KYOTO GION HOTEL

I stayed here alone for the first time during the Gion Festival.The clean, elegant interior was very relaxing.The staff were kind and welcoming, and their friendly service made me feel at ease.The refined amenities were more than sufficient, so you can stay comfortably without bringing much.In particular, having the bath and toilet separate was very convenient and allowed me to unwind.This Hotel is such a great value that I almost felt bad paying the sale price!

Every year, I stay in Kyoto during the Gion Festival (Ato Matsuri Yoiyama) and enjoy the festival. I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, but the woman at reception checked my Room and kindly allowed me to check in early since cleaning had already been finished. During this season Kyoto is extremely hot, so I was exhausted, but the air conditioning inside the Accommodation worked very well and I felt refreshed. After leaving my luggage in the Room, I was able to take my time visiting the festival floats. The elevator also requires a Room key card, so security is excellent and I felt safe. Since I was traveling alone, the Room was more than spacious enough for just sleeping at night. The bath and toilet were separate, so I could use each comfortably. I also appreciated that all amenities were provided in the Room. All of the staff were very pleasant, which made it a wonderful memory. Thank you very much for your help.
