    Because there was a large public bath.

    I only planned to sleep there, but due to bad weather I ended up staying in the Room longer than expected. Since the large public bath closed at 12:00, I tried to use the shower in the Room, but there was a long hair on the showerhead... There were also short, thin hairs stuck to the bathroom wall. Since it wasn’t an area I would touch, I pretended not to notice. I put up with it until morning and went to the large public bath. It was new and clean, but it’s far from the lockers to where you take your bath towel, so the floor would likely get wet. The amenities were also poorly arranged and inconvenient to use. Breakfast couldn’t be charged to my Room, and the food was just so-so. Overall, it was underwhelming.

    Second time.

    I stayed here last year and chose it for its convenient location right in front of the station for sightseeing in Toyama. It was great to have a bath, and the complimentary coffee service was a nice touch. Best of all was the excellent breakfast— I was impressed by the wide variety of freshly made sushi. Of course, everything else was delicious too, and I was completely satisfied! Done for my next stay as well.

    It’s good as usual.

    The property was clean, and the front desk guidance was fine. Everything you need is provided, and if you just need a place to stay, the location is convenient and ideal. The breakfast Plan was not available, so I chose the Plan with only a boxed breakfast; next time I stay, I’d like to try a meal-included option. If I had to mention something, it would be helpful if amenities like lotion were also available in the large public bath. Also, I had an early departure in the morning and couldn’t get clear information even after asking at the front desk, so it might have been better if the location of the prepayment machine for the parking lot closest to the entrance were clearly indicated. That said, it’s on level B4, so it’s not a big issue. I had a pleasant stay and would return.

    At check-in, we were...

    At check-in, we were told that if any amenities were missing in the Room, we could pick them up from the amenity bar. However, when we checked the Room, there were no amenities prepared at all, so we had to go back to the front desk to get them. I think you should inform guests at check-in that nothing is provided in the Room from the start. Also, in the women’s large public bath, the air conditioning was not working well and I felt lightheaded. As temperatures rise, there is a risk of heatstroke during busy hours, so I think you need to pay close attention to the air-conditioning settings. The breakfast and the Room were good.

    No amenities in the ...

    No amenities in the Room (you have to pick them up yourself next to the front desk); I question this system for the price. There were many dusty areas in the Room. I was concerned about dirt and stains throughout the Room. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The sushi smelled fishy. The staff’s footsteps in the breakfast area were loud; I think it was due to their shoes.

    I liked that breakfast was served at a sushi restaurant, and we were able to have sushi for breakfast.

    You can get there from Dentetsu-Toyama Station without getting wet.

    Even in heavy rain at Toyama Station, it’s convenient because you don’t need an umbrella even with luggage. The water tastes great. The local candy we received at checkout was excellent. I checked the breakfast venue crowd level on the TV screen and it showed as not busy, but when I went there I still had to wait 15 minutes—so I’m not sure how accurate it is. That was the only downside. The staff’s smiles were perfect.

    I planned to eat lots of sushi for breakfast, but there were so many other delicious options that I couldn’t eat as much as I expected (laughs).

    Great location.

    The best point is how convenient it is—just a short walk from the station. The Room is new and clean, but the bathroom and toilet are combined. There is a large public bath, but I used it early in the morning and in the early evening, and there were always bits of grime floating in the water, which made me wonder when the water is changed. I ate bread in the Room and ended up dropping quite a few crumbs, but when I went out and came back, it hadn’t been cleaned up, which was disappointing. I didn’t place the sheet-change card on the bed, but I still wanted the floor to be cleaned.

    A Trip to Kurobe Gorge

    I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to visit Kansui Park in Toyama and enjoy delicious sushi, and it also has an Onsen near the station. With a shopping Facility on the lower floors and souvenir shops close by, I had no trouble during my stay. I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night on a solo trip. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the station. The streetcar stop and a convenience store are also very close by. There’s also a delicious sushi restaurant nearby, so even if you eat and drink your fill, you can be back in your Room in no time. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold, so I decided not to drink beer that day. My Room was on the 10th floor, with a great view, and you can see the Tateyama Mountain Range from the elevator hall. I was able to relax in a spacious Room with a wonderful view. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station, comfortable, and very satisfying.

    Conveniently located next to the station and shopping facilities, with easy parking access. The Facility is new, and the Room is clean and well maintained. Above all, I appreciated that the bathroom, washbasin, and toilet are separate. The lounge isn’t very large, but drinks, magazines, and newspapers are provided, which was satisfying. Breakfast was also excellent, with many dishes made using local ingredients such as nigiri sushi and Himi udon. I ended up eating too much. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Excellent location

    It was nice to be able to park the car near the Hotel entrance on the 5th floor. However, the instructions were hard to understand, so at first I parked on an intermediate floor and then moved the car again. The Facility is new and felt clean, which was great. It was a bit disappointing that the breakfast venue had no windows.

    My go-to Accommodation in Toyama.

    As always, this is a consistently reliable and reassuring Hotel. It’s close to the station, and I’m satisfied with everything. The white shrimp rice crackers at check-in and the sakura mochi at check-out are perfectly timed and truly appreciated. This time I saw a group in the guest-only lounge enjoying card games and chatting in the evening, which was really heartwarming. In the morning, there were guests having coffee while reading the newspaper, and others enjoying ready-made dishes heated in the provided microwave after a bath along with their own beer. It reminded me again how comfortable and convenient that lounge is. I always make sure to use it whenever I stay. The honey lemon tea is my particular favorite. In any case, I look forward to staying again.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a clean and comfortable interior.

    The location was great—close to the station and with a convenience store nearby. It’s not an Onsen, but there is a large public bath where you can relax. The view of the Tateyama Mountain Range from the Room was also wonderful, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The location was excellent, right in front of the station. It was also great to be able to relax in the large public bath. Although it was fine to go to the large public bath in loungewear, it is on the busy 5th floor, so it would have been even better if it were on another floor.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed for one night in April. It feels like a compact Business Hotel, but there is also a guest-only lounge, and the Room and bath were all very clean, making it extremely comfortable. (It was also fun that the bath bucket was “Kerorin” (lol).) The all-you-can-eat sushi breakfast I was looking forward to had seven types of toppings even on a weekday, and I was very satisfied. (If I had to ask for more, I wish the Western-style side dishes were a bit more substantial...) I would definitely like to stay again.

    This is a highly satisfying Hotel.

    This is a comfortable Hotel near Toyama Station. The Room layout is well designed and easy to use, and the shared spaces such as the lobby are spacious with high ceilings, making it very pleasant. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a wide variety of nigiri sushi. When I visit Toyama, this may be my go-to place.

    This Hotel is very convenient.

    This Hotel is accessible from Toyama Station with almost no exposure to rain. The same building has a supermarket and a café, which was very convenient. The Room was also very clean. Since the weather was bad and I couldn’t see Mt. Tateyama, I’d like to visit again.

    The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful!

    I expected a standard buffet, but there were some thoughtful options like bean soup, which I really enjoyed. The egg dishes were served hot so they wouldn’t get cold, and they were delicious. I also appreciated the drinks provided with the lounge service. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

    This is a very nice Hotel.

    It’s just a few dozen seconds’ walk to Toyama Station and the streetcar stop. The Hotel is new, the Room is spacious, and we had a great view of the magnificent Tateyama Mountain Range. The lounge coffee was delicious, there’s a large public bath for a Hotel, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options. If I had to mention anything, the bath water temperature was on the hot side, and there was only one women’s restroom on the front desk floor, so we had to wait in line. Overall, we were extremely satisfied—this is a Hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Toyama.

    Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The service was also excellent. I would appreciate it if you could provide a few more face towels.

    This was the only Hotel I considered in Toyama.

    Directly connected to Toyama Station, so it’s very convenient. I was satisfied with both the Room and the large public bath. However, it was frustrating that check-in procedures don’t start until exactly 3:00 PM—it’s not a government office. As a result, guests end up waiting in line, and you can’t get into your Room until after 3:10 PM. It’s rare to find a Hotel this inflexible.

    My First Solo Trip

    Spending time alone, I was able to relax in the calm, spacious Room—it was wonderful. I also enjoyed taking my time in the large public bath. The breakfast was especially delicious. Sushi in the morning? I wasn’t sure at first, but as a fish lover it was perfect! There were also plenty of seasonal dishes and local specialties. I even enjoyed dessert as well. I left feeling happy after such a great meal. This is one Hotel I’d love to visit again.

    A Hotel that is more...

    A Hotel that is more than satisfactory for a Business Hotel. The entrance is shared with a shopping mall, which makes it a bit hard to find. Since it’s part of the same group, I wish there were direct access from the station. If I had to make requests: I would like towels to be provided in the large public bath as well. Also, I’m not sure if it was from the Room bathroom or the toilet, but there was a slight drain odor, which was a minor negative (the Room itself was clean and well maintained).

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near Toyama Station, and the room was clean and comfortable. As it was a three-day holiday weekend, the large public bath was very crowded. I checked the crowding status from my room and went when it showed as less busy, but perhaps many others did the same—the changing area was packed, so I decided to come back later. The small changing area may have contributed to this. Other than that, everything was comfortable.

    The Most Convenient Location

    Convenient for getting anywhere, with shopping facilities and convenience stores nearby, so a meal plan isn’t necessary. The in-room loungewear is one-size-fits-all, but it worked well as pajamas. The staff were pleasant, and I’d definitely like to stay again next time.

    Not bad.

    The Facility is new and nice, but the service and staff capability fall short of long-established hotels… In terms of comfort and responsiveness to situations, this stay still made me feel that ANA Crowne Plaza remains the best in Toyama…

    A delicious breakfast.

    I was looking forward to the sushi at breakfast. Both the rice and toppings were delicious, but I would have liked a bit more variety. The nigiri pieces are smaller than standard, seemingly designed so you can try many different kinds. Still, it can feel a little light. Udon was also available, but the portion was small as well. Overall, the servings may be geared toward female guests. It’s great for those who want to enjoy a little of everything. Considering the price, I was very satisfied. I arrived around 7:30 and was seated without waiting, but closer to 8:00 there will likely be a wait. For dinner on my stay date, I enjoyed an izakaya in town. I was satisfied with that too, but it might have been even better if there had been a dinner buffet in the Hotel where you could enjoy Toyama’s local specialties. The amenities and other services were more than satisfactory.
