check-out was at 12 PM, allowing for a leisurely departure. You can also walk to Ijinkan (Ijinkan). I went to Kobe because I wanted to visit here, so I'm satisfied with my trip.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed because I heard the breakfast was delicious. There were many varieties, and both the side dishes and bread were very tasty! It was a bit disappointing that the bath was together with the toilet and I couldn't find a beer vending machine, but it was a very satisfying Hotel. Thank you very much.

    The decision was made because of the good reputation of the breakfast and the easy access from Sannomiya Station. As others have mentioned, there is a gentle uphill slope from Sannomiya Station to the Hotel. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The construction noise was minimal and not bothersome. The breakfast featured many dishes made with ingredients from the Kobe area, and I was able to enjoy it leisurely without any crowding. The variety of bread and desserts was particularly impressive, and the bread was from Isuzu Bakery! The jams were homemade, making it a well-prepared breakfast. I would like to use the breakfast-included Plan again when I visit Kobe for another trip.

    It was great for a change of pace.

    I stayed alone. As everyone has written, you go up a gentle slope from Sannomiya Station. From Shin-Kobe Station of the Shinkansen, you go down. I was very grateful for the various rentals available at the front desk. (I borrowed aroma and iron, etc.) I visited for breakfast and was very satisfied. There were many dishes, and each one was elaborately prepared. Of course, I also enjoyed the delicious bread from Isuzu Bakery. The room had a calming interior, and I was able to relax. Since it was the Christmas season, there was a splendid tree and cute decorations displayed in the lobby, which I enjoyed. Thank you very much.

    I would like to stay again.

    The breakfast menu was extensive and very good. The desserts were delicious, and there were many commercially available chocolates that children would love, which impressed me. The staff was attentive and promptly cleared the dishes after meals.

    A higher-grade Business Hotel with excellent usability

    This is my third stay. It's a bit far from Sannomiya, but I think it's cheaper because of that. The buffet-style breakfast is excellent. One concern is that the floor is wooden, so the surrounding noise and vibrations resonate. It's a shame because I could sleep soundly if it weren't for this. Even with earplugs, the vibrations are noticeable, so if you're sensitive to noise, it might be better to avoid it. That said, I've stayed three times...

    Breakfast Satisfaction

    This is my second stay. Of course, breakfast first. There isn't a buffet menu with live cooking like in a large hotel, and it's not particularly spacious, but the menu is easy to choose from, there are many varieties, frequent replenishments, and it's very delicious. Despite having many guests, everyone is calm, which is nice. I wonder why? The Room is a bit old-fashioned with some steps, but I was able to spend the New Year slowly. The parking guidance was also polite. Thank you very much.

    I was impressed by the bath.

    I had a sudden business trip and used the Room with No Meals Included. I think it's an old building, but the Room was very clean, utilizing its classical charm, and I was especially impressed by the beautiful and spacious bath. I bought bath salts at a nearby convenience store and enjoyed a private bath. The bay window in the Room could be opened, which was great for ventilation. The lobby was a bit dim, which was a little scary, but the staff was very polite. I would like to enjoy the meals next time.

    Great value for money

    They arranged a spacious Room for us. Although it falls under the category of a Business Hotel, considering the luxurious breakfast and Room furnishings, it doesn't feel like a Business Hotel at all. It was so good that I would definitely want to stay again when I come to Kobe.

    On your wedding anniversary,

    We used it for our wedding anniversary. The staff was pleasant, and the Room was spacious and nice, but there was some dust and a few hairs on the dressing room floor, which made me a little concerned about the cleanliness. Other than that, we were satisfied, so we will give this evaluation.

    The Room is spacious, and the bed is also large.

    I stayed in a double room for single use. The room was spacious and the bed was large, allowing me to sleep comfortably in a spread-eagle position. The bath and toilet are in a unit bath, but the space is large and relaxing. There was also a deodorizer (something like Febreze) available, which was very useful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    I used this place during my trip to Kobe. I was very pleased with the quality at this price. I chose the most affordable type of room, and the furniture was simple and cute, perfectly matching my taste. I planned to check out early, but it was so comfortable that I stayed until the last minute. The concerns I had after reading the reviews beforehand were already addressed, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated having bottled water readily available. The breakfast was also very satisfying with a variety of appetizers. The French toast and jam were particularly delicious, making me feel happy from the morning. I would definitely like to use this place again when I visit Kobe next time.

    The breakfast is amazing.

    I stayed at the Piena Suite. The sofa was large and nice. Considering it is a Business Hotel, the amenities were good. The hairdryer was a Panasonic Nanoe. The bathroom was a spacious LIXIL, allowing for a relaxing experience. It was great that everything in the refrigerator, including alcohol, was free! There was also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the breakfast was diverse and delicious! The parking service was convenient, allowing for 24-hour access. It was a bit disappointing that there was a small mistake at the front desk, but overall, I was satisfied. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    It was a disappointing breakfast with unusual changes.

However, even though I requested a quiet Room, I didn't expect to be unable to sleep due to the footsteps of people on the upper floor. The breakfast had changed, and there were many disappointing aspects. The Room itself was clean, so that was good.
