    The same high quality as always.

    I stay here regularly. The Room is always clean, and all the amenities I need are available in the lobby, so there’s no waste and it’s very convenient. The bathroom is also clean, so I can fill the tub, use bath salts, and relax—especially in winter, I end up staying more often. Hotel prices have been rising lately, but this place still offers service that matches the cost. It’s a bit of a walk from Kinshicho Station, but if that doesn’t bother you, this is a Hotel I can recommend.

    Cigarette smell

    The floor we stayed on seemed to have previously been a smoking floor, as we noticed a cigarette smell as soon as we got off the elevator, and the Room also smelled of smoke.

    This is my second stay.

    I previously stayed here on a trip with my spouse. This time, I used it alone for a business trip. As before, I was generally satisfied overall this time as well. If I mention the small details, there were several points as follows. [What I liked] - It’s close enough to the station that it takes less than about a 10-minute walk, and there are several commercial buildings nearby with many restaurants. There are also multiple convenience stores close by, so the location is very convenient. - The Room was well cleaned. It felt clean throughout, including the bathroom. - Breakfast was delicious. They also had some unusual items such as a single-serving chanko hot pot. I even had seconds of rice. [What disappointed me] - When I tried to check in using the machine, someone at the front desk spoke to me. They said I could check in either at the front desk or with the machine, and since they approached me, I chose to check in at the front desk. Previously, checking in by machine was smooth and left a very good impression, so this time I noticed how slow the front-desk service was. The way they spoke was also mumbled and didn’t leave a good impression. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply asked me to use the machine. - Overall the Room seemed well cleaned, but I was bothered by dampness in the bed and an odor from the pillow. Since my Room had been upgraded to a twin room, I switched pillows with the other bed and managed fine. Also, there were two long hairs tangled around the hand soap next to the sink. - For breakfast, I went fairly early so it wasn’t crowded. Just when I thought it was nice and quiet, a staff member who seemed to be from that same country kept talking for a long time with travelers from overseas; it was noisy and unpleasant. I think I will use this place again when staying overnight in Kinshicho.

    Close to the station

    Because it was close to the Shuto Expressway, I was worried about noise when we arrived, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. The Room size and the bed were very comfortable. Breakfast had a limited selection. Next time, I’d like to stay with No Meals Included and would love to stay again. Since my husband smokes, it would have been even better if the hanger rack had a door. The sink area was a bit dark for doing makeup; adjustable lighting would be helpful. There was a portable mirror, so I did my makeup by the window.

    It was very clean!

    The Room was spacious, clean, and easy to use. The lobby was also large, so it didn’t feel crowded even with travelers’ suitcases, and the high ceiling created a calm atmosphere. I will use it again. If I had to mention one thing, the refrigerator was small (lol).

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    Whenever I stay in Kinshicho, I always choose the Richmond Hotel. The Rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the service is attentive while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance. I’m always impressed by their professionalism. I used to stay often at their Yokohama location as well, and it was just as good. This Hotel consistently provides high-quality service, so I can confidently recommend it.

    I will visit again!!

    My busy husband managed to find some time, so I made a last-minute surprise reservation for the first time. Although I often stay at hotels, this one instantly became one of my top 5 favorites! It’s conveniently located near the station and easy to find, with plenty of amenities. The room was just the right size and impeccably clean. My husband seemed to enjoy it as well, and we were able to relax together as a couple for the first time in a while.

    Over the past decade...

    Over the past decade, I have stayed at various Richmond Hotels, but this one had the worst front desk service. While they used polite language, their tone felt flat and equal rather than professional. Even their apology sounded mechanical and insincere. Richmond Hotels are operated by the Royal Host Group, but perhaps due to its affiliation with the Keisei Group, the level of service was far below what I expect from a Richmond Hotel. As for the room, there was an unbearable odor coming from the shower curtain in the bathroom. The hairdryer was clogged with dust to such an extent that it barely worked and even sparked multiple times during use. It seemed as though no detailed inspections of equipment have been conducted since its opening. Overall, it does not match its price point—please take this into consideration when booking.

    Great value and convenience!

    This was my first time staying here. Despite a packed schedule on the day of my stay, including lunch with friends, a stop at WINS Kinshicho, and attending an artist's live performance, I had no issues thanks to this accommodation. The next day, I was even able to walk to my health check-up without any trouble—perfect location. The 2:00 PM check-in time was very convenient, and the luggage storage service was helpful as I had quite a bit of baggage. I usually have trouble sleeping if the bed or pillow doesn't suit me, but I experienced no discomfort here. The amenities also included everything I personally needed. While there were slight waits for the elevator at times, it didn’t detract from an overall stress-free experience at this hotel. I would love to stay here again!

    Stayed with breakfast included. The waffle pajamas with pants were great. The breakfast was delicious for a Business Hotel, and I ate too much! Haha. The staff handling the meals were friendly and had warm smiles.

    A comfortable Hotel I would like to revisit.

    The building is new, and the bright, clean, and unexpectedly spacious Room made for a comfortable stay. It was my first time staying here, but the reception staff provided clear and polite explanations, making check-in smooth. Amenities were self-service from the lobby, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bath salts available. Thanks to this, I enjoyed a relaxing bath that eased my fatigue from the Shinkansen trip from Hakata. The Room was thoroughly cleaned with no unpleasant odors in the bathroom. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with no dampness in the bedding, allowing for a restful sleep. If I had to mention one thing, while I know Tokyo's tap water is of high quality as drinking water, having complimentary bottled mineral water in the fridge would have been even better. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM on the second floor. There were an adequate number of options available and everything tasted good. While it's difficult to cater to everyone's preferences or dietary habits perfectly, personally I would have liked congee (rice porridge) and warm green tea for breakfast (if they were available but I missed them somewhere on-site during my visit—my apologies). The seating arrangement seemed thoughtfully spaced out without being overly crowded. I brought coffee back to my Room from the breakfast area and took my time preparing for departure until close to 11 AM. Check-out was also easy using a machine next to reception. Overall, there were no stressful moments during my stay—it was entirely pleasant! Having stayed at various Hotels or Ryokans before now—this Hotel has become one I'd like repeating visits toward!

    The room was clean and nice.

    This was my second stay, and the Room was as clean and excellent as before. However, the bathtub drainage was very poor, causing shower water to accumulate around my feet, which was inconvenient. Better drainage would have made it even better. Also, the air conditioning in the hallway was too strong, making it cold even for someone like me who usually feels hot. Other amenities were fine with no issues.

    The receptionist was very kind, the room was clean, and the buffet-style amenities mentioned in many reviews reflect the hotel's dedication to service. As a parent, it’s always heartwarming to see your children happy. We received a set of items for kids, and since it was summer vacation, there was a lottery game at the entrance for elementary school children or younger. The kids were thrilled to participate. This might not be available all year round. Although there is no dedicated parking lot, there are plenty of parking options nearby, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. The breakfast was delicious with every dish being well-prepared; I think this quality at this price is excellent. My children are already asking to stay here again!

    The smell of tobacco was overwhelming.

    Thank you for the upgrade, but the Room smelled bad as soon as I entered. Although deodorization was attempted, the smell remained, resulting in a terrible stay. While it may be difficult to address issues related to guest quality, I believe it should be clearly communicated to guests who used the Room the previous day.

    Lack of information

    There was no guidance at check-in to pick up amenities in front of the reception, so I went to the room without taking them. When I called the front desk, they said, "We thought you knew since this is your third stay!" However, as I stay at various hotels, it's impossible to remember such details every time.

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first stay, and I had a comfortable experience. The room was clean and spacious, with separate bath and toilet facilities, which was great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It would have been better if there were affiliated parking facilities. Since there were no nearby 24-hour flat-rate parking lots, that part was inconvenient. If affiliated parking is available in the future, I would love to stay again.

    The guest room cleaners are highly organized, ensuring no loss of personal belongings outside the luggage, which is greatly appreciated. The receptionist at the counter is very kind, fluent in English conversation, and able to provide necessary items. Thank you very much.

    This was my first time using this service.

    I stayed during Golden Week, so it was quite busy with many international visitors. My first impression was that this is a Hotel for travelers. If I had any issues, I believe I could have asked for help anytime, but since I’m not good at face-to-face conversations and couldn’t ask on the spot, it might have been difficult for the staff to respond. That said, some of the staff seemed to cater more towards international guests and spoke limited Japanese. As someone from the countryside like me, I felt a bit hesitant but accepted it as part of the experience. I learned from the Hotel staff that tea packs available on the first floor run out by midnight. It would have been helpful if this information was included in the Hotel information available on Room TVs. Since Tokyo is often considered a cutting-edge city where trends spread quickly, I expected breakfast to include something like fermented kimchi for beauty and health benefits. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any, which was disappointing.

    Convenient Hotel

    The hotel was convenient as it was close to the bus stop for Disney Resort. The room featured a 150cm wide bed, a small table and stool, a desk and chair by the window, and a relatively spacious bathroom for a single room. It wasn’t too big or too small, making it practical for me and my elementary school-aged child to enjoy meals or tea time comfortably. The amenity buffet allowed us to choose what we needed, including skincare items like lotion. The bath additive provided was Bath Bubble (Bub). The nightwear was pajama-style, so I could relax just like at home. The breakfast-included plan was reasonably priced with a Japanese-Western buffet. The pasta, stewed dishes, and bread were particularly delicious. However, I was disappointed that cocoa ran out when I tried to take some back to the room and that the hairdryer in the room had very low airflow, which made drying my hair time-consuming. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    Stayed for the first...

    Stayed for the first time, 2 nights. Breakfast had some variation on the second morning and was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower curtain felt a bit short. The plan I booked mentioned amenities from Sekkisei, but they were not provided in the room, which was disappointing. However, there were Hadabisei amenities available at the front desk, which were sufficient.

    Great value for money!

    Stayed on Sunday. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more Japanese side dishes for breakfast, but considering it costs 1,800 yen, it's understandable.
