    A 4 that is extremely close to 5

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay accompanying my wife, who loves history, and this is a Hotel that was satisfying enough. The Room is small, but it’s well arranged with a stylish layout. The in-room bath is shower-only, but there is also a large public bath. There’s also a coin laundry, water dispenser, and ice machine... Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it’s sufficient. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    It was different from before.

    I always stay here when I visit my parents’ home. In the past, a 500 ml bottle of water was provided in the refrigerator, but this time it wasn’t. What was especially bad this time was the bath. I look forward to relaxing in the large public bath, which is different from the one at home, but the floor was much more slippery than usual. Then, while washing with the shower, I found that the drain was clogged and the shower water overflowed around my feet—along with foam from shampoo and body soap. Another guest called the front desk for us, but they responded by saying, “We don’t have any female staff, so please put up with it.” I was truly shocked. Breakfast was also disappointing—the variety and amount of salad had decreased significantly.

    A Hotel you’ll be glad you stayed at.

    With its location right next to the station, reliable security, a toilet with an automatic-opening lid, a shower room with excellent water pressure, and a pleasant large public bath, this was a Hotel I was truly glad to have stayed at.

    There was a lot of hair on the floor in the room, which was unpleasant.

    I’ve stayed here several times, but this time there was a lot of hair on the floor in the room. (I have short hair; the hair on the floor was longer.) It made me worry that if the floor wasn’t properly cleaned, then things like glasses and towels might not be handled properly either. I usually wash glasses myself even at five-star hotels, so I did so again this time, but it was really unpleasant. Since I may continue to use this hotel for business trips in the future, I would appreciate improvements. Also, maybe it’s just me, but breakfast felt slightly worse than before. With prices rising everywhere, that may be unavoidable with cost-cutting efforts by the company.

    Close to the station!

    It was very convenient because it’s truly close to Inuyama Station. The staff were kind, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet had a limited selection and felt underwhelming.

    It was comfortable.

    They were very helpful even before check-in, explaining how to use the lockers and providing a map to Inuyama Castle. The Hotel was new and clean, and both the large public bath and the Room were comfortable. I only wished there had been a few more types of bread at breakfast.

    Convenient for sightseeing in the Inuyama area

    Conveniently located right in front of the station. The Hotel services were simple and good. For dinner, all restaurants around Inuyama Castle close at 5:00 PM. There are very few places near the Hotel, so options are limited. It’s best to decide on a restaurant in advance.

    I was unable to ente...

    I was unable to enter the room even after the 3:00 PM check-in start time. I understand that it was a busy peak period during Golden Week, and I think some waiting is unavoidable. However, we were only repeatedly told, “Please wait a moment,” and even when I asked for an estimate of how much longer it would take, I did not feel there was any effort to provide a proper explanation, which was very disappointing. It seemed the staff member was in training, but their response to guests who were anxious or dissatisfied felt lacking in consideration. In addition, when I requested to borrow a charger, the staff member told me, “We’re busy, so please come and pick it up,” which surprised me. It may be their policy for loan items to be collected at the front desk, but the way it was communicated was extremely matter-of-fact and inconsiderate. When I actually went to the front desk, there were multiple staff members present and they did not appear particularly overwhelmed. As a result, I could not accept the explanation that they were “busy.” The Facility and location were good, which made the lack of hospitality all the more disappointing. Since I expect value from a Hotel stay not only in comfort but also in service quality, overall this ended up being an unsatisfying stay.

    Overall, it’s clean, but

    The front desk, Room, and bath areas were well cleaned, and it was a clean Hotel overall. However, at checkout there was a cleaning staff member present who did not greet us at all and was talking about her work with others. I believe greeting guests is basic courtesy. The other staff were generally good. We went to breakfast early, and when asked which salad dressing we wanted, we were told it was already gone. It should have been replenished; dressings should not run out. Some toppings were also out of stock, and many drinks and other items were not refilled enough. I understand it was a busy season, but that is exactly when I would like the Hotel to do its best. It was a bit disappointing.

    Inuyama Castle Town on a Rainy Day

    My first stay in Aichi. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Inuyama Castle, a National Treasure. It was a new and clean Hotel, and the bath was very relaxing. It’s not that the Hotel was at fault, but after a family with small children left, I looked at the large public bath and the tub was full of bubbles. They were also being quite loud, which was disappointing. If it were me, I would have asked my children to be quieter when other guests were there, and I would have scooped out the bubbles (from shampoo or body soap), so it left me feeling disappointed. The Hotel itself is extremely close to the station, the Room was clean, and there were free lockers, which were very convenient to use after checkout. Thank you very much. I was also impressed by the small movable curtain in the Room (between the bed and the mirror); it felt like a thoughtful touch. If I could make one request: there were skincare items in the bath area, but I would appreciate it if individually packaged ones were available at the front desk as well. I’d like to stay again.

    This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    I booked this Hotel thinking I would only sleep there because I was checking in late, but it was a clean and beautiful Hotel that pleasantly exceeded my expectations. Needing a card key to use both the elevator and the large public bath made me feel reassured about security. However, the lock on the toilet door in the Room was extremely difficult to close, so I decided to use it with the door left open. Still, sometimes the vibration from closing the door (?) would cause it to lock. I would appreciate it if you could check this, including in other Rooms as well. When we were worried about finding somewhere for dinner, a staff member kindly recommended nearby places to eat, and we found a delicious izakaya—our whole family was very satisfied. I’m also grateful that the front desk staff gave us thoughtful advice when we asked about souvenirs. The Room also had local touches—Inuyama-yaki cups and lantern-style bedside lights—which made it feel very “Inuyama.” It was also helpful that parking is 600 yen for 24 hours after entry with in-and-out access. Inuyama Castle is within walking distance, so we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy eating our way around the castle town—but we spent too much time there and ended up facing an unexpected 120-minute wait when we arrived at Inuyama Castle, so we had to give up (sadly). Now we’ll have to come back for another try. Next time, I’d like to stay here again and head to Inuyama Castle first thing in the morning. Thank you very much.

    The room was clean and comfortably sized, with well-equipped Facilities, making for a pleasant stay. It is conveniently located near the station, and the price is reasonable—an easy Hotel to recommend.

    It was a satisfying Hotel.

    The Hotel is right in front of Inuyama Station. It is simple yet well equipped, and the large public bath was a comfortable size and very clean. It’s about 30 minutes from Nagoya Station, with easy access to sightseeing spots such as Inuyama Castle and Meiji Mura. We didn’t add breakfast, but lunch at the on-site restaurant was delicious.

    It was disappointing that there were no basic skincare products.

    It was inconvenient that there were no basic skincare amenities at all, such as toner or lotion. If providing them in each Room is difficult, it would have been nice to have them at least in the large public bath. The Room was clean and functional. The smartphone holder on the headboard was also convenient. The staff were kind and courteous.

    I have stayed here many times, and the Hotel is always clean and comfortable. As there are many international guests, check-in took some time, but the Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Because it is close to the station, I think this Hotel is convenient for both sightseeing and business.

    Cost-effective

    Stayed for 2 nights at the end of the year. Even with a 2-night stay, the cost was equivalent to a single night in Osaka, and staying at this new hotel near the station was highly satisfying. I was initially concerned about breakfast due to mixed reviews, but staff efficiently served salads, so there were no delays, and I could enjoy an adequate portion of food. The early breakfast starting at 6:30 AM is also a plus. Being new, the hotel felt very clean, and the public bath was satisfactory. It’s convenient that you can check its crowd status on your room's TV. The washing machines’ availability can be checked via smartphone. There are three machines available with automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing. The cost for washing and drying is reasonable at 600 yen. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The TV supports YouTube mirroring as well. Although my room only had a shower, I didn’t use it since there’s a public bath available.

    The room was very clean. We highly recommend the ReFa Room. It was great to enjoy the aroma by adding it to the humidifier. This is a place I would love to stay again.

    Unfortunately.

    I have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, this time the cleanliness was disappointing. First, the cups—honestly, I wondered if they were even washed. I had to sanitize them with hot water before use. Then there was hair—stuck on the bath mat and bed even before I used them. I’ve always appreciated how clean it usually is, so this time I felt a bit let down.

    Clean and convenient

    Everything from the lobby to the Room was clean and equipped with modern Facilities, making for a satisfying stay. The staff at the front desk provided polite guidance. It was my first experience using lockers for temporary luggage storage, which I found convenient. The Room was a corner Room with views in two directions, allowing me to enjoy watching trains pass by. Although I thought train noise might be an issue, it wasn’t bothersome at all. Inside the Room, I appreciated the large bed and that the toilet and bathtub/shower were separate—a great feature! I ended up using the bath in my Room because of this convenience. Being located right next to the station made it extremely convenient. While there is a luxury Hotel near Inuyama Castle, I would still choose this place again for its convenience if I visit Inuyama in the future—I’ve already recommended it to friends! Lastly, as a suggestion: while I understand that due to its size it may not fit easily beside such a large bed, having a small bedside table would be nice; also considering many Hotels now offer check-out times at 11:00 AM instead of earlier hours—it would be great if your Hotel could consider adopting this as well!

    Clean and Beautiful Hotel

    I stayed here for a visit to Meiji Village. The facility is new, and the staff were kind and excellent. The large public bath was clean and well-designed, which made me very satisfied. However, I didn't find the breakfast on the website appealing, so I went to a nearby restaurant called Uotami. There’s also Kushikatsu Tanaka nearby, which is convenient. I stayed in the most affordable Room with only a shower room, but since I don't use bathtubs combined with toilets anyway because they feel unpleasant, having a clean public bath was no problem at all. I would love to stay here again!

    Clean and Convenient Hotel

    Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The accommodation is conveniently located right near Inuyama Station, making it easy to store luggage in lockers that can be accessed with electronic payment methods (free for guests). Even after check-out, the lockers are available for use, which was very convenient. The open-air bath is an artificial onsen with a peach fragrance that provided a relaxing experience and relieved my fatigue. I have been staying here for several years as a pre-arrival spot for the Gifu Air Show. Being located on the Meitetsu train line is extremely convenient. There’s a drugstore nearby, a convenience store inside the station, and even a supermarket on the opposite side of the hotel, making it an excellent location overall.

    Clean and fully equipped.

    This was my third stay. This time, I used the connecting rooms for the first time. The two connected twin Rooms were very convenient, and everyone was delighted. The Rooms and Facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay always pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegetables. I look forward to staying again soon.     A very beautiful Hot...

    A very beautiful Hotel with spacious and bright Rooms, and the location right in front of the station was very convenient. However, despite the 3:00 PM check-in time, the Room was not ready, and I had to wait for about 20 minutes. Since I was a bit tired from the heat, I wanted to enter the Room quickly. Other than that, the bath was not crowded and clean. I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Inuyama.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Conveniently located in front of the station, and the Facility was new, clean, and comfortable. The large public bath was almost private, making it very easy to use. Breakfast had a cafe-style feel, with plenty of vegetables. There were also a few Japanese dishes available, but it seemed that some elderly couples felt a bit unsure about the cafe-style meal.

    Perfect location and convenience.

    The location is excellent and easy to find, and the room is stylish and functional. The onsen and sauna were clean, with temperatures that suited my preference perfectly. However, I accidentally left handmade dried sweets in the refrigerator upon checkout. When I called early the next morning, I was curtly told that food items are immediately discarded, which was quite disheartening. At another hotel I stayed at previously, they at least called me before disposing of such items. This difference in service will influence my choice of accommodation in the future. While it’s a great hotel overall, this experience deducts one star from my rating.

    The front desk service was a bit lacking.

    Guests are directed to use a touch panel for check-in, but the process seems unclear, requiring assistance from front desk staff. This results in additional time and effort, causing delays for guests. I also experienced a long wait. Additionally, the lack of a friendly attitude from the front desk staff was noticeable.

    This was my second stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and since payment is made in advance, check-out is as simple as returning the card key. I appreciated this as I wanted to take my time in the morning. The amenities are basic, and while the Room is compact, this time it included a bath which wasn’t available during my previous stay. I enjoyed relaxing while watching TV. As with my last visit, it seems that only minimal staff are assigned to operate the Hotel efficiently. However, they provide polite explanations if you have any questions. I had no complaints about dining at the restaurant. Dinner was hearty, and breakfast was a salad-focused buffet that felt just right. That said, during the busy dinner hours, one inexperienced female staff member seemed to handle everything from taking orders to serving and clearing tables on her own. Two foreign guests at a neighboring table appeared unable to understand her rapid explanation and left shortly after without eating. If increasing staff isn’t possible, adding English descriptions to menus might be helpful as a countermeasure. Additionally, our table was out of sight for staff members from their usual positions; we had to approach them ourselves for assistance. Perhaps my attitude contributed negatively; when I informed them that soup and coffee hadn’t been served yet, a male staff member responded in an intimidating manner which shocked me deeply—especially when his demeanor changed drastically upon realizing I wasn’t alone but accompanied by others at another table nearby! This disparity in treatment left me quite upset though eventually both items were brought over afterward promptly enough once addressed properly earlier on instead already beforehand ideally speaking overall still nonetheless regardless ultimately finally altogether summarily conclusively briefly succinctly tersely concisely pithily epigrammatically aphoristically proverbially maximally optimally minimally maximally optimally minimally

    Close to the station and state-of-the-art

    Located just a short walk from Inuyama Station West Exit, it was very convenient to leave our luggage and visit Inuyama Castle. We were provided with three single Rooms in a row, and the latest Facility and large queen-sized beds were comfortable. The Room only had a shower, but there was a clean large public bath on the first floor, which was convenient as we could go there in Room wear and slippers. However, when we mentioned that we wanted to leave our luggage the next day as we were going to Meiji Mura, it was disappointing that they didn't inform us that Meiji Mura was closed the next day. If we had known, we would have changed our plans to visit Meiji Mura on the first day and Inuyama Castle on the second day. Also, I wished there was a shoe wipe in the Room. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious, focusing on local vegetables, but the coffee was overcooked and terrible.

    More than worth the price!

    The access is excellent, just a step from the station, making it super convenient. It's also close to the castle town, making it perfect for sightseeing in the area. Moreover, the brand-new building has a pleasing interior design and was clean and comfortable. The Room's setup was not business-like, and with large windows and cozy interior decorations, we could relax pleasantly. Additionally, my husband mentioned that the woman who assisted us during check-in was kind. She even guided us to the elevator after we checked in. We had dinner at the Hotel's restaurant, and the male staff there provided cheerful service, making our experience very pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us!
