Overall, it was a compact Accommodation, but perhaps because it is new, it was very clean and comfortable.Although it is a new Facility, the in-room TV was not a smart TV, so I’m deducting one star; however, the breakfast was delicious, and Nono is wonderful as always.

Stayed here to attend a live show in Sendai.With so many concerts and events in the city that day and Hotel rates soaring, I chose this place because it was relatively reasonably priced.The Room was spacious enough for one person.I used the large public bath about three times, and it was always clean.It may depend on the time of day, but neither the changing area nor the bathing area felt very crowded, so I could relax and enjoy the Onsen at my own pace.What I especially appreciated this time was the complimentary coffee and café latte service in front of the front desk! I was able to unwind in my Room with my favorite Sendai sweets along with coffee and a café latte.The staff’s hospitality also felt just right—friendly while keeping a comfortable distance.In particular, I loved the smile of the person serving late-night soba!It’s rare to find a Hotel where you can leisurely enjoy an Onsen at this price, so this will be my go-to Accommodation in Sendai from now on!To everyone on the Nono Sendai team,thank you very much!
