  Thank you.

  I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Traveling with minimal luggage during the intense heat, I washed my clothes while staying active. However, the washer with a dryer in the hotel did not fully dry them, and I wanted to hang them in the room but found no place to do so (even though I brought laundry hangers). It would be helpful if there were bars near the windows or in the bathroom. The accommodation was sufficient and very good overall. I will use it again. Thank you!

  Many staff members were from abroad, but their Japanese was excellent, and their customer service was very pleasant. When I called to inform them that my check-in might be later than planned, they responded politely and professionally.

  Stayed with a 2-year...

  Stayed with a 2-year-old child and two adults. We did not use the breakfast service. The area around the bed in the room was clean, and the cleaning was thorough. There were no bedbugs. When we entered the room, the fire alarm was covered, so I assume some pest control measures like Balsan were taken, and it seems to be done regularly (it was removed on the second day). The bathroom was a unit bath, but I was concerned about the dust around the exhaust fan. Due to the size of the unit bath, my tall husband seemed to touch it (it was clean on the second day). As for other aspects such as customer service and the cleanliness and usability of shared areas, they were as expected.
