  It is conveniently located close to the station. This may be unavoidable, but both at check-in and check-out the lobby was crowded with many suitcases, and since I have a physical disability it was difficult to get through. Also, there are only a few elevators, so it can take time before you can get on, and even when one arrives it may be full and you may not be able to board. It is best to allow extra time. As the building uses centralized air conditioning, I could not adjust the Room temperature. If you are sensitive to air conditioning, you may want to take measures against dryness.

  Convenient location, affordable price, clean Room, and adequate Facility.

  Located right between Ueno and Okachimachi, about a 5-minute walk from each station. The area is lively and convenient. The Room is clean, not luxurious, but offers a comfortable stay at an affordable price, ensuring great satisfaction.

  I stay at Business H...

  I stay at Business Hotels about 20 times a year for business trips, and 40% of those stays are at APA Hotel. This time, the Room's bathroom was extremely dirty, as if someone had walked through the unit bath's sink area with muddy shoes. The bathtub drain seemed clogged, causing water to not flow properly. When taking a shower, water would accumulate up to ankle level, which was very unpleasant.

  APA Hotel in the heart of the downtown area

  The notification email from IKYU.com included directions from the station exit and walking time, which was very convenient. The Room was well-cleaned and spotless. Breakfast included rice and miso soup, which I appreciated as a fan of Japanese cuisine. The Hotel is located right in the middle of a bustling area, making it very convenient. This is not the Hotel's fault, but I woke up at night due to loud voices or noises in the hallway. It seemed to be from foreign guests. It would be nice if it could stay quiet during nighttime. That's all!
