    Attention to detail, care, and thoughtfulness are exceptional. The amenities go beyond the standard range of a typical Business Hotel. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Takasaki.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I always stay here when visiting Takasaki. Calm and courteous front desk service, rooms with massage chairs, a spacious spa with an open-air bath and sauna, well-equipped amenities, the best breakfast (I always enjoy the chef's special chicken curry), and a relaxing atmosphere—everything is satisfying.

    It was excellent.

    The rooms were spacious and clean, with a massage chair provided. The TV included VOD, and you could cast from your smartphone by connecting to the in-room WiFi. Breakfast was a standard Hotel buffet without anything particularly special, but it was clear that no corners were cut. Overall, the service level was high, making it an excellent Hotel.

    Clean Business Hotel

    It was a clean and well-serviced Business Hotel. There was a sauna, the bathtub was spacious, and I chose the breakfast option, which had a wide variety of delicious dishes. Although I made the Reservation suddenly the day before, there were two rooms available initially. However, during the Reservation process, only the smallest Room became available to book, and on the final screen, the price increased by 2,000 yen. Despite this frustration, I think it is a very good Hotel if you can stay at an affordable rate.

    It would be nice to have.

    Used as a base for my first trip to Gunma Prefecture. A clean hotel located about 15 minutes from the station. Although I couldn't use it due to time constraints, there was a room where you could relax with free drinks from 5 PM to 8 PM, offering soft drinks, local sake, wine, beer, and even soft serve ice cream. The bath facilities included a large public bath with an indoor bath and hot room, a small jacuzzi open-air bath on the upper floor, and for women, there was a reservation-based stone sauna. The room had a massage chair along with complimentary instant noodles and 500ml water bottles. I stayed for two nights and was surprised that they replenished these items again on the second night. Since it was a two-night stay, towels were replaced; however, when I returned to my room one day, the previous day's towels were left uncollected on the floor—this caught me off guard slightly. Additionally, perhaps in an effort to keep the room looking tidy, items like pots and cups were stored in drawers within the room—I had to search for them briefly. The refrigerator is available but lacks a freezer; there's an ice machine in the hallway so don't forget to bring either your ice bucket or cup (found in your drawer) when getting ice. For security purposes, you need to scan your card key before accessing your floor—it can be slightly inconvenient but reassuring at the same time. Overall, this hotel offers many thoughtful amenities that aren't essential but are certainly nice-to-have!

    Best value for money

    We stayed during the Obon holiday. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-drink service, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness both inside and outside, the well-equipped amenities, and the attentive service. Both my spouse and I agreed that it was a wonderful stay, and we would love to visit again.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed the night before an early morning golf game. There was a happy hour service available. From 17:00 to 20:00, guests could enjoy alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, soft serve ice cream, and snacks. Alcoholic drinks included unlimited wine, sake, and beer. Although we had a dinner reservation and couldn't participate, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The room was compact yet clean and equipped with a microwave and iron.

    Stay here when visiting Takasaki!

    This is my third visit this year. I use the Hotel to enjoy a solo stay after meeting friends from Gunma Prefecture. The room is comfortable, equipped with a microwave and instant noodles, and I used the massage chair three times. The complimentary ice cream after enjoying the Onsen is also a delightful service. Last time, I mentioned wanting to try the stone sauna but couldn’t due to scheduling conflicts; however, this time, the receptionist remembered and kindly reached out to me about it. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Although the Hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the station, I like it so much that it doesn’t bother me at all.

    Maximum Experience Guaranteed!

    This hotel offers exceptional value with its rooms, amenities, in-house spa, guest lounge, and breakfast that exceed expectations. Although there was a minor issue with the room, the staff's prompt response demonstrated their high level of professionalism. Truly one of the best in its class without exaggeration. During our stay, temperatures exceeded 36°C, so we decided to skip our planned sightseeing around the area. However, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time within the accommodation without getting bored. Highly recommended not only for business stays but also as a base for traveling in the Joetsu-Shinetsu region. Will definitely return!

    Stability

    Every stay reaffirms how wonderful this hotel is. From the entrance to the bathroom and elevators, you can feel the cleanliness throughout. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, but next time I would like to enjoy dining at the hotel as well. Thank you as always.

    Very satisfied.

    The room and the stone sauna were very comfortable. The large public bath was great, and the room's private bath was also very spacious. At night, I enjoyed the private bath in the room, and in the morning, I used the stone sauna and large public bath. The happy hour service was a great value and satisfying. I would love to stay at this hotel again when visiting Takasaki. Thank you very much!

    It was a comfortable stay at the Hotel, so I decided to book again.

    The room has a slight step to the bathroom, which could be improved, but the bed, pillows, and massage chair are excellent. I wanted to try the bath on the 9th floor but couldn't due to my check-in time. The bathroom in the room is well-equipped with a TV and other amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, though it was slightly disappointing that porridge had to be ordered separately this time. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Maebashi or Takasaki areas.

    Highly Satisfied

    This was my first stay. I stayed in the Luxury Twin Room for two people. The staff at check-in, the Room, the Sky Bus, the large public bath, and breakfast were all exceptional and left a great impression. There was no trace of the decades-old Hotel it once was; I was amazed at how modernized the Facility has become. A small suggestion: having an outlet on one side of the bed's night table would be helpful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and look forward to staying again!

    I had a great stay at a good hotel on my first visit to Takasaki.

    I booked this accommodation after reading the reviews. A short walk from the station, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll through an old and charming shopping street. Upon arrival, I found the entrance a bit hard to locate (or was it just me?). The interior and hallways were clean and well-maintained. When I entered the room, I couldn't help but say out loud, "This feels so relaxing!" Perhaps because it was a weekday, the women's bath was practically private. The private stone sauna was excellent! The ice cream after bathing was a perfect treat for my warmed-up body. Happy hour drinks and alcohol were delightful. The soft-serve ice cream and café latte were so delicious that I wondered if they could really be free! The bed allowed me to sleep deeply and comfortably. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with great taste—highly recommended! I especially enjoyed the curry so much that I had three servings. Thank you to the friendly female staff at the breakfast venue for your warm interactions. This is an accommodation I'd recommend to family or friends (though honestly, I'd prefer it not to get too crowded).

    Repeat your stay and rediscover the charm.

    This was my second stay at this Hotel, following last year, and I was once again reminded of how wonderful it is. Despite booking on the same day, I was allowed to check in an hour early, which gave me the chance to relax in the bath and recover from fatigue. The beer during happy hour and the soft serve ice cream were both incredibly satisfying. The Room's massage chair and microwave made for a truly comfortable hotel experience. The curry at breakfast was absolutely delicious! There were also various desserts and menu options that made for a very satisfying meal. However, the position of the toilet paper in the Room felt a bit inconvenient—it required an awkward posture to use it comfortably, which was my only disappointment. Still, I left thinking about wanting to return again someday. Thank you for another enjoyable trip!

    A highly-rated and excellent Hotel

    I had always wanted to visit, and finally, my wish came true. Despite being labeled as a Business Hotel (and indeed the price is comparable to a Business Hotel), the cleanliness of the Room, the spaciousness of the bath (with a large TV), and the quality of amenities exceeded expectations for its price. The happy hour starting at 5 PM was enjoyable, though it felt quite crowded due to its popularity. Still, it was an interesting experience you don't usually find elsewhere. The area near the Hotel has a quaint downtown vibe. There are a decent number of restaurants available.

    I always use this facility for my golf trips. The reception staff are very attentive, and everything, including the sauna, is excellent. This time, I tried the lounge's happy hour for the first time. However, at 6 PM, it seemed that the beer server had run out as foam gushed out and soaked my clothes in beer foam. Although there was a staff member inside, they remained unresponsive even when I raised my voice slightly. It would be appreciated if more attention could be given to checking the beer supply. Unfortunately, it turned into a somewhat disappointing happy hour experience.

    It was excellent!

    The staff's service, room facilities, amenities available on each floor, large public bath, and happy hour were particularly excellent. However, the four washing stations in the large public bath felt insufficient given the size of the bath and sauna. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of seating during happy hour. It would also be better if the ventilation in the happy hour room was improved as the air felt stagnant. Lastly, I noticed that some non-guests using the happy hour room were not very considerate; it might be better to limit access to both areas exclusively for guests. Non-guests bringing in suitcases made it inconvenient for others.

    Found a good Hotel in Takasaki.

    I was surprised to find such a great hotel in Takasaki. Since it’s still new, it’s naturally clean, but the facilities and services are excellent, making it a hotel I want to stay at regularly. The accommodation fee might seem high if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, but for enjoying a hotel stay, it’s quite reasonable. The amenities are abundant and of high quality, and the room is functional and easy to use. There’s even a massage chair that’s perfect for relaxing while watching TV. The large public bath was great as well, especially the rooftop open-air bath with its jacuzzi function—it was incredibly pleasant. The view was beautiful too; it felt like the perfect bath to soak in on a refreshing morning. The post-bath ice cream service was also good. Additionally, there is a guest lounge where alcohol is served free of charge from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM—a delightful service! They offer beer, wine, sake, and highballs with plenty of options available. While only Kaki-no-Tane snacks are provided as accompaniments—making it less suitable for long drinking sessions—it works perfectly as an aperitif before dinner or even as an after-dinner drink. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety; however, I did notice there were many chicken dishes—almost everything seemed to feature chicken! I hope they consider incorporating more diverse ingredients in the future. On the other hand, desserts were plentiful and satisfying for me personally—overall very good!

    The thoughtful ameni...

    The thoughtful amenities such as ice cream after a bath, bags for the bath, and attached card cases, along with the high quality of amenities and cleanliness throughout the facility, made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Although the high humidity in the stone sauna didn’t suit me personally, having a stone sauna available is impressive in itself. If I ever stay in Takasaki again, I would not hesitate to choose this place.

    Excellent value for money

    We stayed here during a road trip, choosing it based on the price and reviews. The room was clean and slightly more spacious than typical business hotels in the city, allowing two adults to relax comfortably. Although there was a large public bath, the bathroom in our room was also spacious and even had a TV, which might be an added bonus for bath enthusiasts. Parking was very convenient as we could use the multi-story parking lot right in front of the hotel. The 11:00 AM checkout time was also appreciated. We didn’t include breakfast but opted for takeout from a nearby café instead. The café was stylish, and the surrounding area had a pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the Takasaki area.

    It was truly moving after a long time!

    I have stayed at accommodations over 50 nights annually for both business and leisure, but it has been a while since I encountered such an impressive accommodation. Here are the highlights that moved me: ① The quality and variety of amenities, not only in the guest rooms but also in the public bath area! ② The public bath (including the excellent amenities mentioned above). ③ A calm and quiet environment with no noise (perhaps due to the high quality of guests as well). ④ Meals, guest rooms, and service were all excellent, especially cleanliness—it was impeccable everywhere. ⑤ Happy Hour (I didn’t use it as I went out for dinner immediately after arrival, but it seemed very well-prepared). ⑥ Great value for money! (Even including round-trip taxi fares as it's slightly away from Takasaki Station). This is a hotel I would particularly like to use when I have time to spare during my stay! I look forward to staying here again when visiting Takasaki. Thank you very much!

    Second stay after renovation

    Traveling by JR, the location is quite a distance from the station, so consider transportation options from there. I walked both ways, which took about 20 minutes each time. Last time, I enjoyed a teppanyaki dinner and was very satisfied, but this time we had a party at this Hotel. Since the second venue was near the station, I took a taxi on the way there and walked back. The Onsen (especially the open-air bath) I entered the next morning was incredibly relaxing.

    As always, it is truly wonderful, but the service could use some improvement...

    This is my second stay. Previously, I stayed in a suite, but the standard room is more than sufficient and even feels more relaxing. It’s an excellent Hotel that surpasses the level of a typical Business Hotel. However, during check-in, the male staff was quite curt and didn’t provide any guidance about the facilities, which made me feel uneasy. I don’t use additional services like VOD, welcome drinks at check-in, or cup noodles, so I didn’t fully enjoy those aspects. That said, the amenities like shampoo and the bath are excellent, and meals can be enjoyed in a calm atmosphere. While I considered staying at Onsen Dormy Inn as well, if it’s Takasaki after all, Granview might be the better choice.

    Upon check-in, the luxurious fireplace in the lobby is stunning and soothing. The Luxury Twin Room is spacious, with facilities and amenities thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. Although the bath is not an Onsen, it has a large tub where you can enjoy a jacuzzi while admiring the view. The rooftop SKY Spa can be accessed from both male and female bathing areas, offering an amazing jacuzzi experience (separate for men and women) with views of Takasaki! For women only, there is also a stone sauna available to enjoy! From 17:00 to 20:00, there’s a complimentary happy hour service featuring beer, wine, highballs, sake, soft drinks, soft serve ice cream, and snacks like rice crackers. Guests of all ages were enjoying this service. With an 11:00 check-out plan chosen, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my morning time as well. Although it’s slightly away from the station, it was quiet and pleasant. Right next to the hotel is a large multi-story parking lot where guests can park for 800 yen per night—very convenient! I would love to visit Gunma again just to stay at this hotel rather than for sightseeing purposes. The front desk staff and breakfast team provided excellent service throughout my stay—it was truly a satisfying one-night-two-day experience!

    Overall, this accommodation was extremely satisfying. I would love to stay here again. Positive Points: - The basic facilities included a trouser press, steam iron, microwave, and massage chair, which was surprising. - Both indoor slippers and simple slip-ons were provided. - The room was spacious enough for two people to relax comfortably. - The amenities were well-thought-out with high quality. - The bathroom was exceptional; it alone makes staying at this hotel worthwhile as it is designed with the customer in mind. Features like the ReFa shower head, Panasonic ion steamer at the dressing booth, and individual power outlets were impressive. Suggestions for Improvement: - Since there was a microwave available, having a small table and chairs for in-room dining would have been convenient. - Extending the happy hour time (e.g., until 20:00) would be appreciated. - While alcoholic beverages were offered during lounge service, only small snacks like "kaki no tane" (rice crackers) were available; more variety would be nice. - Although the bathroom was excellent, having the changing area immediately at the entrance felt slightly inconvenient in terms of layout flow. - A plastic bag to temporarily store wet items from the bath would have been helpful. While I may sound overly critical with these suggestions, as mentioned initially, I am truly satisfied with this accommodation overall!     The service at the Hotel is excellent.

    The room was clean and fully equipped, with fluffy comforters that made for a very comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. The bath was impressively clean, the Onsen was relaxing, and there was even a stone sauna. I believe staying here is more effective than going to a spa. Breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of fresh vegetables of high quality. The staff were polite and very pleasant. This is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. From now on, whenever I visit the Onsen in northern Gunma Prefecture, I plan to stop by here for an overnight stay first.

    It is a bit far from the station, but...

    There has been a dramatic transformation compared to before, and it has turned into a luxurious Hotel. However, it is unfortunate that the surrounding streets and arcade have declined due to commercial Facilities being concentrated near the station, but we hope for the revival of this area centered around this Hotel. It was disappointing that I couldn't use the rooftop spa or open-air bath as I returned late at night.
