    I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

    Convenient Hotel

    We stayed here to visit Pokémon Kanto with my grandchild. I had checked it out once beforehand, and its direct connection to the station was very convenient. The Room was spacious for the price and very practical. It would have been perfect if the toilet and bath were separate, but that may be asking too much. Breakfast felt a little lacking. The staff were also very pleasant. Thank you very much.

    It was absolutely fantastic.

    This was my first stay here.\nIt’s conveniently located near the station, and the entire property felt clean. The breakfast offered a well-balanced selection, and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were kind, and I especially appreciated how neat and pleasant all of the female staff members were.\nThe only thing that would have made it perfect is if the slippers had been disposable.\nThank you for taking care of me.

    Directly connected to Fuchu Station

    Even in light rain, it was convenient to have direct access from the station without needing an umbrella. The Hotel was simple and clean, and very comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

    The pillow was excellent.

    This was my first stay. Of the two pillow types, the lower one fit me perfectly. I have stayed at many Hotels, but even when two pillows are provided, I usually can’t tell much difference. Here, the difference between the higher and lower pillows was clear, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was also well managed hygienically—for example, yogurt and natto were kept in a refrigerated section, and tables were disinfected after guests finished eating. The weekend/holiday-only morning curry was delicious as well. It’s close to the station and easy to reach via a covered walkway. I would like to stay here again when visiting Fuchu. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I stay here often. This is one of the best Hotels in Tokyo, with outstanding value for money. This time, I stayed to attend an opera at the New National Theatre. It takes about 30 minutes from Fuchu Station to Hatsudai Station. Because this Hotel is directly connected to the station, even if you do a bit of walking inside Fuchu Station and Hatsudai Station, it’s surprisingly a shorter walk to the New National Theatre than from almost any Hotel in Shinjuku. Even if the travel distance is longer, the walking distance is minimal, and you can reach the New National Theatre easily. For breakfast, the sea bream chazuke—pouring dashi over it—has been consistently delicious for years. The fried chicken was also great. With plenty of vegetables as well, it’s a very satisfying breakfast. They provided a DVD player for the Room TV. I don’t think this was available before, but at some point they made it possible to use a DVD player. You can watch YouTube too, but it seems guest viewing isn’t available. The TV screen is large and easy to watch from bed—excellent overall.

    Thank you for taking care of us at the end of the fiscal year as well. To get straight to the point, from next time on I won’t need to hesitate when choosing in the “Kichijoji, Hachioji, Machida” area. It’s fair to say “Hotel Keyaki Gate Tokyo Fuchu” is the only choice. The location is excellent, and the Facility and Room are new and spotless—and above all, the breakfast was great. When I come up to Tokyo, I believe Accommodation is extremely important; although I have regular places to stay in various areas of central Tokyo, I hadn’t settled on one for this area. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

    Feel free.

    This was my first time staying overnight in Fuchu. I was looking for Accommodation so I could enjoy drinks at my regular restaurant. I had worked in Fuchu before and knew the area a bit, but I didn’t know this Hotel existed. The Room was compact, but clean and comfortable, so I was satisfied. However, it was disappointing that there is no parking. I wish there were at least a partner parking option. This is one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

    The location right near the station was very convenient. The Room was exceptionally clean, and we had a comfortable stay. If I could make one request, since two of us stayed in a double Room, it would have been even better if there were two chairs. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    If possible, I’d like a partnered parking lot available.

    This was my second stay. The Room is extremely simple, but if your main purpose is just to stay overnight, it’s not a problem at all. Above all, it was very clean, so I could spend my time comfortably. Breakfast was delicious item by item, and I felt the coffee was better than at other Hotels. If I had one luxury request, there is no designated parking. Since I often come by car, I end up exhausted each time just from searching for parking. It would be incredibly helpful if there were an affiliated parking lot or similar option.

    I stayed in a single Room. The Room was simple but clean, and the bed was spacious—more comfortable than I expected. Best of all, it’s directly connected to the station. However, I couldn’t find the entrance at first and got a bit lost.

    Body odor concerns...

    The pillowcase had an unpleasant odor, which bothered me. Other than that, I was satisfied with the breakfast and the Room. I would like to use this accommodation again.

    Always comfortable!

    I stay here every year at the beginning of the year. The staff are pleasant, the cleaning is thorough, and while breakfast doesn't have a large variety, the menu is thoughtfully prepared and satisfying. In the morning, even the cleaning carts in the hallway are neatly arranged, which creates a good impression. As a Business Hotel, it is more than sufficient. There’s a convenience store nearby; however, access from there feels slightly inconvenient (though this cannot be helped by the Hotel). For those arriving by train, I recommend using the direct connecting passageway on the second floor.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for one night during New Year's. The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Unfortunately, the Japanese tea was in powder form instead of tea bags, and there was no large public bath like in other hotels of the same chain. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    I want to stay here again.

    I stayed in a single room during the busy year-end season. The Hotel is close to the station, and the surrounding area has everything you need, making it very convenient. The TV allows access to YouTube and Hulu. The Room was clean and tidy, with no smoking allowed throughout the Hotel, so there were no unpleasant odors. Thanks to the new Facility, I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms, which was a great relief. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't adjust the lighting while lying in bed, but an eye mask would solve that issue. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming with smiles. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you!

    Just steps from the station, clean and comfortable.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a live event held at Keio Arena. The location was convenient and easy to find from the station. The hotel seemed new, clean, and well-maintained. The cleaning was thorough. Amenities were self-service, including bath salts, which was a nice touch. The staff were all cheerful and provided service with smiles. Breakfast was delicious, and since I went early in the morning, it was quiet and comfortable as no one else was there yet. Overall, I felt this business hotel had a high standard compared to others I've used before. Additionally, while it may be due to current inbound tourism trends, there seemed to be many foreign guests during my stay—though on that day most appeared to be attending the same live event as me. Thank you very much for this experience!

    One of the most reasonable accommodations in Tokyo. Excellent quality. Outstanding shower water pressure. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Abundant amenities, especially the drip coffee is a great help.

    It was a pleasant stay.

    Our family of three stayed in a Single Room and a Double Room. The rooms were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We were fully satisfied with our stay, but we thought it would have been better if there was one more chair in the Double Room as it only had one. Other than that, everything was perfect!

    Clean and Comfortable Hotel

    The room was very clean and had a sense of cleanliness. Although ambulances passed by frequently and could be heard several times, I was able to sleep comfortably otherwise. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, leaving me very satisfied.

    I wanted a refrigerator.

    I should have checked the Room amenities myself, but I was surprised there was no mini-fridge, which is quite common elsewhere, making it difficult to store brought-in food and drinks. I also found the air conditioning settings a bit confusing and experienced the TV's initial screen freezing once, preventing me from navigating (it was resolved by turning off the power and restarting). Other than that, there were no major issues. The location is close to the station, the Room was clean with plenty of storage space, and breakfast was delicious.

    Favorite Hotel

    I often stay here when I have errands nearby. Recently, it has become my favorite place, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing view of the zelkova tree-lined streets. The breakfast selection is not extensive but features simple dishes that were all delicious. This might be a personal preference, but I would love to see more simmered dishes on the menu. Since I went during a later time slot, there were hardly any other guests around, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful meal. As mentioned in other reviews, it would be great if the room slippers could be disposable! (The common white thin ones would suffice.) While I'm not overly particular about cleanliness, the current slippers feel slightly uncomfortable and hard to wear (they hurt the top of my feet). Please consider this for future improvements!

    Simple Stay

    Stayed for one night to visit Okunitama Shrine for a safe delivery prayer. The Room was simple and very clean. Chargers and hair irons were available for rent, so traveling light was no problem. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby, and the hotel is conveniently accessible from the station without getting wet. Breakfast had limited options but was quiet and relaxing! It would have been even better if there were bottled water in the Room for each guest. Overall, it was a clean facility with no unnecessary frills, allowing for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

    Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. Despite being close to the station, I couldn't hear any train noise and had a restful sleep. The bathroom had a large bathtub, allowing for a relaxing soak. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet with a good variety of options. Notably, items like natto, yogurt, and butter were stored in mini refrigerators for proper temperature control. There was also an automatic bread toaster machine that was very convenient. I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of toppings at the ochazuke corner. Everything was satisfying overall. However, since I visited by car this time, parking was challenging. Although I knew there wasn't an affiliated parking lot available... In the end, I parked at a coin-operated parking lot located slightly farther away and paid 2,800 yen for one night of parking fees despite saving on hotel costs due to its reasonable pricing. Next time I'll visit by train instead. Great value for money with cleanliness and excellent service not only from front desk staff but also from housekeeping staff as well!     Always perfect, but...

    The staff have always been very kind and attentive. I truly loved this Hotel. That’s why I was surprised this time. In the evening on the day I checked in, I approached the front desk to confirm the check-out time just in case. A young woman at the front desk kept typing on her PC with a sullen expression until I got closer, and then greeted me with a curt "Hello" while still looking displeased. When I asked about tomorrow's check-out time, she replied with an irritated look, saying only "The latest is 11:00." I was shocked by this response because all other staff members I've encountered so far have been friendly and polite with smiles. It was so cold that it made me wonder if I had done something rude myself. I hope to see improvements in the future!
