    Both the front desk ...

    Both the front desk service and the pleasantly clean guest room were very comfortable. From now on, this will be my only choice when staying in Machida!

    Breakfast is the deciding factor.

    I used this Hotel for a relaxing staycation. It’s an easy drive from Yokohama, which makes it appealing for a quick escape from everyday life. I arrived around noon and parked in the lot next to the Hotel entrance. I left my luggage at the front desk and headed out for lunch, and the male staff member at reception kindly gave me very detailed directions to the restaurant, which left a great impression. When I returned after lunch, they were able to check me in even though it was still before 3:00 p.m. I was also surprised to hear that my suitcase had already been taken up to my Room. The female staff member who assisted me had such a warm smile, and I felt comfortable right from the moment I arrived. The Room isn’t large, but it’s well laid out and easy to use. Using a coin I received at the front desk, I tried the capsule toy machine by the elevators and got a Rilakkuma marshmallow—it genuinely made me smile. Just as mentioned in Reviews, the amenities were from a brand that tends to divide opinions, but there are amenity stations not only on the first floor but also by the elevators on each guest floor, which is convenient. Having cleansing oil available was especially helpful. The bathroom is an old-style deep unit bath—not one where you can fully stretch out. However, there was no odor or noise at all (which I had worried about based on Reviews); I only heard minor everyday sounds from neighboring rooms. What stood out most was breakfast. The variety was so generous that it made me wonder if it was really included at this Accommodation Fee—and everything tasted great. The combination of rye bread with sweet red bean paste and butter was outstanding; I’d love to have it again. Kudos to whoever came up with offering anko. The Japanese side dishes—such as green beans with sesame dressing, taro, rolled omelet, croquettes, kinpira burdock root, and light pickles—were all carefully seasoned and very satisfying. I also loved being able to add my own toppings to miso soup; since I’m a big fan of fried tofu and green onions, it made my morning. This isn’t a Hotel you choose for luxury, but thanks to excellent staff service and an outstanding breakfast experience, it was a very pleasant stay overall.

    We were very satisfied with the service and the meals.

    I arrived tired, but the check-in was smooth and courteous, and I even received a service voucher for the izakaya on the first floor. At breakfast, the staff kept a comfortable distance, so I found myself reaching for more and ended up completely full. Since it was a Plan with a 9:00 check-out, my stay wasn’t very long, but I was able to rest well.

    The staff were excellent.

    Most of the staff were Japanese, and their service was polite; everyone had a wonderful smile. The Facility is old, so I think that can’t be helped. Breakfast was very delicious! There was a wide variety of homemade Japanese dishes, and it was my first time having karaage that tasty at a Hotel breakfast buffet. If I go to Machida again, I’d like to stay here again.

    I stayed for one night with No Meals Included for work. I checked in later than planned and was tired, but the receptionist was very courteous and kind, which left a good impression. The amenities included a variety of delicious items such as coffee and honey tea bags, which I was happy to use. However, the lotion was from a company whose president openly expresses discrimination and hate, which was disappointing. Without this, I would have rated it a 4. The bath was not new, but the deep bathtub allowed me to warm up. There were also two types of pillows to choose from. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Moved by the unexpected Christmas concert!

    Stayed for one night from Saturday! The next day, I used the Hotel because there was a concert in this area. After checking in, I found out from a flyer that there was a Christmas concert in the lobby from 6 PM tonight, and I was provided with free drinks and snacks, which made for an unexpectedly enjoyable evening!!! Thank you very much for the wonderful event! The service from the Hotel staff was good, and the location is convenient as it is close to the station. The kebab shop right next to the Hotel was also very delicious! The breakfast content was almost as described, but I was surprised that there were no ceramic cups or mugs for hot drinks, only paper cups. I was also surprised that there were disposable chopsticks. Since it is a Hotel, I think it would be better to have ceramic items and regular chopsticks prepared.

    Deep bath and honey tea

    Nostalgic image of a Business Hotel. But I liked the deep bath. The front desk service was very polite and exceeded my expectations. The drink service included honey tea, and it was amusing that the complimentary capsule toy machine contained small snacks. Newspaper service available. It was a Hotel that I came to like. Thank you very much.
