    I'm sorry to hear that.

    The room was clean, the facilities were great, and I was very satisfied. However, the price suddenly increased from 50,000 yen for two nights to 89,000 yen, making it unaffordable. I wonder if the price hike is due to an increase in foreign guests. It's disappointing because I really liked this place. Considering that I don't use the washing machine or eat meals here and only stay to sleep, that price is a bit too high. I hope the prices can be adjusted back.

    We received heartfel...

    We received heartfelt hospitality and had a very comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to stay in the city center again, I would like to use this Property. Most of the users were from overseas. Here are the points that made me happy. The response and service of the staff at the lobby were wonderful. It was a small detail, but I appreciated that the elevator automatically pressed the button for the Stays floor when I held up the card key, especially since I was with young children. I was pleased that dish detergent and a sponge were provided along with the washing area in the Room. It was helpful that several fruits were provided at breakfast. These are not mandatory, but they are requests. I would be happy if the nightwear amenities were separate top and bottom pieces. In the case of a bath with a washing area, it would be nice to have an automatic water heating function. I could hear conversations in the hallway quite clearly even after 10 PM and before 7 AM, so I would appreciate some measures to address this. I would be happy if the breakfast included a few more Japanese menu items.

    It is beautiful.

    The location is great, and the rest space on the second floor is convenient. The Room also has a sense of cleanliness and was spacious enough to relax.

    It was excellent!

    I regularly visit my son who attends university in Tokyo, and this time I used this hotel for the first time. Being in Kabukicho, I was quite anxious as someone from the countryside, but the front desk staff's service and the cleanliness of the room were excellent! Also, although the variety wasn't extensive, I enjoyed the breakfast very much! This is a hotel I would like to use again!

    Outstanding

    The hotel has a great location, close to the Metro station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful; they stored our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards. We were on the 7th floor and heard some ambulance sirens at night, but overall, it was still fine.

    There are various issues considering the price.

    I have used this place several times due to its location and size. I understand that the concept is different from an ordinary business hotel, but still, charging for cleaning at this price... The shower is still okay, but the water pressure on the sink side is too low. How long does it take to fill a glass of water... With no services and this price, at least let the water flow normally. Also, this time, water came out of the air conditioner with great force, and I requested assistance. The bed and floor were puddles, so they made the bed, but that's really all. If they were a bit more attentive, it would be very good. Even though there is overseas demand due to the weak yen, I think a little more consideration is needed in various ways.
