  Refrigerator

  When I contacted the front desk about the refrigerator not cooling, they came to check immediately. However, they explained, "This looks like a refrigerator, but it is actually a cooler that only maintains the temperature of already cold items and cannot cool them." They also said, "We can change your Room if you'd like..." I declined as it seemed too troublesome to switch Rooms. But isn't that still considered a malfunction? I would have appreciated an honest explanation. While I don't think this happens at other APA Hotels, the service from this Hotel's front desk was disappointing.
