    Good value for money.

    As a basic premise, this is a Business Hotel, so you shouldn’t expect the kind of service you’d get at a luxury Hotel. Just being near a station that’s a little away from Sapporo Station, the price, Facility offerings, and cleanliness provide excellent value for money. 　When I was about to take some fried chicken at the breakfast buffet, an employee brought out a fresh batch. As I watched them refill it nearby, I was surprised to see a piece that fell from the pot(?) being put back into the original pot. 　The front desk staff are also quite matter-of-fact, and when I called with an inquiry there was even a surprising response where they hung up abruptly before I had finished. However, the great value makes me feel like “well, it can’t be helped.” I’d like to stay here again on my next trip to Hokkaido, so I hope you’ll continue maintaining the good balance between cleanliness and price. Also, the bath towels and toilet facilities are high quality—on par with luxury Hotels.

    Convenient transportation access

    It was very convenient because I could get there from Shin-Sapporo without going outside. The Room was compact but clean and easy to use. There was a large public bath, which helped me relax and recover from my fatigue.

    Highly recommended.

    We stayed in a twin room. The Hotel is connected to Shin-Sapporo Station by an indoor passageway, so you can get there without going outside—about a 5-minute walk. There are also stylish restaurants along the way, making it easy to eat and return to the Hotel right away. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. Free drinks were available, and the price was affordable, so we were very satisfied.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    We stayed here for an Es Con Field game. I made a Reservation because the breakfast looked good, and it was great—lots of vegetables, and the soup curry was delicious. The Room and lobby were clean, and they offered welcome drinks including detox water, which was a nice touch for women. However, my husband was disappointed that only hot coffee was available (it was a hot day). The security is solid, but having to tap the card key for the elevator and the public bath felt a bit inconvenient. (My husband’s card key often wouldn’t respond, so we ended up having it replaced at the front desk.) The bath area was smaller than expected, but it was easy to use with good amenities like hair dryers, and our 8th-grade grandchild enjoyed it. Overall, it felt especially satisfying for women, but it didn’t quite appeal as much to older men.

    This was my second stay. The direct access to Shin-Sapporo Station was very helpful, especially with the rainy weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety, so I enjoyed it without getting tired of it even over two nights. I would like to stay again.

    Like new

    I stayed here just before its 3rd anniversary, and it was so clean it felt brand new. The Room has a bright wood-grain design that feels relaxing. I also liked the innovative and convenient layout, with the washbasin area separate from the bath and toilet and located in the in-room hallway. Next time, I’ll stay with breakfast included.

    Comfortable Accommodation

    As it is new, the Room is clean and well maintained. There were no issues with the front desk service, and while breakfast was not extravagant, it featured thoughtful touches and a distinct Hokkaido feel throughout, which we were very satisfied with.

    The Hotel I stay at every time I visit Sapporo

    This is the Hotel I stay at every time I visit Sapporo. The location is very convenient, and overall I always have a comfortable stay. It’s also a Hotel that feels familiar—like coming home each time. However, one thing that concerns me slightly is the front desk service. I’ve stayed here several times, but I rarely see the front desk staff smile, and at times it can feel a bit distant or awkward. There were moments when I found myself wondering if I had said something rude or caused trouble. Perhaps the staff are simply very busy and exhausted. If there were more room to breathe—such as through improvements to working conditions or shift arrangements—I think it would further enhance the warm impression of the Hotel overall.

    Easy-to-use Room

    A new, clean, and easy-to-use Room. Separate loungewear is provided, and there is also a large public bath. The breakfast selection is extensive—an all-around highly satisfying Hotel. The price was surprisingly low, perhaps because the Hotel is in Shin-Sapporo rather than central Sapporo? If you can stay at such an affordable and comfortable Hotel just one stop away, a little extra travel doesn’t bother me at all.

    Conveniently located.

    I stayed for two nights to watch a game at ES CON FIELD. It was very convenient because there is a passageway to Shin-Sapporo Station without going outside. The passageway connects to the Hotel’s second-floor entrance, while the front desk and breakfast restaurant are on the first floor. The Room had separate top and bottom loungewear, which I could wear to the large public bath on the third floor. I would like to stay here again next time.

    It was compact, but clean and comfortable!

    The Room was compact but cozy and more than sufficient for an overnight stay. The large public bath was also comfortable, and I was happy to find a ReFa hair dryer and shower head. For breakfast, I would have liked a wider variety of Japanese dishes.

    Great value for money

    1) You can walk from Shin-Sapporo Station via the second-floor walkway, so you won’t have to worry even in bad weather. However, the front desk is on the first floor, so you’ll need to take the elevator down once. 2) It’s a new building, and everything—including the large public bath—was clean and well maintained. I did wish the Room TV were positioned across from the bed rather than along its side. 3) Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Hokkaido specialties, and everything was delicious. It’s just as convenient as a typical city Hotel in central Sapporo, with outstanding value for money. Another plus was that we didn’t see many foreign guests (from certain noisy countries).

    The bathroom and kitchen facilities are impeccable.

    All water fixtures are by TOTO, and both the Washlet toilet and the high-pressure bathtub are clean and well maintained. In addition, breakfast is served in scheduled time slots to avoid crowding, the staff are attentive, and we were satisfied with the quality, variety, and taste.

    Very clean, with a large public bath, just 1 minute from the station.

    The three of us stayed here. The Room was neat and well organized, making it comfortable to spend time in and sleep well. We enjoyed the welcome drink, and the large public bath was available both at night and in the morning. The ReFa shower head and hair dryer were also very comfortable to use. We booked No Meals Included, but there is a convenience store in the Hotel, which was very convenient. The station is right in front, so getting around was easy. We used it for the Sapporo Snow Festival and sightseeing in Otaru, and it was convenient because we could reach New Chitose Airport as well as Sapporo and Otaru without transfers.

    Stay again in one month.

    This was my second stay. I chose the same Superior Twin as last time. I enjoyed my previous stay so much that I decided to return. In my previous review, I mentioned the hotel's excellent access to public transportation, the room layout, and the great bathroom. This time, during a very cold day in Sapporo, I noticed how comfortable the room's air conditioning was—it was warm without being dry, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel's partnered parking lot (D Parking) is spacious and provides peace of mind for those arriving with their cherished cars. Additionally, it's convenient that the hotel elevator on the 2nd floor connects directly to a convenience store. Once again, I had a very comfortable stay—thank you! I'm planning to visit again in spring!

    Unfortunately, the reception was disappointing.

    I chose this Hotel because it is accessible from Shin-Sapporo Station without going outside. The Room was new and clean. The lighting was bright, warm, and comfortable to stay in. However, there were no unnecessary items—just the essentials. In a good way, it's an SDGs-conscious Hotel. Upon entering the Hotel, the reception by a young male staff member at the front desk was unpleasant. He kept his head down until we said "We'd like to check in," and his attitude felt rude—as if he didn’t consider us as guests. There was no explanation about the breakfast venue, amenities, or welcome drinks; instead, we were handed a guide paper with "Feel free to ask if you have questions." The next day, I saw a female staff member explaining everything politely in English using the same guide for foreign guests checking in—it felt like they weren’t doing equal work for equal pay. The front desk represents the face of any Hotel. It made me wonder if we were unwelcome at this Hotel based on how that staff member treated us—it left me questioning their professionalism as a person. I hope they value each encounter as something special. Breakfast was average. Despite having a pizza oven available, only small pizzas were served—I would have liked larger ones! Also, I found the noodle soup slightly too salty. After checking out and returning later to retrieve forgotten items from my Room, I encountered another male staff member who was polite and courteous—it gave me some relief. Will I stay here again? Hmm... not sure (・・?).

    Repeat-worthy!

    It was a wonderful stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, and while the large bath is not a natural Onsen, it was very clean and provided a relaxing experience. There are many delicious restaurants in the area, and being able to go directly from the parking lot to the Hotel without stepping outside is incredibly convenient on rainy or snowy days. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Stayed in a Superior...

    Stayed in a Superior Twin Room. The room was clean, spacious, and easy to use. The bathroom had a washing area, making it very convenient. The hotel is connected to commercial facilities, JR station, subway station, and parking lot via walkways, providing excellent access. I really liked it. The only downside was the small refrigerator in the room, which could only hold a few drinks. It would be nice if mineral water were provided as a complimentary service. I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit Escon. The review ratings were good despite being relatively affordable, so I made a reservation and was very satisfied! When I asked questions at the front desk about check-in, check-out, and the bus to Escon, all the staff were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable talking with them. I was also happy that I could use a ReFa hair dryer in the large public bath, which left my hair shiny for my visit to Escon the next day. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations in both variety and taste. The attention to detail in the plates also left a great impression, making for a wonderful start to my day. I definitely plan to stay here again!

    Unfortunately.

    Overall, it was a disappointing Hotel. I don't think I will use it again, but I would like to share my experience to avoid unpleasant surprises for future guests. - **Parking Information** The Hotel does not have its own parking lot and provides information about nearby parking. However, instead of simply indicating the adjacent parking, they provided a confusing map, which caused me to get lost. It would have been better if they had just shown the location on Google Maps. Even entering the parking lot into the navigation system did not help. - **Elevator Floor Buttons** To select a floor in the elevator, you need to scan your Room key (card). However, this was not explained at the front desk. - **Room** The window was small with no view, and the pillow had a faint moldy smell. The most unbearable issue was the irregular knocking noise during the night. I couldn't determine if it was from the pipes, but it caused me to lose sleep. I do not recommend this Hotel.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    I searched for a hotel in Shin-Sapporo to visit the Historical Village. The deciding factors were its direct connection to the station, allowing access without getting wet, the fact that it is a new hotel, and the hotel's sincere attitude towards reviews. As expected, I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff I met in the hallways greeted me politely. The breakfast restaurant staff were particularly attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast was diverse and very satisfying. Both the vegetables and rice were delicious. There were so many side dishes for the rice that I ended up eating a lot. Our family especially enjoyed the waffle machine. The waffles were chewy and delicious. The room was spacious, with a double-bowl sink in the bathroom and a separate toilet, making it very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and if I stay near Sapporo again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.

    Impeccably clean! Unfortunately, the view is disappointing.

    The Facility was very clean and comfortable. The lobby and shared spaces had a calm and pleasant atmosphere. However, the view from the Room was quite disappointing. When opening the window, all I could see was the emergency staircase of the neighboring building... Unfortunately, I couldn't even open the curtains during my stay.

    I stayed here during my trip to Hokkaido. When choosing a hotel for your trip, it's important to prioritize what matters most. A wrong choice of accommodation can ruin precious memories. This time, the following conditions were perfectly met! The cost was well within budget, even with some change left over. Separate bathroom and toilet with a washing area are non-negotiable for me. A spacious room that felt comfortable even for two people. Secure card key access ensured safety. The standard meals were delicious. Additionally: Directly connected to the station, so no worries about rain. Towel replacement service on the second night of stay. New facilities with no crowding and smooth operations throughout our stay. We borrowed items like an iron, chargers, nail clippers, and even playing cards! Although we didn’t use it, there was also a large public bath available. The staff's polite and attentive service was commendable. While this experience has raised my expectations further in the future, overall it was an excellent hotel. Thank you very much!

    Your Regular Accommodation in Sapporo

    The staff here are exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay every time, which is why I always choose this place. The hotel is directly connected to both JR and subway stations, allowing for seamless travel without getting wet. However, the public bath can get crowded, and the wait for hair dryers can be long. It would be great if there were some improvements in this area, such as providing water or other amenities to make the waiting experience more comfortable. Considering the popularity of Refa products, it seems many guests have long hair. Additionally, there can be long waits for the elevators as well.

    Favorite Hotel

    Connected directly to the 2nd floor of Shin-Sapporo Station, offering convenient access. Close to shopping facilities, an aquarium, and a science museum for added convenience. A new hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms. Separate bath and toilet make the room user-friendly. The front desk staff provides excellent service. For Multiple Night Stays, you may notice changes in the buffet menu, but everything was delicious so it wasn’t an issue. I would love to stay here again!

    The staff is excellent.

    I stayed here three times this month. On the 27th, I went to the Fighters game and before check-in, I changed into my uniform in the lobby and asked the staff to store my carry-on bag. The staff kindly said, "You're heading to Escon Field, right? Hope they win today! So you'll be back around 6 PM? Enjoy without worrying about time and take care not to get heatstroke." It was the perfect send-off for a Fighters fan! I'll definitely stay here again!
