  Stayed for 2 nights starting from New Year's Day in a Phiten Room. Thank you. Conveniently located near Kyoto Station, and I was satisfied overall with the separate bath and toilet. There were some areas not cleaned upon arrival, but after pointing it out the next day, it was promptly addressed, allowing for a comfortable stay. The dinosaur at reception makes it child-friendly; however, due to thin walls, you can often hear children crying in this Business Hotel. Additionally, the room only had a view of a wall from the window.

  The room was quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay despite being close to Hachijo Exit. Ice and water dispensers were also available, which was very convenient.
