  Beyond expectations

  First stay here for the Kobe Marathon, conveniently close to the start. Personally delighted with the ASICS store just a minute's walk away, but it's a convenient location for getting anywhere. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, with two sinks, as expected. All the staff were kind, making it a pleasant stay. The reliable presence of Salvatore Cuomo was also reassuring.

  Hotel Stays

  I visited Sannomiya for the first time in 50 years with my spouse to reminisce about the past and made a Hotel reservation, but I didn't expect there to be two locations, so we ended up going to the Hotel on Miyuki Street. When we went to the front desk to check in, we were kindly informed that it was part of the same Hotel chain and that the location was a 10-minute walk away. Since we had already parked the car in the parking lot, we asked if we could leave it there and walked to the Hotel we were directed to. The warm reception from the woman at the Hotel front desk relieved our travel fatigue, and the Room was clean and perfect. I would like to stay again when I visit Sannomiya. I am grateful to the woman at the front desk. Thank you very much.

  I was able to have a comfortable stay.

  The hotel is a little distance from the station, but it was very comfortable. I will stay there again.
