    Not bad.

    The Facility is new and nice, but the service and staff capability fall short of long-established hotels… In terms of comfort and responsiveness to situations, this stay still made me feel that ANA Crowne Plaza remains the best in Toyama…

    A delicious breakfast.

    I was looking forward to the sushi at breakfast. Both the rice and toppings were delicious, but I would have liked a bit more variety. The nigiri pieces are smaller than standard, seemingly designed so you can try many different kinds. Still, it can feel a little light. Udon was also available, but the portion was small as well. Overall, the servings may be geared toward female guests. It’s great for those who want to enjoy a little of everything. Considering the price, I was very satisfied. I arrived around 7:30 and was seated without waiting, but closer to 8:00 there will likely be a wait. For dinner on my stay date, I enjoyed an izakaya in town. I was satisfied with that too, but it might have been even better if there had been a dinner buffet in the Hotel where you could enjoy Toyama’s local specialties. The amenities and other services were more than satisfactory.

    Reliable comfort you can count on

    I previously stayed at Hotel Vischio Kyoto and had a wonderful experience, so I chose to stay again in Toyama. The staff’s service, the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge were all extremely satisfying. Since the breakfast venue is a restaurant inside a commercial facility, it felt uniquely dim and somewhat enclosed, but the food was so delicious that I came back at lunchtime as a regular customer. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when traveling to Toyama.

    Great location just steps from Toyama Station, with a large public bath! Enjoy a breakfast buffet featuring sushi.

    I stayed here on a business trip. It is directly connected to the MAROOT mall right outside Toyama Station, so access is very convenient. The Room has a modern feel and was very clean. There is also a large public bath, so you can relax in the hot water properly. Amenities are picked up from in front of the elevator, but items needed for bathing were also available in the public bath. Even if you forget something, it was convenient because MAROOT has a drugstore, supermarket, and apparel shops, so you can quickly go buy what you need. I was also happy to be able to eat sushi at breakfast.

    The breakfast venue was not very satisfactory.

    The Room, front desk, and bath were all very good, but the breakfast area was small, which was a bit disappointing. The food tasted good.

    It was convenient.

    Right next to the station, so getting around is very easy. I was able to relax and unwind from the day’s fatigue in the large public bath. I also enjoyed delicious coffee in the lounge next to the lobby. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again next time.

    This is my go-to accommodation in Toyama.

    Conveniently located near the station and great for shopping. The Facility is new, and the large public bath is spacious and clean. The staff are cheerful and courteous, making it a comfortable stay. I’m very satisfied with this Accommodation, and it will continue to be my regular choice whenever I stay in Toyama. However, during this stay I happened to notice dust had accumulated on the wall behind the sofa. I hope it won’t be noticeable next time!

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and the bath was pleasant. However, there were only just enough towels for the number of guests in the Room. We took them to the public bath, but upon returning, there were no towels left to dry our hands. It would be great if you could provide at least one extra face towel per person or place some face towels in the public bath area. Additionally, there was no closet in the Room. If a closet is not available, it would be helpful to have more hooks on the wall for hangers. The number of hangers provided was also insufficient. Apologies if my expectations were too high; I hope this feedback helps!

    Clean Hotel Near the Station

    The location was excellent, and the Room was clean. The all-you-can-eat sushi breakfast featured pre-made sushi displayed, rather than a live kitchen style, which was slightly different from what I expected. The breakfast venue lacked windows, giving a sense of confinement. It made me wonder if it was a design flaw. Considering the stunning views of Toyama available outside, it felt like a missed opportunity. However, this is not the Hotel's fault.

    The Room is cold.

    The location is excellent, so I always use this place. Overall, I am satisfied, but the Room was cold. Even with the heating set to a maximum of 30 degrees, it did not warm up, which was inconvenient.

    As a Business Hotel, amenities were not available in the Room or the public bath, which was inconvenient. It was also inconvenient and unpleasant to bring the room's bath towel and hand towel to the public bath. However, the access from the station was excellent, and I was satisfied with that.

    Lack of knowledge at the front desk

    The young male staff at the front desk had no knowledge about directions or timetables for tourist spots. When I pointed this out, they just sulked. Completely unprofessional. The Hotel's reputation has significantly dropped.

    First Trip to Toyama

    I chose a clean Hotel near the station, and it was the right decision. Located above a new station building, you can shop or dine without stepping outside if needed. Amenities follow the recent trend where you select only what you need to take with you. The business room on the front desk floor offered coffee and comfortable sofas for relaxation. The public bath was slightly compact but sufficient, clean, and pleasant. There was a collection box for wet towels brought from the Room, which was convenient. The in-room wear had a chic design as well. The Room was clean with a quiet air conditioner and included a humidifier. Reception staff were very accommodating too. Breakfast time coincided with peak hours, but staff skillfully replenished dishes and cleaned up promptly while handling unexpected situations politely—making breakfast an enjoyable experience overall. I would love to stay here again!

    Perfect Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, the Room was compact yet clean, offering a great view from the window and excellent security. The amenities were fully customizable, ensuring nothing was lacking. Check-out was processed via a machine, but staff kindly inquired about any luggage to be stored. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    Excellent!!

    Three of us, my daughter from Tokyo and us, a couple from Nara, gathered at the Hotel. We came seeking fresh air, delicious water, and above all, incredibly tasty sushi. The hotel near the station was very convenient yet quiet, offering relaxation in the Onsen and a comfortable stay. It turned out to be a delightful trip as we promised to come back again! Thank you for everything. We'll visit again!

    A perfect gateway to fully enjoy Toyama.

    Stayed for one night with breakfast included. The highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet. You can enjoy a variety of seafood, mountain delicacies, and Toyama specialties. It's a great introduction to local Toyama cuisine and flavors. I recommend trying your favorite dishes or intriguing items at specialty stores afterward. The Room is of standard size with no excess or shortage. Instead of bottled water, they promote Toyama's natural water. Guests need to use the pitcher in the Room and fetch water from the guest lounge—something to keep in mind. Tea and coffee are also not provided in the Room but are available at this lounge. While tap water might be good too, I was slightly hesitant... The public bath can feel cramped if 10 people soak at once. It might be better to check how crowded it is before going in.

    The sunrise is beautiful.

    This time, I traveled to Toyama with my senior colleague. Thanks to the excellent location near the station and staying on a high floor, I was captivated by the view of Toyama Station in the morning as I slightly opened the curtains. The sunlight gradually illuminating the cityscape from Tateyama Mountain Range created a magical scenery. The room was clean, and I enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath. One thing that caught my attention was when I had café au lait from the coffee machine in the lounge—it turned out to be regular coffee instead of café au lait, which was a bit disappointing (probably because there wasn’t any milk available). Next time, I’d like to stay with my spouse and enjoy watching the beautiful sunrise together.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I had some questions before my stay and called several times. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, which made me feel at ease about staying. During my stay, all the staff were also wonderful. I would love to use this accommodation again. The breakfast had a great selection of Japanese dishes and was delicious.

    20th Anniversary Journey

    I will make this my regular accommodation in Toyama.

    I had a long stay during my return home after a while, and it was an incredibly comfortable experience. Thank you very much. First, the location is extremely convenient as it is right in front of the station. Being situated above a shopping facility made shopping very easy, and the sashimi and prepared foods at the supermarket were excellent. The facility is new, with well-equipped amenities that left nothing to be desired. The pajamas were particularly comfortable to wear. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and I appreciated being able to check its congestion status from my room; I ended up using it almost every morning and evening. The lounge exclusively for guests was convenient as coffee and tea could be enjoyed freely or taken back to the room. All staff members were polite, kind, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. On the last morning, I enjoyed an all-you-can-eat sushi breakfast buffet. In addition to sushi, there were local specialties like simmered whelk shells (bai-gai) and Himi udon noodles from Toyama Prefecture—such delightful touches! I look forward to visiting again in the future!

    No spare sizes available for room wear. Unexpected for a Granvia group hotel.

    Although not directly connected to Toyama Station, this accommodation is conveniently located just a 20-second walk away. The first to fourth floors are part of a commercial building, the fifth floor houses the hotel front desk and a large public bath, and guest rooms are located on the sixth floor and above. Once checked in, guests can enjoy an exclusive lounge next to the front desk (offering drinks from an automatic coffee machine), providing a comfortable space for business travelers working on their laptops or tourists browsing guidebooks. The breakfast venue is exclusively reserved during morning hours on the fourth-floor dining area (separated by shutters from the commercial building side) and serves a wide variety of Japanese and Western buffet options. The quality of breakfast is quite high for hotel standards. As expected from a Granvia-affiliated hotel... however, there was one major disappointment: the room wear. Upon changing into it, I found it uncomfortably tight around my neck and too short overall. Being aware that I am slightly larger than average men, I usually request larger-sized room wear at accommodations without issue. When I stopped by the front desk on the fifth floor before heading to the bath to request a larger size, I was told they had none available! Having stayed at hundreds of hotels before, this was my first time encountering such an issue—leaving me utterly shocked. While I'm somewhat overweight but not excessively so, these room wear sizes would undoubtedly feel restrictive even for someone over 180cm tall! It’s hard to believe they don’t offer larger sizes. This aspect definitely needs improvement as it significantly impacted my overall impression of what could have been an excellent stay. Truly disappointing!

    We had a great time.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay last year as well. I really liked the guest rooms, the option to choose amenities freely, the large public bath, and I also used the laundry facilities, so I will probably visit again for a Multiple Night Stay. However, this year the large public bath was very crowded, and even when visiting at night or first thing in the morning, there was a lot of hair on the floor. When wiping the floor with paper towels, an astonishing amount of hair came off. It was shocking to have it stick to my feet. Could you please vacuum regularly even just on the floor? Alternatively, could you provide wider wipers and vacuums instead of small household floor wipers? At my gym, guests do simple cleaning after using facilities before leaving. Please consider this suggestion.

    On your journey from Tohoku

    The lobby front is spacious and comfortable, and the hallways and guest rooms are quiet, making for a very pleasant stay. The Hotel is conveniently located next to the station and commercial facilities, so there’s no trouble finding places to eat or shop. I will definitely use this Hotel whenever I visit Toyama.

    The facility is new ...

    The facility is new and clean, but there were many foreign guests with poor manners in the bath area. Some people used face packs in the bathtub, left trash behind, and although it was hard to notice at night, in the morning, hair and trash were floating in the large public bath's tub, which was disappointing. We hope for thorough cleaning and regular patrols.
