    Comfortable

    I stayed alone. The room was very clean, and the bath was spacious and excellent. I would definitely like to stay again. The reception staff's response was also good.

    The breakfast venue staff are wonderful.

    I stayed for two nights. I had breakfast on both mornings, and the reception staff's service was excellent, allowing me to start my day well. The food was also delicious.

    First stay

    I stayed for the first time because it seemed convenient for my husband's business. I stayed for 3 nights. When I tried to use the room phone to ask the front desk staff something, it was broken, but they responded immediately when I informed them. One thing that caught my attention in the room was some dust in the corners of the tray used for placing accessories. Among the amenities, there was a Kao bath additive called Bub. There were three different scents, and since we walked quite a bit every day, it was appreciated during baths. I opted for breakfast included, and it turned out to be a good choice. It was a buffet, and everything was delicious. I particularly enjoyed their specialty salt chanko and had it every day. The chirashi sushi and pasta were also tasty. In the mini sweets corner, there were sakura mochi which made me happy from morning onwards. Thank you very much.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The staff's service was pleasant, making it a good Hotel.

    It is clean and comfortable.

    It is a Business Hotel, but the Room is spacious and the bathtub is of sufficient size. It does not feel cramped, and it has a sense of cleanliness, so you can stay comfortably.

    I was able to relax.

    I used it for the first time. I was surprised that it was closer to the station than I thought. I checked in at 2 PM. I was happy with the Room on the top floor. It was a very comfortable Room, and I was able to relax. The toilet, bath, and washbasin were very easy to use. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with the bath salts I got from the amenity buffet. The chanko hot pot at the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    A Reliable Stays

    I requested a quiet ...

    I requested a quiet room, but the noise from the room above was terrible during the night and early morning. Additionally, the neighboring room was occupied by three people, and even late at night, the opening and closing of the bathroom door and its use were quite noisy. The sound of the TV or their voices never stopped, and I couldn't sleep. While it partly depends on the manners of the guests at that time, since I had requested in advance, I wish they had avoided assigning me next to a room for three people. I could hardly sleep during my stay, and my health was poor, which was very distressing. Also, when I called the front desk, there was a woman who responded while trying to suppress her laughter. Later, when I went to the front desk, I could hear the voice of a woman laughing loudly and making noise from the back, which made me very surprised whether they were working while playing or if she answered the phone during her break. At that time, another staff member who assisted me was very polite. I have used this property several times, but I sometimes feel there is a significant difference in what the staff say and how they respond. After the room was cleaned, when I returned, I found a cut-off fingertip of a blue rubber glove placed on the pillow, which was unpleasant.

    I recommend this Hotel.

    The service is excellent. The front desk staff responded with a smile. During breakfast, the staff attended to us in detail. When leaving with coffee, they casually took a hand towel out of their pocket and offered it to us. It's a hotel like no other. It's not a luxurious hotel in an Onsen area, but it's a cost-effective Hotel. Highly recommended.

    It was good.

    I have been a regular user of Richmond. It was my first time in Kinshicho, but it was great. The breakfast was also good, and I was satisfied with the ozoni! I will use it again.

    A stranger entered the Room before checkout.

    The location was good and the room was relatively clean. However, despite paying more than the regular Plan for a late checkout, an unknown foreigner opened the Room and entered before checkout. It was a very frightening experience, and it was very disappointing that there was no particular refund or compensation.

    It was comfortable.

    The access from Kinshicho Station was convenient, and the place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom felt a bit small, but everything else was satisfactory. The amenities were available for selection on the first floor, and I was very pleased with the variety of teas offered.

    It is a good Hotel. I recommend it.

    It was my first time at a Hotel in Kinshicho. The single Room was spacious, and above all, the bath was large with an excellent shower water flow. I usually dislike the slimy feel of body soap and bring my own soap, but with this water flow, body soap is fine. It's one of the criteria for a good Hotel. The amenities get a score of 4 because, despite the excellent Facility and service, the slippers were not new. Even if they are not fancy, thin new slippers are a must! It's a pity.

    It is a reliable regular Stays.

    I have used it several times, and I can always spend my time comfortably. Although it is a bustling city, the Hotel allows for a quiet and comfortable stay. Dining and shopping in the surrounding area are also convenient. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Stayed for two nights over the weekend. Conveniently located near Kinshicho Station, with several convenience stores around. The Room was well-cleaned. The breakfast buffet left a good impression as the staff continued to replenish the food even after the entry time had ended, ensuring there was no shortage while observing the guests. The staff at the breakfast venue were pleasant, especially the woman who gave a warm farewell greeting upon departure, which was very nice. Of course, the meal itself was satisfying. One disappointment was when I asked a young man at the front desk about the latest time to drop off a parcel for next-day delivery to Kansai. He gave a vague answer, saying the earlier, the better, without checking. (I have asked similar questions at other Hotels and received specific times.) I dropped it off just before the 11 a.m. checkout, and there was no issue. That was the only disappointment, but I would like to visit again. Thank you.

    I often use the Richmond series, and since I used the Hanzomon Line and the Sobu Main Line, the hotel's location was the best. The hotel is new, with clean bathrooms and toilets, and the room was typical of Richmond, making it convenient and allowing for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were kind, and the Japanese menu was delicious. Despite booking the day before, I was lucky to stay for less than 10,000 yen. I would like to use it again.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I made a Reservation for my parents. They were very pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness, separate bath and toilet, and breakfast of the Room. Richmond's breakfast is delicious anywhere in the whole country, so I often use it during business trips.

    Due to circumstances...

    Due to circumstances, I checked in close to midnight, but the procedure was handled politely. Perhaps because of the late check-in, some amenities were missing. I stayed in a similar room at the Richmond in Oshiage two weeks ago, but this room felt a bit smaller, and the chair was not very comfortable for relaxing. Since there was an apartment building just a few dozen meters away from the window, I kept the curtains closed while in the room. The breakfast selection felt limited, but it was delicious. I don't think it's bad, but overall, I feel a bit disappointed.

    Weekend stay for 2 nights. There was no cleaning because I didn't register the cleaning request on the Room's TV. I didn't realize it was such a system, so when I returned on the second night, only the towels were exchanged. When I went to the front desk to get more, they brought new coffee cups and a bath mat to the Room, which was helpful. Satisfied with the new and clean bathroom. I plan to stay again.

    I don't know if it was a room mistake before 1 a.m., but a stranger kept ringing the intercom and knocking for about 30 minutes. I was scared and couldn't sleep, so I contacted the lobby, but nothing changed. It kept going on, so I contacted them again, and they finally came, but before 2 a.m., I got a call from the lobby saying they had warned the person. The response was too slow, and I thought it was a waste since I paid for the stay but couldn't sleep at all. There was no apology at checkout, and I felt uncomfortable as if it wasn't shared.

    Used for sightseeing.

    I used this accommodation for sightseeing in Asakusa and the Skytree. The transportation was convenient, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. However, I thought it would be better if there were about two coffee makers available so that guests wouldn't have to wait in line. The staff's service was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. I will use this place again when I visit the area.
