    I stayed in a twin room, and the Facility was new and comfortable. The staff were very efficient and courteous, including when they looked after my luggage.

    Sufficient and necessary

    My arrival in Nagoya was late, so it was very helpful that the property was close to the station. The building next door was under construction, so I got a little confused, but I arrived safely. If you just need a place to sleep, there were no issues.

    I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here to take an exam in Aichi Prefecture. Both check-in and check-out were automated, and the Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared, with Nagoya specialties such as whitebait and Ogura toast available as well. Although my stay was short, it was very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and being close to the Shinkansen station is a big plus.

    This is my regular Hotel when I’m on business in Nagoya, and I stay here a few times a year, but this time I saw for the first time a front desk staff member with short blond hair. What an attitude. It’s understandable that we’re no longer in an era where people demand restrictions on appearance such as blond hair, but I still expect front desk staff to have at least a basic sense of professionalism and pride in their role.

    A good Hotel, though there are a few concerns.

    It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit at Meieki, and Esca Exit 1 is also right nearby, making it easy to go out for meals. The view from the window was lit up by the vivid blue light of a shisha bar and I thought, “Oh no…,” but it was turned off around midnight, which was a relief. If that would bother you, you may want to request a Room on the opposite side. The showerhead was larger than in other business hotels and the water pressure was strong—really great. Unfortunately, the younger front desk staff were generally unfriendly (especially in the morning). A female housekeeping staff member greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome—I wish someone like her were at the front desk… A QR code for check-in is sent in advance, but reception around this Hotel and nearby is extremely poor and it took time to load, so I should have taken a screenshot beforehand.

    Great value and very clean!

    I stayed for one night with my child. The Room was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable. The amenities were also plentiful. Breakfast included kishimen noodles, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

    Very comfortable!

    Because the TV was large and the price was reasonable during my previous stay, I stayed for two nights this time to relax and recover from daily fatigue. I also made a Reservation for a spacious Room, so my stay was extremely comfortable! Although it’s a unit bath, the bathing area is roomy, so I could soak in the tub at length and was very satisfied. Housekeeping was thorough as well. Last time there was quite a bit of mold in the humidifier tank, but this time there was none at all, which made my stay truly comfortable. Both last time and this time, there is one front desk staff member who is exceptionally polite and cheerful. When they are there, arriving exhausted after work instantly lifts my spirits and makes me feel brighter! The staff at the Sakura-dori Exit were all cheerful and welcoming with warm smiles, so I would be happy if the staff at the Shinkansen Exit could be just as friendly. If I feel like taking it easy again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Fully satisfied.

    This was my first stay, and I was more satisfied than expected. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bath was large enough to relax comfortably compared with other Hotels of this type. Breakfast is a standard buffet, but it’s filling.

    It was conveniently located near the station. Even late at night, there was a Lawson convenience store and a Sukiya nearby, so finding food wasn’t a problem. The Room is small but clean. The cover on the drain under the sink had come off, so I used it while holding it in place with the trash bin. The male staff member at the front desk did not provide basic information unless asked, which felt a bit unfriendly. I think it’s fine if you’re only using it to sleep.

    Attentive service

    The staff were very polite and made a great impression. The Facility and amenities were new, so we had a comfortable two-night stay. We appreciated having an air purifier with a humidifier function. The shower water also got hot immediately without any waiting, so it was stress-free to use.

    With accommodation costs rising, I’ve found myself staying at business hotels more often, and it’s made me notice how everyone comes up with clever ways to use limited space. This Room has a traditional long, narrow layout with a slightly awkward area that isn’t the easiest to use, but in return the bathroom and bed are given priority and feel spacious. I had a bit of trouble finding space when opening my suitcase, but when closed it can be stored in a corner of the bed or under it without blocking the walkway. Breakfast was also good—not just a token selection, but centered on items you’ll actually want to eat properly. The broken knob on the alarm clock probably needs checking, especially for anyone who can’t rely on their phone to wake up. In any case, staying here for one night gave me more flexibility in my schedule. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d definitely like to consider this place again when I stay an extra night in Nagoya.

    Recommended for those with a short stay at the Hotel!

    If your purpose is just accommodation, the price seems reasonable. The room is equipped with the bare essentials. The bed mattress is firm, and the separate top and bottom sleepwear was comfortable. Amenities include bath salts, face masks, and tea; however, since coffee is not drip-style, bringing your own is recommended. Breakfast had limited options, but putting red bean paste with butter on pancakes was delicious. You can take coffee back to your room during breakfast time. The most disappointing part was that the room's window was small and faced a building wall right in front of it, allowing no light in—making even mornings dark and unsettling. While this may vary by room, prior notice from the facility would have allowed me to cancel my stay. For those who are not particular about rooms, this accommodation offers an affordable option in a convenient location for Shinkansen users. Thank you for hosting me!

    Cost-effective Hotel near Nagoya Station

    This was my first time staying here. The excellent location, just about a five-minute walk from Nagoya Station, is wonderful. The room was clean and had just the right amount of space. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. While the unit bath is understandable, having a separate bath would make this place an unquestionable regular choice for me. I also had breakfast, which was delicious. Having kishimen available was a big plus. The staff's service was great as well, so I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

    There are many convenience stores nearby, offering plenty of choices. Amenities included face packs, and the separate pajamas were a nice touch. The bathtub was spacious, and although the Room was compact, it was comfortable and helped me relax.

    Convenient

    The Room is small, but it is convenient as a base for work or travel. A convenience store is nearby, as well as the famous eel restaurant "Unafuji." Of course, Nagoya Station is also close by.

    Beautiful rooms, but some rooms may have curtains that are difficult to open.

    This is my second stay. The accommodation is close to the station, new, and the room is clean. The tap water is purified, and the bed is firm and comfortable to sleep on. However, when I opened the curtains in the room, I felt exposed due to being visible from a nearby building where people seemed present. As a result, I had to keep the curtains closed for peace of mind. Additionally, since it’s located in a narrow alleyway, even if I opened them, sunlight wouldn’t come through because of the shadow of surrounding buildings, which was disappointing.

    Highly satisfied

    I reserved two rooms, a twin and a single, and they were arranged on the same floor. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. I have used Sotetsu in Osaka Namba and Nagoya several times, and I am always satisfied. Of course, this time was no exception, and it became a wonderful memory of Nagoya.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I often visit Nagoya and have stayed overnight before trips many times. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, but I had a comfortable stay in the Room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was delicious and highly praised by my daughter who stayed with me. I would love to stay here again.

    We stayed as a group of three, and the Room was clean with firm beds that were not tiring. The bathroom and bathtub were spacious and easy to use. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

    Great value for money.

    I stayed alone after a concert. The Room was narrow with the bed almost touching the wall, but the 140cm-wide bed was spacious and comfortable, providing just enough space. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety, and considering the rising Hotel prices, this price offered great satisfaction. Amenities like face masks available in the lobby to take to your Room and comfortable two-piece pajamas were nice touches. It was far better than a much more expensive Hotel I stayed at in Osaka the next day. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya!

    I had trouble finding the entrance.

    I made a Reservation online and headed to the Hotel on the day. Looking at the map, I assumed it was facing the main street and walked there, but while I found the Hotel's name, I couldn't locate the entrance. Thinking it might be on the other side, I went around to find the entrance at the back. It would have been helpful if there was a note like "Entrance is at the back" on the side facing the street. The front desk and Room were clean with no issues. If possible, having shaving cream as part of amenities would be even better. I would love to use this Hotel again!
