  GOOD

  The renovated Room was pleasant. The air conditioning was very quiet, and it was nice not to have a sore throat. It was an enjoyable trip.

Your high praise has also contributed to boosting the motivation of our staff, and we sincerely thank you once again. If you came to see the autumn leaves during this season, we apologize, as the leaves have not yet fully turned, and you may have been disappointed. It would be better to visit a little later for the best views, but unfortunately, this is due to the weather. Inuyama is a charming castle town where you can enjoy various events throughout the changing seasons. All of our staff sincerely look forward to welcoming you again.

  Please note that entry and exit are not allowed late at night.

  The hotel is well-equipped with a great location, amenities, and comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out are done using devices, which is a recent facility. However, the entrance is closed during late-night hours, and you cannot enter even with a room card. I had to ring the bell to finally get it opened, but the attitude was quite unsatisfactory. I apologize for the late-night disturbance. It would have been better if the entrance could be accessed with the room card. The in-room TV supports Google Cast, but the sound quality is not great as it uses the TV's audio system. It would have been perfect if there was a built-in Bluetooth speaker since it's not a theater set.

  Thank you very much for choosing our Hotel among the many options in Inuyama. We apologize for any inconvenience and trouble caused by the delay in response due to the note in the title stating that entry and exit are not possible late at night. For security reasons, the main entrance is locked at 2 AM, and entry is not possible even with a room card. We apologize for the lack of guidance on this matter. We also apologize for the unsatisfactory attitude of our staff. Regarding the room acoustics, it would indeed be great if Bluetooth was installed, and we apologize for this. We hope you enjoyed the streets of Inuyama. Inuyama is a delightful castle town with various events at each Facility and store throughout the seasons. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again to Inuyama for more experiences and explorations.
