    The high ratings may...

    The high ratings may have set my expectations too high, but personally, it felt like a clean business Hotel. Location: Conveniently close to the station. There are convenience stores and restaurants on the first floor and nearby, so meals are not an issue even without a dining plan. Breakfast: Priced at 1,200 yen, it's affordable but matches its price in quality. No live kitchen, limited variety of dishes, and nothing particularly standout—just average overall. Room: Chose the best twin Room available in the Hotel. While spacious, most of the space is an open area in the middle of the Room that doesn't feel practically usable; upgrading for more space didn't seem worth it to me. View: The photos showed greenery from the Room's window, so I had high hopes for the view; however, you can only see it if you go near the window and look downwards slightly. Lobby: Very spacious with seats by windows equipped with power outlets—great for business travelers who arrive early as they can work on their PC or charge their phone there. Highlights: Complimentary bath salts and ReFa iron rentals were nice touches. However, since ReFa irons are only available for one-hour rentals at a time, borrowing one in the morning can be slightly inconvenient.

    The front desk servi...

    The front desk service was very polite and excellent. The bed-making and cleaning were done properly, making the stay comfortable. Although the breakfast area was next to the front desk, the spacious layout made it feel pleasant. I would like to choose a plan with breakfast next time.

    A Hotel Where You Can Stay with Peace of Mind

    This is my regular accommodation when I visit Tokyo. The price is affordable, and I am satisfied with the facilities and breakfast. I look forward to staying here again.

    I enjoyed the breakfast and would like to stay again.

    Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. The in-room facilities are new and comfortable. The breakfast is a typical buffet style, but the miso soup was delicious, and I loved that they provided sea bream broth for making ochazuke. There was a good variety of vegetables, though I would have appreciated having natto as well. The Japanese-style breakfast was so tasty that it felt like a missed opportunity when I saw international guests only eating croissants and scrambled eggs during breakfast. Perhaps offering set meal options combining items from the buffet could make it less overwhelming and more approachable for them? Additionally, I would love to see decaffeinated coffee included in the amenities. While regular coffee is fine in the morning, drinking it at night after check-in might make it hard to sleep. Decaf would have been a great option!

    Parking, Facility, Breakfast

    The Room is clean and tidy. While the Facility lacks parking, which can be inconvenient, there are many coin-operated parking lots nearby, so it is understandable from the Hotel's perspective. However, moving around during rain, snow, or strong winds might be challenging. The breakfast was delicious.

    A convenient Hotel directly connected to the station!

    This was my first time using this Hotel. Since I had rarely visited the Fuchu area, I decided to stay here while enjoying a stroll and cherry blossom viewing. The staff's warm hospitality and lovely smiles were impressive. They remembered my requests well and clearly explained what could and couldn't be done, which was very helpful. With direct access to the station, there’s no need to worry even in bad weather or if you're unfamiliar with the area. This Hotel is convenient for sightseeing, business trips, or just a quick refresh. One concern I had was that during my stay on the top floor, there were loud thumping noises late into the night that sounded like children jumping around from above or next door. Being on the top floor, I wondered about these sounds from above—it might be a structural issue. The noise bothered me more than cars passing outside; therefore, I suggest that the Hotel investigate this matter further. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay worthy of its high Review rating on IKYU.com. Thank you very much!

    Good Hotel

    Close to the station, great design. Had high expectations for breakfast, but the variety felt limited. Some reception staff had a typical cold attitude often found in hotels. However, the Room was clean, and I would choose it again if given the chance.

    Recommended Hotel!

    I used this accommodation for the first time due to a concert. The amenities were excellent. However, since there were no refrigerators or microwaves in each room, it would be more convenient if they were provided on each floor. The front desk service was outstanding. As I have difficulty walking, I asked to check if another room was available, and they sincerely offered alternative suggestions. In the end, I stayed in the reserved room without changing it, but I appreciated that there was no step from the room to the unit bath and that there were handrails in the bathroom. If possible, having a step stool available for getting into the bathtub would be even better. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    We used it as a couple.

    The location was excellent, being close to the station with a pharmacy and convenience store nearby, as well as a tree-lined street perfect for walks. The room was also clean and comfortable, allowing for a worry-free stay.

    A hit at the Hotel in Fuchu. Repeat Hotel.

    This is a newly opened Hotel at the former Green Plaza location. At first, I was a bit confused about the location and got slightly lost. It was a very comfortable Hotel. The lounge and Room were clean and tidy, and there are plenty of diverse and well-equipped shops around Fuchu Station, making it very convenient. The Hotel staff were polite, kind, and left a pleasant impression with their smiles. I was able to relax and stayed for 5 nights, and a week later, I immediately repeated with a 3-night stay. I really liked it. I will definitely stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    Close to the station, the facilities are new, and both the bathroom and the room are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast mainly consisted of homemade items, allowing for a healthy meal, which was great. It would have been perfect if the toothbrush among the amenities wasn't hard and difficult to use.

    Stable comfort

    This was my third stay. It had been a while since my last visit, so I forgot which exit to take from Fuchu Station and called the hotel to confirm. You exit from the left-side passage of the Seven-Eleven outside the station gates. Alternatively, you can walk along the deck by Starbucks to reach the hotel. The room was clean and spacious for a single. The air conditioning could be finely adjusted. I thought the breakfast was delicious last time, but this time it had evolved so that the grilled fish could be eaten warm, and it was so good that I had seconds. The chocolate-filled Danish was also nice. The breakfast staff's uniforms are stylish, like café staff. What left an impression was when I took the elevator after breakfast, the front desk staff on the other side nodded in greeting. I was impressed by how well they paid attention, even from quite a distance. Once again, I had a very comfortable stay.

    Close to the station and cost-effective.

    Close to the station, but the sign is not noticeable and it's hard to find on the first visit. However, the Room is generally clean and the meals are decent, so the cost performance is good. However, the drainage in the bathroom was poor, which was unpleasant.

    For those traveling by car...

    Since it is in front of Fuchu Station, the access is excellent, but when going by car, there seemed to be no affiliated parking lot, so unfortunately there was no guidance at the time of reservation, and we had to find it ourselves. We found a municipal parking lot, but it was difficult to figure out where to enter in a place we were visiting for the first time, and since we checked in at night, we got lost even though it was close to walk to the hotel from there. I thought it would have been nice to have an explanation manual for customers coming by car at the time of reservation. As for the hotel facility, it was new, the bathtub was spacious, and even the room for three people was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

    I have used this service many times.

    It is a Business Hotel, but it is clean and very comfortable. Not only the front desk staff but also the cleaning staff are well-trained, leaving a good impression. The breakfast does not have a large variety, but each item is well-prepared and delicious. It would be nice if the tea were in tea bags instead of powder. It's a pity there is no parking lot, but the proximity to the station and the convenience for dining and shopping is very valuable.

    The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and various shops nearby, so you can enjoy dining and shopping. The Facility is new, and the cleaning is thorough, making for a very comfortable stay. Perhaps because it was the end of the year, they kindly provided a small cup of soba noodles and a heating pad, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast offers a well-balanced lineup of both Japanese and Western dishes, which I think will satisfy those who want a hearty meal. The coffee was also delicious. The breakfast venue also serves as a café, with desks along the wall equipped with power outlets and partitions, making it convenient for business use. The unit bath was also comfortable. The bathtub is deep and round, so if you want to warm up, you can use the bath salts available at the front desk to enjoy an Onsen-like experience. One concern was the noise, which I think was related to the air conditioning. It wasn't loud, but there was an occasional clicking sound. Also, in terms of accessibility, I found it difficult to open the bags containing items like toothbrushes. Although there is a slit to make it easier to open, it doesn't open easily. I think it would be impossible to open if your hands are wet. Finally, I thought this could be an area for improvement. While buying tea from the vending machine next to the coin laundry, I noticed a foreign woman who seemed to be having trouble. When I spoke to her, she said she didn't know how to use it. Upon closer inspection, I realized that both the washing machine and dryer are multifunctional but only have Japanese labels. I thought this was a bit unfriendly. At the very least, it would be helpful to have labels like "warm water" in English. She seemed completely lost, so I explained each step to her. I also used the late checkout option, which allowed for an extension until 1 PM. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. I was able to relax a lot, and I would definitely like to visit again.

    Triple Stays

    Due to water outage from construction at our residence, my family of three stayed at the property on short notice. It was a triple room, and all were proper beds, not sofa beds, which was comfortable. The bathroom and room were spacious. The breakfast selection was adequate, and overall, I think it is a hotel with good cost performance.

    Always late-night check-in

    This was my second stay. As before, I checked in late at night after flying in from work. After checking in at the new hotel, I received the necessary amenities (cleansing and basic cosmetics are provided) and bath salt coffee, and went to the room. I would be happy if there was a large public bath, but the bathtub was large enough, and I used bath salts to relieve the fatigue of traveling. I didn't have breakfast, but there was a nice smell when I checked out. Overall, it's a good hotel, and I will use it again.

    It was incredibly comfortable!

    Even when I was in trouble and called because I couldn't arrive due to heavy rain, they were very kind to respond, even though it must have been a day with many such inquiries. The front desk staff were also polite when I arrived. The shower was pleasant, and the bed and Room were clean. I really have nothing to complain about. I usually stayed at city Hotels in Tokyo, but considering the cost performance, I definitely want to choose this one next time! Thank you very much.

    Beautiful Hotel

    I always stay here when visiting Tokyo Racecourse in Fuchu. The property is clean, the room is spacious despite having a unit bath, and the hotel is very relaxing with a pleasant staff. The reception is on the second floor and is directly connected to the station, making shopping convenient. There is a pharmacy and a cafe on the first floor, and the cafe offers a 10% discount with the room key during your stay. I will visit again.

    I have used this service many times, and the reception, dining, and cleaning staff are always wonderful, leaving nothing to be desired. If I had to mention something, it would be that the Android TV occasionally freezes and it would be nice to have a few more laundry facilities. The Room, dining, and convenience are all excellent. I look forward to staying again.
