    I had trouble finding the entrance.

    I made a Reservation online and headed to the Hotel on the day. Looking at the map, I assumed it was facing the main street and walked there, but while I found the Hotel's name, I couldn't locate the entrance. Thinking it might be on the other side, I went around to find the entrance at the back. It would have been helpful if there was a note like "Entrance is at the back" on the side facing the street. The front desk and Room were clean with no issues. If possible, having shaving cream as part of amenities would be even better. I would love to use this Hotel again!

    I was able to relax.

    Although I arrived much later than my scheduled check-in time, I was warmly welcomed and felt very reassured. The view from the Room was also great, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    A clean Business Hotel near the station

    The Hotel was clean. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room, which was reasonably priced and included a sofa, chairs, and a table, allowing us to relax comfortably. Amenities were selectable as well. The service provided by the young staff members was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Clean and comfortable.

    The room was sufficient for one person. There were hairs on the bathtub and shower handle. Everything else was clean and satisfactory.

    It was a clean Room.

    During a weekend when hotel prices were high due to an event in Nagoya, I was looking for a reasonably priced place as I had a late-night check-in and early-morning check-out. The room was small, but as others have mentioned, it was impeccably clean. The bathroom, bathtub, and bed area were spotless, making for a very comfortable stay (unlike many hotels where air conditioners are moldy inside, this one was very clean). Check-in is done via machines, but the front desk staff were also polite. It’s conveniently located near JR, Kintetsu, and Meitetsu stations. Highly recommended!

    I had a calm and restful stay.

    The stay at the accommodation was short, but I chose it for its proximity to Nagoya Station as I needed luggage storage before and after my stay. Luggage storage before check-in was handled at the front desk, and a self-service cloakroom was available after check-out, which was convenient. The room was compact and clean, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well. Simple and nice. I would like to use it again.

    It's convenient because it's in front of the station. It wasn't good because it was on a lower floor. There were no particular problems.

    It was very nice at the beautiful Hotel.

    I thought there weren't many amenities, but there were various things in the lobby, just not in the Room. I was surprised to find even bath additives and lotion. Overall, it is a bright and clean Hotel that I would like to use again.

    Due to the cancellat...

    Due to the cancellation of my flight to the destination, I had to make an urgent stay. Although it was a midnight check-in, the staff greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. The room was clean, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was bath gel among the amenities next to the reception, allowing me to relax in a pleasantly scented bath. I checked out early in the morning to catch the first train, but thanks to my stay, I felt refreshed and could move comfortably from morning onwards. Thank you very much!

    Functional and ultra-comfortable Hotel

    The bed mattress is absolutely the best! It was neither too hard nor too soft, providing comfort that you wouldn't expect from a Business Hotel. The room's design, amenities, beverages like tea, and furnishings were all functional, making it a truly comfortable Hotel with nothing lacking or excessive. I recommended it to my friends. I will definitely use it again when I go to Nagoya.

    Disappointing—no view.

    The Room was unfortunately disappointing: although it had a window, it faced the neighboring building’s wall, so there was no sunlight and no view. However, the staff service was excellent—for example, they stored our luggage before check-in and always wished us well when we went out.

    The amenities and water are good.

    Since it does not face a wide street, it was difficult to find the entrance on the map software, and the voices in the hallway were very audible, but other than that, there were no complaints. In particular, it was nice that there were mugs in the Room, many hangers, two types of pillows with different firmness, and the water in the building was purified.

    A comfortable Hotel close to the station.

    The location near the Shinkansen exit was very convenient as I used the Shinkansen and express bus. The underground shopping area was also close, making it easy to enjoy Nagoya cuisine. The amenities were well-equipped, including bath additives, and the Room was comfortable.

    It was adequate for business use, conveniently located near Nagoya Station, and there were no particular complaints. It was nice that the restaurant was open and available during the day.

    Elderly, please be careful!

    People who are not good with AI might get nervous. From check-in to using the elevator and check-out, everything is processed with a card, which can be overwhelming. However, the front desk staff will kindly teach you, so don't hesitate to ask for help. The twin rooms were fully booked, so we had to settle for a double, but one side of the bed was right against the wall, leaving only one side open. As we get older, we tend to go to the bathroom 2-3 times at night, so we had no choice but to wake up our partner. Breakfast has changed to a buffet style and has improved. However, the dining area is small, so it's best not to linger. There was a family of four with severe coughs, and the woman guiding them should be trained to seat them in a way that doesn't disturb other guests. The room is clean, the air conditioning is good, the pajamas are soft, and the bed and pillows have the right firmness. Once you get used to the way this Hotel operates, you will enjoy a comfortable space.
