    Your Regular Accommodation in Sapporo

    The staff here are exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay every time, which is why I always choose this place. The hotel is directly connected to both JR and subway stations, allowing for seamless travel without getting wet. However, the public bath can get crowded, and the wait for hair dryers can be long. It would be great if there were some improvements in this area, such as providing water or other amenities to make the waiting experience more comfortable. Considering the popularity of Refa products, it seems many guests have long hair. Additionally, there can be long waits for the elevators as well.

    Favorite Hotel

    Connected directly to the 2nd floor of Shin-Sapporo Station, offering convenient access. Close to shopping facilities, an aquarium, and a science museum for added convenience. A new hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms. Separate bath and toilet make the room user-friendly. The front desk staff provides excellent service. For Multiple Night Stays, you may notice changes in the buffet menu, but everything was delicious so it wasn’t an issue. I would love to stay here again!

    The staff is excellent.

    I stayed here three times this month. On the 27th, I went to the Fighters game and before check-in, I changed into my uniform in the lobby and asked the staff to store my carry-on bag. The staff kindly said, "You're heading to Escon Field, right? Hope they win today! So you'll be back around 6 PM? Enjoy without worrying about time and take care not to get heatstroke." It was the perfect send-off for a Fighters fan! I'll definitely stay here again!

    A guest-friendly Hotel

    I parked my car in the parking lot, but had trouble finding my way to the Hotel and ended up having to call. To my surprise, they came to pick me up at the location where I made the call! Also, even though we requested a wheelchair for my father upon arrival, they prepared it immediately and kindly asked if they should accompany him to the Room. We assured them it was fine as both my mother and I (the second daughter) were there. They even escorted us to the elevator hall, which was very thoughtful. During breakfast, the staff worked together seamlessly so that my father could enjoy a delicious meal without any burden. This is truly an exceptional Hotel!

    Room: The double room felt cramped as one side was against the wall, making it difficult to get off. 2.7 Bathroom: The large public bath was relaxing, but the shower water flow time was short, which made it inconvenient. 3.5 Dining: Enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety of ingredients, which was satisfying. 4.5 Overall Satisfaction: 3.5

    Jackpot!

    I chose a spacious room as I am not fond of small rooms. The new room was very clean, functional, and easy to use. This room was especially convenient as it had a washing machine. Being a business hotel, there are no standout facilities like spas or gyms, but since my main purpose was Escon, I had no complaints. The price was reasonable, making it an excellent accommodation for long-term stays and exploring various places. The breakfast was also great.

    The newly renovated ...

    The newly renovated water facilities were clean and excellent. Even just using the shower, my skin felt smooth—am I the only one who thinks so? It might be a little tricky to find, but it's great that you can reach it from Shin-Sapporo Station without getting wet. Having a convenience store, CO-OP, and a drugstore in the same building is very convenient. If there were microwaves on each floor, it would be perfect!

    A Hotel with a large public bath and excellent value for money!

    This was my first time staying here to visit Es Con Field, and it was excellent! The Room is simple and compact yet very comfortable. I especially appreciated the sink being separate from the bathroom and toilet! The bed was spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. The large public bath was also spacious and convenient to use, which I greatly appreciated. It would be even better if there were more hairdryers and sinks available! The direct access from Shin-Sapporo Station to the Hotel's second floor made it very convenient. I will definitely stay here again!

    Very satisfied!

    I booked this hotel for a live event. I was unsure whether to look for a hotel near Sapporo Station, but choosing this hotel was the right decision! It was convenient as I could come directly from the airport, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage and enjoy my time until the very last moment before heading back. Most importantly, it was incredibly helpful that I could reach the hotel without stepping outside from JR Shin-Sapporo Station! The subway station is also very close by, and the surrounding area is safe and quiet, allowing me to relax completely. The staff were friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay! The room was clean with well-stocked amenities—there’s nothing more I could ask for! Although meals were not included in my stay, dining in such a lovely setting made me want to try their meals next time. While it takes some time to get to Sapporo Station from here, this hotel provided me with an exceptionally relaxing experience—it’s truly perfect for me! Thank you so much for your hospitality; I will definitely use this hotel again!

    Accused of smoking despite not having done so.

    While I was out, I found a letter on the door from the Hotel saying "Found a cigarette in a can, next time it will be 20,000 yen" (the letter had my Room number and name, so it wasn't misplaced). I don't have a habit of smoking and have no recollection of it, so I checked with the front desk and received a different response from the letter, saying "There was a report of an IQOS on the desk" (at that point, it became clear that the information transmission system within the Hotel was sloppy). It was pointless, and I had to have someone from the front desk come and confirm that there was no smell of tobacco. Extremely unpleasant. What does it mean to issue a letter with such careless content to a guest when the fact-checking is sloppy? Moreover, the fact that they presented the guest with unfounded content and did something rude was not shared within the Hotel, and there was no comment at checkout. It's extremely disappointing, especially since I quite liked it and used it several times.

    The Room is compact ...

    The Room is compact yet user-friendly, clean, and comfortable. I love the Refa shower nozzle and hairdryer. It would be even better if the in-room amenities like water were more abundant. It's a pity that the water service in the lobby runs out quickly.

    New and clean Facility

    It was very clean and new, and we were able to use it comfortably. The room had a rational design, and even my blind mother quickly got used to it and used it smoothly. However, the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We went for breakfast at a late hour, around 9 o'clock, which was our fault, but after the last order time of 9:30, all the staff were blatantly cleaning up and preparing for the next lunch with incredible speed, as if telling us to leave quickly... We thought we had the right to stay until the closing time of 10 o'clock, but it was not an atmosphere where we could stay. The food was not bad, so that was very disappointing. Also, the room cleaning day during a Multiple Night Stay is specified, and cleaning on other days seems to incur an additional fee. We don't mind not having room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, but many hotels offer services like water when you decline cleaning, so the additional fee felt a bit off. If you want daily cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, it might be better to make a reservation for each night separately, although there might be room changes. It's a mystery why an additional fee is charged when the Accommodation Fee doesn't change whether it's a Multiple Night Stay or a single night. It might be better not to use Multiple Night Stay. During the room cleaning time, towels and cleaning tools were placed all over the hallway, making it difficult to pass through. I understand that cleaning within a limited time is tough, but I think hospitality is tested by whether you can be considerate of guests with Multiple Night Stays or late check-outs. It was a very good Hotel, so I thought it would be great if they could improve in those areas.

    Great value for money

    The building is new, and everything from the room, lobby, restaurant, to the large public bath was clean, making for a very pleasant stay. With the 60-day early bird discount from Ikkyu, staying for one night with breakfast for three people at just over 17,000 yen was an unbeatable value. The breakfast buffet included ramen and soup curry, all of which were delicious. I would love to use this place again.

    We enjoyed our one night stay

    Except for the small regret that the hotel does not have a parking lot, overall it is worth staying for one night, especially for those who take public transportation.

    Everything was great!!

    Finally found a hotel that's perfect in every way!!!! If I had to say one thing, it would be that the men's bath shower wasn't a ReFa... My son was disappointed. Highly recommended when staying in Sapporo.

    The photos of the hotel on Ikkyu are different, and

    I went by rental car, so I mistook this white tower-like building for the hotel and got lost. The staff came to my aid, which was helpful as the return time for the rental car was approaching. The hotel is new and simple, and it was nice to be able to adjust the air conditioning temperature myself. There is also a bus to Escon, and the train is directly connected, with restaurants from the station to the hotel, making it convenient. I would like to use it again.

    When you go to Es Con Field, it would be great to use this hotel as your base.

    Clean hotel

    I reached the hotel from Shin-Sapporo Station without going outside by following the directions. It was a new and clean hotel, and I enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast, featuring Hokkaido ingredients, was delicious in both Japanese and Western styles.
