    I probably won’t stay here again…

    At check-in, there was no explanation about how to get to the Room, and almost nothing was explained at all. I ended up staying in Kyoto longer than planned, so I was moving with a large suitcase and a cardboard box I had intended to ship, carrying everything by myself, which felt unhelpful. At check-out, when I called to ask about shipping my luggage, I was told they were busy and that I should come to the front desk to pick up the shipping form and bring my luggage there as well. I could understand this at a budget business hotel for under 10,000 yen per night, but I didn’t expect to be treated like this for this price. The Room itself was relatively nice—separate bath and toilet, and a door between the bathroom area and the bedroom—but I don’t think I would stay again.

    New and clean

    I enjoyed an affordable multiple night stay for 2 nights during my Kyoto trip. The accommodation is new, clean, and conveniently located near Kyoto Station. They also stored my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful for sightseeing. The room is compact but clean. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was not an issue. The onsen was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I would love to stay here again!

    Kyoto Trip

    A newly built and clean Hotel conveniently located within walking distance from Kyoto Station and close to a bus stop. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, and the luggage storage service was smooth and helpful. Thank you very much.

    Uncomfortable Room

    Upon entering the hallway, you will immediately find the bedroom. This may not be ideal for those who are particular about such arrangements. For guests sensitive to noise, such as from air conditioning, this could be challenging.

    The Room was clean, and the best part was the spacious public bath, which was very enjoyable. I would love to use it again.

    Malfunctioning fire alarm

    I was relaxing in a comfortable space at night, but after 11 PM, an announcement came through the hotel stating something like "Fire on the 10th floor." I quickly left my Room, and a guest from the neighboring Room guided me to the emergency stairs, allowing me to evacuate. Upon reaching the first floor, another announcement stated that "No fire has occurred," and it became clear that nothing had happened. However, it took about 20–30 minutes before elevator use was restored, allowing me to return to my Room. Later on, an announcement apologized for "the inconvenience caused." During this time, I did not see any Hotel staff in person; everything was handled via announcements alone. This response from the Hotel left me feeling disappointed.

    The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, daily cleaning is not provided. It might be due to staff shortages or a high number of guests. Even when the cleaning request sticker is placed on the door, only trash removal is done.

    Impeccably clean.

    Both the facilities and the Room were thoroughly cleaned and felt very hygienic. There were many international guests, but there were hardly any people with poor manners in the baths, and since the staff clean quite frequently, I felt that actually made it better. I have usually stayed at relatively luxury Hotels, but this Hotel is more casual, and I felt it would still be a good option going forward. If I had to be picky, I wish the slippers for walking to the spa were a bit easier to walk in.

    Hot water

    The hot water temperature in the Room is low, and both the bath and shower are at a barely acceptable level. It is especially tough during winter.

    I would like to use it again.

    The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was very grateful that the Room had a separate washbasin. All the Hotel staff were very courteous, and the foreign cleaning staff were also kind, making my stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious, making me slightly regret not opting for dinner. Next time, I would like to have dinner as well. I was also pleased that there was an Onsen! I would like to use it again.

    The process of leaving luggage before check-in was smooth, and with several staff members at the front desk, there was no waiting for guests. The Room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable. It coincided with the Spring Festival, so there were many guests from China and other countries, but the changing area was spacious, and the bath was larger than it appeared in the photos, so it did not feel cramped. This is a Property I can recommend!

    The sauna was disappointing.

    I stayed for work. It was close to the station, and the Facility was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, but there were some concerns. The large public bath was very spacious, and the changing room was clean and nice, but in the morning, the sauna was not very hot, and the cold bath was just a small unit bath filled with water, which was very disappointing for a sauna enthusiast.

    It was very comfortable.

    We stayed for two nights. It was really nice to have a separate bath, washroom, and toilet. The large bathtub (with a separate washing area!) allowed us to soak in the hot water and relax our bodies. The cleaning was thorough, and it was comfortable. There is no room space as the bed is right at the door. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep on. It was also very close to the station, which was convenient. We would like to use it again.

    The hotel is incredi...

    The hotel is incredibly clean, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The large public bath's open-air bath has a faint sulfur scent and a smooth, lotion-like spring quality. The changing room is regularly cleaned by staff, making it pleasant to use. The calm interior and rooms have a design that evokes a sense of Japanese style and are quiet. Breakfast includes an egg station and menus using ingredients from Kyoto, which were delicious. If possible, having two more standout menu items would help differentiate from other hotels. (Instead of pasta and dim sum) I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers and groups alike.

    Convenient location

    Located in front of Kyoto Station, it was convenient for going out for sightseeing. Until now, I mainly used hotels near Shijo, but I felt that being in front of the station is indeed convenient. I saw many groups of both domestic and international guests, but I was able to use the breakfast service comfortably without any particular congestion. It would be nice if the TV screen displayed information about the bath's congestion and the laundry usage status.

    Nice to meet you, thank you for your hospitality. The room felt a bit small, but the separate toilet and bath were convenient to use. The breakfast had a wide variety and was good. It was a bit crowded, so I think it would be better if the arrangement allowed for smoother access. I was concerned that the towels in the room were a bit rough.

    Compact and clean
