    I may have made the ...

    I may have made the Reservation by mistake, but the smoking Room had a lingering odor. Since I quit smoking, I might have noticed it even more. We used a twin Room for three people, so it felt cramped. A triple Room would have been better. However, what I like about this Hotel is how easy the bathroom, toilet, and sink area are to use. That’s definitely true. The breakfast buffet offers dim sum as well as Western and Japanese options, and it’s pleasantly tasty. The smoothies were especially good.

    I always stay here on business trips. Even when it’s busy, the staff guide me smoothly, and my stay is very comfortable. The amenities are well stocked, and the Room is spacious, making it easy to relax. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

    Because of the Room ...

    Because of the Room door design, it was a bit difficult to pass through unless it was fully opened, which became a minor but constant stress. Other than that, the location is great, the amenities are Sekkisei, there is a separate bathroom with Epsom salts provided, and every breakfast item was delicious—I was very satisfied.

    The stay itself is fine, but perhaps due to limited staff, breakfast cleanup doesn’t seem to be keeping up. Used dishes from previous guests are left out. It may be worth checking on this.

    I stayed here on a business trip, and it was very clean; the Room was neatly prepared and comfortable. The amenities are well stocked, which is why I choose this place.

    Disappointed with the cleanliness of the front desk and the Room.

    There was still dirt on the sink and the toilet seat. These are the places I most want to be spotless, so it really bothered me. The front desk staff’s attitude was so unpleasant I don’t even know how to describe it. It made me wonder what kind of training they receive before being hired. I would like you to hire staff who live up to the “Premier” name. It left me feeling very upset.

    This was my second stay. I spent two nights in the Relax Twin for shopping and a refreshing break from everyday life, and it was a truly luxurious time! The amenities are well stocked—excellent!

    A surprisingly convenient bathroom, but a disappointing breakfast

    What I really liked about the bathroom with a washing area was that the shower and bathtub faucets are separate. You can fill the tub while washing, which is very convenient! You can also set the water volume, so there’s no worry about it overflowing even if you’re watching TV. The disappointing point was breakfast. The number of guests and the restaurant capacity don’t match. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but there was already a waiting line within five minutes! The layout for picking up food is also poor, with a long line forming right next to other guests’ tables. Even getting to the desserts and drinks means pushing through the crowd… I felt bad for those waiting, so I gave up on going back for seconds, ate quickly, and left. I’d appreciate improvements such as introducing time-slot reservations.

    This is my second stay here on a business trip.

    This is a repeat stay. Although Sannomiya is a lively area, the property is in a relatively quiet location, so you can relax in peace. The separate bathroom and toilet layout is also excellent. I’ll be happy to stay here again when I’m on a business trip to Kobe.

    The same high quality as always.

    This time as well, I stayed in the usual suite room and was able to enjoy my stay without any worries. However, regarding the air purifier I mentioned last time, it seemed to be reassembled incorrectly after cleaning, and the upper air vent would not open. I called a staff member, and was told it is opened manually, but I have never seen an air purifier like that. I think it would be better to fix it. This is not a complaint—just a request. Thank you very much for the two days.

    The usual quality.

    I always stay in the Junior Suite, and its quality is more satisfying than suites at some other hotels. However, I would appreciate it if you could pay a little more attention to the air purifier; although I believe it has been cleaned, there was an odor. The same applies to the cushions. Other than that, everything was comfortable with no issues. Thank you very much!

    I always choose this...

    I always choose this Hotel when visiting Kobe. The location is excellent, with convenient access to various places. Despite the ongoing construction around Sannomiya Station, this Hotel remains unaffected, which was great. I also love that the bathroom and toilet are separate, with a washing area and a door for privacy. However, although there are three elevators, it can be difficult to get one during busy times. It would be nice if there were more microwaves and ice machines available. The floor arrangement felt a bit inconvenient as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

    The location was excellent.

    The hotel was very convenient and user-friendly, located between Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station. During my multiple night stay, I opted out of room cleaning and requested only towel replacement. They kindly hung water bottles, room amenities, and even pajamas for two people (though I was alone) on the doorknob, allowing me to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The position of the shower in the bathroom was a bit tricky to adjust, making it slightly difficult to wash my body, but other than that, the bathtub was spacious enough to relax in—Good overall!

    The location, Facility, and staff are above standard, but unfortunately disappointing.

    The location, hotel facilities, and front desk staff were above standard, but the stay was disappointing due to the following two points. With other options nearby, I don't think I will stay here again. 1) The internet access in the room was too slow to be usable. The actual speed was around 8Mbps, and even after trying different devices, the result was the same. Additionally, there seemed to be a bottleneck at some router as connections were frequently lost. Testing in other areas of the facility showed no significant improvement in speed. It is not suitable for practical use such as ZOOM meetings. 2) Chaotic breakfast experience. Arriving at 6:55 AM for a 7:00 AM opening already had people lined up outside—this was expected—and I managed to get seated right when it opened (by 7:10 AM it was already full). However, poor organization inside meant that by the time I got food from the buffet and started eating at my table, it was already 7:20 AM. While it happened to be a Saturday with many leisurely guests like senior groups who weren’t in a rush, my time is valuable ("time is money"), and this made breakfast unusable for me. Staying at a hotel and having breakfast should allow an efficient start without searching for nearby restaurants; instead, this caused frustration and wasted time. Even rushing through breakfast took until past 7:30 AM—an unnecessary waste of morning hours. At least opening earlier or better planning would have been appreciated. Compared with nearby hotels, paying ¥27,000 per night on a Friday did not feel worth it at all.

    I have used this Hot...

    I have used this Hotel several times. I believe it is a safe and comfortable place to stay. The atmosphere of the Room is calm, and I always make a Reservation here without hesitation when staying in Kobe.

    Convenient access

    The bathroom being separate from the toilet was a plus. The front desk staff were kind. It was a double Room, but the Room felt small. Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast and apple caramel tea. The Hotel is new and clean. Access is very convenient, being super close to Sannomiya. There were many foreign guests, but no unpleasant customers were present.

    Please review the cleaning.

    The Room was a top-floor Junior Suite with great views and ample space, but it was very disappointing to find a lot of dust accumulated on the TV stand, table, and work desk. We kindly request that cleaning be checked more thoroughly.

    It was excellent.

    The front desk service was very pleasant, and the Room and bathroom were beautiful and impeccably clean. The pillows, sleepwear, and towels were fluffy and extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

    The staff's lack of smiles is disappointing. Having to take the card at check-in and then use it on a separate machine yourself to access the Room is highly inconvenient. The breakfast menu is underwhelming compared to other Daiwa Roynet Hotels and falls short compared to other Hotels. The portion sizes of side dishes, variety of fresh fruits, and absence of a live kitchen are all lacking. At least in Sannomiya, this Hotel does not meet the standard for repeat visits.

    I have used Daiwa Roynet Premier several times recently. It is conveniently located close to both Sannomiya and Motomachi, making it easily accessible for evening dinners and other activities. The rooms are well-maintained, with a separate bathroom, making it comfortable and easy to use. If I may suggest, improving the breakfast service would make the experience even better. I look forward to staying here again.

    As a Daiwa Roynet Hotel

    It was disappointing as a Daiwa Roynet Hotel. There was hair in the sink cup, hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub plug was not closed, so the water did not accumulate. The filter of the humidifying air purifier was dirty. Since it was in front of the elevator hall, I could hear people talking. There was a waste of about 15 minutes because the old membership information could not be found. I used to like Daiwa Roynet Hotel, but this one was a bit disappointing compared to the chain. For those who don't mind such things, I think you can have a comfortable stay. The breakfast at Salvatore Cuomo was also disappointing. I had too high expectations. You can't have a breakfast that feels like Kobe. Everything is ordinary and subtle. If I stay next time, I might skip breakfast.

    This is my second time.

    The toilet and bathroom are separate, so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of colorful vegetables and bokkake, and the atmosphere was stylish and satisfying. I would love to stay again.

    Bad odor from the bathroom drain.

    At night, I noticed a strange smell, and the room was filled with a foul odor. I believe the source is the drain. The odor seems to be in small amounts, but since the room is small, even with the bathroom door closed, it fills up in a few hours and becomes unbearable. The cleaning staff probably don't notice it because they leave the door open. The Facility is good, but with this smell, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

    Beyond expectations

    First stay here for the Kobe Marathon, conveniently close to the start. Personally delighted with the ASICS store just a minute's walk away, but it's a convenient location for getting anywhere. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, with two sinks, as expected. All the staff were kind, making it a pleasant stay. The reliable presence of Salvatore Cuomo was also reassuring.
