    The breakfast is excellent.

A slightly upscale Business Hotel. The Room is clean and feels reassuring. The stand-up shower in the Room is a bit inconvenient, so I use the large public bath instead, but the chlorine smell is quite strong. You won’t get slippers unless you ask at the front desk. Since the floors are covered with tatami mats, you walk barefoot indoors, but there were many tired-looking men around, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Still, as a Business Hotel it’s high quality, with various services such as drinks after bathing that make it feel a step above. Breakfast was excellent. It’s almost entirely Japanese-style, but you can freely pile on as much salmon roe, salmon, marinated tuna, and whitebait as you like. There was also beef tongue and a small selection of simple tempura. They also served and introduced local yogurt and milk. It was good enough that I’d choose this Hotel just for the breakfast.

    A wonderful Accommodation

Overall, it was a compact Accommodation, but perhaps because it is new, it was very clean and comfortable. Although it is a new Facility, the in-room TV was not a smart TV, so I’m deducting one star; however, the breakfast was delicious, and Nono is wonderful as always.

    We had a relaxing stay!

Stayed here to attend a live show in Sendai. With so many concerts and events in the city that day and Hotel rates soaring, I chose this place because it was relatively reasonably priced. The Room was spacious enough for one person. I used the large public bath about three times, and it was always clean. It may depend on the time of day, but neither the changing area nor the bathing area felt very crowded, so I could relax and enjoy the Onsen at my own pace. What I especially appreciated this time was the complimentary coffee and café latte service in front of the front desk! I was able to unwind in my Room with my favorite Sendai sweets along with coffee and a café latte. The staff’s hospitality also felt just right—friendly while keeping a comfortable distance. In particular, I loved the smile of the person serving late-night soba! It’s rare to find a Hotel where you can leisurely enjoy an Onsen at this price, so this will be my go-to Accommodation in Sendai from now on! To everyone on the Nono Sendai team, thank you very much!

I was delighted to be served local dishes for breakfast. The seri hot pot in particular was absolutely delicious.

    New and clean Hotel

The Hotel is new and clean. The Room is compact but free from unpleasant odors, providing a comfortable stay. The explanation from the male staff at the front desk felt slightly lacking in detail. It might be better to provide necessary information more clearly and thoroughly. A woman, seemingly part of a Chinese couple, was eating the welcome dessert pear pudding with a spoon while standing in the elevator. Since guests are barefoot inside the facility, I was concerned about potential spills on the floor. I also saw her in the bath area, where she entered the indoor bath without washing her body or rinsing beforehand, which felt unhygienic. While there is a notice on the entrance door warning about slippery floors, it might be helpful to include clear instructions emphasizing washing before entering baths for better hygiene practices.

Everything was great except for the check-in.

Upon check-in, after confirming my name, I was directed to the self-check-in machine. Since I had made an advance payment (which was not verified), an error occurred, and I had to return to the counter for manual processing, which was a bit tiring. Inside the accommodation, guests are required to remove their shoes, but having tabi socks provided as amenities was helpful. The bath towel came in a dedicated basket bag, making it very convenient to carry my bath set directly to the onsen. I also appreciated having a large towel rack in the room. The public bath had lockers with keys and a reasonably spacious changing area, making it comfortable. Enjoying ice cream and Yakult after bathing added a nice touch of relaxation. The signature "Yonaki Soba" at night was delicious as well. Perhaps due to timing, the accommodation was quiet during my stay, and the public bath remained clean and well-maintained throughout—something I truly appreciated. I hope this remains a peaceful accommodation in the future!

    The breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast, though limited in variety as expected, was of high quality and very delicious. Additionally, the complimentary "Yonaki Soba" service was so tempting that I couldn't resist even when full, making it highly satisfying. However, considering the room's facilities, size, and quality aside from meals, the accommodation cost felt slightly high and less competitive compared to other hotels in the same price range. Also, while both check-in and check-out were done via machines, the staff during check-in provided a warm welcome which was appreciated. On the other hand, during check-out there was no greeting from staff—perhaps due to being busy—which left me wondering about their attentiveness.

    I stayed here for a ...

I stayed here for a staycation even though I live nearby. The Room had tatami flooring, allowing me to relax barefoot. The futon was also very comfortable to sleep on. The room wear was in a samue style, making it easy to move around, and it was convenient that you could wear it throughout the facility. However, the tag on the back felt a bit scratchy. Breakfast was delicious and very filling! I got so full that I couldn’t go for seconds (laughs). The seafood bowl and tempura were especially tasty. The bath is on the smaller side but sufficient considering it's in downtown Sendai. The open-air bath was pleasant, and the shampoo bar offered great options! Even the hairdryer provided was high-end. I also enjoyed having ice cream after bathing—the soda-flavored ice cream was delicious! There’s a manga corner which I looked forward to, but unfortunately, the selection wasn’t great. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would love to visit again!

    Open-air Bath

An outdoor hot spring in the city, but it lacked a sense of openness—just felt like a bath outside. Everything else was excellent.

    A clean and comfortable accommodation.

The room was very clean, and the amenities and services were excellent. The Onsen was amazing! Breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay here again.

Facility is excellent. Nighttime service staff could be improved.

We stayed at this accommodation with our 0-year-old child. We visit Sendai every year for travel, and since our child was born, we chose this accommodation with a Japanese-Western style room where the baby could crawl around. Although there were no specific baby-welcome services, the Japanese-Western style room allowed our child to move freely within the room. Additionally, staff wiped down the stroller tires at the entrance and brought it to our room, making it convenient to feed baby food while seated in the stroller. Overall, we found it very user-friendly and were highly satisfied. However, one issue stood out: during nighttime reception service on consecutive nights, we experienced dissatisfaction. When requesting assistance with wiping stroller tires so we could bring it into the room, staff visibly showed displeasure and their attitude changed abruptly to an unwelcoming demeanor. This happened two nights in a row with different staff members each time, making us hesitant to ask again. On the other hand, during check-in service earlier in our stay, another staff member kindly offered to wipe down the stroller tires without hesitation—indicating that while this service is part of what they offer as an accommodation feature, not all staff approach it positively. The meals were delicious; additionally, services like night soba noodles and post-bath ice cream were extremely satisfying!

    It was a relaxing experience.

Sendai is known for its kind people, abundant greenery, and delicious food. Nono is conveniently located near the station. Mori no Miyako no Yu was my first stay, and it was truly relaxing. The Room was cozy, the bed was soft and comfortable. It felt clean and welcoming; I would love to stay again.

It was an accommodation with great satisfaction!

The entire accommodation is clean and very comfortable. We traveled as a group of four, each with our own room, but we enjoyed spending time in the lounge, chatting late into the night and drinking our favorite beverages. Since the lounge allows outside food, I wish we had brought some snacks to enjoy. Breakfast was just as delicious as the reviews mentioned, featuring freshly fried tempura and DIY seafood bowls that made us eat more than usual. When we asked for sightseeing recommendations at checkout, the front desk staff provided detailed guidance, allowing us to have a wonderful tour following their suggested route. The staff were incredibly kind, and I definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit to Sendai.

A memorable moment of your wonderful journey.

I took my parents, who haven't traveled much to rural areas, on a trip to Sendai. As someone who has stayed at various Dormy Inn hotels with excellent services, I decided to make a Reservation at Nono for the first time. Entering the lobby without shoes was unique and made the atmosphere even more relaxing. My parents also felt comfortable and enjoyed their stay. They were especially satisfied with the complimentary post-bath ice cream and late-night ramen, as well as the wide variety of breakfast buffet options that we could enjoy during less crowded hours. They even said they’d love to stay here again, which made me feel great about choosing this place. Staying at Nono for the first time in Sendai was such a wonderful experience! Even as someone familiar with many Dormy Inn hotels, I truly appreciated it.

    It is expensive.

Prices have gone up everywhere recently, which is understandable, but it feels expensive. The room and bath were clean, and the breakfast was decent. However, although my stay included breakfast, the price for breakfast alone was listed as 3,000 yen. I usually look forward to hotel breakfast buffets, but at 3,000 yen, I felt it wasn’t worth forcing myself to eat. I like Zunda mochi (sweet soybean rice cakes), but they were too hard to enjoy. I didn’t interact much with the staff, so I can’t comment on their service. Would I stay here again? It depends on the price.

Seafood Rice Bowl for Breakfast! Japanese-Style Business Hotel with Onsen Large Bath

As a resident of Chiba Prefecture, this was my first trip to Sendai. For the second night, I chose this accommodation for two reasons: "having a large public bath" and "highly rated breakfast." However, I couldn't make the reservation through the travel agency where I booked my first night's accommodation and round-trip Shinkansen tickets, so I used IKYU.com for the first time. This is a Japanese-style hotel with tatami flooring where you take off your shoes upon entering. It was my second time using a Dormy Inn Group hotel, but this one pleasantly surprised me in many ways. After leaving my luggage at the front desk, I went out for lunch and visited Matsushima before checking in around 4 PM. The check-in process was smooth. The room had tatami flooring with beds on top—a spacious setup for solo travelers. Since there’s a large public bath available, the room only has a shower. There’s also an air purifier and some small snacks provided in the refrigerator. After dining out, I tried their lounge service (additional charge), but since no one else was there and I'm not much of an alcohol drinker despite it being all-you-can-drink, it might not have been worth adding that option. Dormy Inn is known for its complimentary late-night ramen ("Yonaki Soba"), but unfortunately, I got too engrossed watching TV (baseball) to make it before 11 PM! Having tried it once before at another location though, missing it wasn’t too disappointing. I visited the large public bath early in the morning before breakfast—it wasn’t crowded at all which made it very relaxing. As for breakfast itself—the highlight of my stay—the customizable seafood rice bowl was absolutely delicious! Service-wise everything felt standard; hence I'd rate that aspect 4 stars while giving everything else 5 stars overall. If given another chance to visit Sendai again someday—I might consider staying here once more! Unfortunately forgot to take photos of any meals...

    It was great!

Although it's a bit of a distance from Sendai Station, it's enjoyable to walk through the arcade street. The Room is relaxing with tatami mats, and the best part is the breakfast. It was delicious. I was in Sendai for a concert, but I was able to enjoy Sendai's specialties for breakfast.

Long time no see, Sendai Nono.

The onsen and meals were both excellent. I stayed for three nights, and the onsen helped me relax. I will stay at this property again when I visit Sendai.

The comfort of bare feet is irreplaceable.

The seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious! I was looking forward to the morning. The Hotel is within a reasonable walking distance from Sendai Station and is conveniently close to the arcade.

    A stay like home

Taking off your shoes at the entrance and putting them in the shoe cabinet feels like a public bath. The hot spring on the top floor allows you to relax even on a business trip. You can walk around the facility in socks. The complimentary ramen as a late-night snack and the ice pops after a bath are delightful. It's right in front of the subway station and within a 15-minute walk to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient. I would like to use it again.
