  Bright and lively

  The lobby felt spacious and open. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and courteous the front desk staff were, including the international staff and a new Japanese staff member. There is a convenience store right across the street, which was very convenient. The only disappointing point was that the shower water pressure was inconsistent—it would suddenly surge with a loud thump and then weaken again. Because many international guests were staying there, some people left umbrellas out to dry in the hallway, sometimes blocking passage. I was also surprised to see people spreading their luggage out in the lobby and obstructing traffic.

  Bathroom Cleaning

  There was a strong ammonia smell in the bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I kept running the water in the toilet, sink, and bath for a while, but the odor never went away during my stay and it was very unpleasant.
