    It was more comfortable than the price would suggest!

    We stayed here during a road trip visiting roadside stations. From the outside it looked like a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was very clean and lovely! And the all-you-can-drink alcohol until 8:00 PM during happy hour, plus all-you-can-eat soft-serve ice cream, was amazing. I ended up eating and drinking plenty, and although we planned to go out for drinks afterward, I was already pleasantly tipsy... There was also bottled water and cup noodles in the guest Room, and the open-air Onsen bath on the rooftop felt wonderfully spacious—so relaxing. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Takasaki!

    It was very good.

    The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

    On my first trip to ...

    On my first trip to Takasaki, the Hotel was farther from the station than I expected, but it was even better than I imagined. First of all, the rooftop jacuzzi, open-air bath, hot room, and more were clean and spacious, and the view of the surrounding mountains was amazing! The amenities were well stocked, and I also appreciated the ice pops after bathing. There was even a massage chair in the Room—it really felt like everything was taken care of. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options such as pickles and homemade curry. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Gunma.

    It was clean.

    The Room has a massage chair, making it a very relaxing space. The Room is also very clean. The entire property is very clean as well. The location is great, with bars and restaurants nearby. There is also parking, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I would love to stay again.

    Wonderful

    They accommodated my Room preferences submitted in advance, and when the refrigerator stopped working during my stay, they responded promptly. As others have written, the service was excellent and beyond reproach. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s well worth it. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    It was very comfortable.

    After comparing other Reviews and since I was using a rental car, I chose this Hotel instead of one near the station. As a result, it was very comfortable for a woman staying on a business trip, and I was extremely satisfied. The cleanliness, comfort, and the large public bath (with an open-air bath and stone sauna) were all excellent. Although I understand some things can’t be helped: - When I went to the lounge near the end of happy hour, it was extremely crowded. When I tried to make a cappuccino, they had run out of milk and only steam came out. - A foreign guest brought his son (around 10 years old) into the women’s bath. It seemed he had him wear swimwear and checked that no one else was inside before entering, but I was surprised when I encountered them in the changing room. This defeats the purpose of issuing women-only access cards, so I think it would be helpful to ensure guests are thoroughly informed at check-in about proper Japanese bathing etiquette. It’s a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again on my next business trip or vacation in Takasaki. Thank you very much.

    Large Public Bath Temperature

    The meals, Rooms, hospitality, amenities, Facility, services, and cleanliness were all beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. I was extremely satisfied. Free drinks at check-in, snacks, soft-serve ice cream, a microwave in each Room and complimentary cup noodles, and ice machines on every floor—it was a truly well-equipped Hotel. The only downside was the large public bath… I’d like it to be at least 41°C. It was too lukewarm, and it felt cold even getting into the rooftop open-air bath. In the morning it had become like a cold bath—terrible. That was the only real disappointment.

    I only planned to sleep here, but it was unexpectedly great.

    We stayed here as a stopover on the first day of Golden Week. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations since we only planned to sleep, but it was far more comfortable than we imagined and made for a very satisfying stay. The bath in our Room was especially wonderful, and we were able to relax in it both at night and in the morning. It was so comfortable that we didn’t use the public bath this time, but we’d definitely like to try it next time. We ate out, but it seemed there were takeout options available for guests as well, which also caught our interest. Parking was convenient too, as we could park across from the Hotel. Overall, it was a very cozy Hotel that made us want to come back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Highly rated and well worth it.

    It was excellent. The Room was spacious, and having a microwave was the best. Above all, the service was outstanding. The hot stone spa and lounge services were so generous I almost felt bad. I would like to stay again.

    All your ratings are genuine.

    I chose this Hotel because of the great Reviews, and it exceeded my expectations even more than the Reviews suggested. The Room was small (since it was the cheapest option), but it had a massage chair, and the bathroom came with a TV—plus all the amenities I could want. The bathroom was also excellent, with a ReFa shower head and an expensive Panasonic hair dryer, and best of all, the rooftop hot stone spa and jacuzzi were amazing! The lounge offered Kirin Ichiban beer, as well as wine and sake, and the soft-serve ice cream was delicious too. Breakfast is buffet-style, but it didn’t feel crowded or rushed—I enjoyed a wide variety of dishes at a relaxed pace. I ate too much breakfast, so I planned to go to Konnyaku Park → Tomioka Silk Mill afterward. But when I switched it to Tomioka first and then Konnyaku Park for the all-you-can-eat konnyaku, Konnyaku Park was extremely crowded—so I gave up on it. By the way, if you buy Tomioka Silk Mill tickets at Konnyaku Park, you apparently get a fast pass for Konnyaku Park. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Happy hour is the best.

    Including the amenities, the Room was completely satisfactory. It came with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, and hair dryer, so I stayed for three nights for errands and it was stress-free. The large public bath was also great, including the view. Being able to enjoy complimentary ice pops after bathing is especially helpful for families with children. Also, from 17:00 to 20:00 there is a happy hour where alcohol, coffee, and soft-serve ice cream are available freely. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including drinks and desserts, and I looked forward to it every morning. It was a very satisfying stay.

    The quality is outstanding, and the service is excellent.

    I arrived early, but they let me into the Room this time. From 5:00 PM, the complimentary lounge offers all-you-can-drink draft beer. The spa was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying.

    Exceptional service and hospitality every time

    This stay was excellent once again. Thank you for your courteous support even regarding our mistake. We also thoroughly enjoyed happy hour. As always, this is the only choice in Takasaki. My companion was very pleased as well.

    The body wash towels provided in the special room are worn out and disappointing.

    I was very pleased that my request for the desired room was accommodated. Having stayed at a sister accommodation in December, I will share my impressions in comparison. The room here is more spacious than the sister accommodation, which is great. However, the private bath lacks shelves to place items, which could be inconvenient for long stays or guests with a lot of luggage. The private bath itself is larger and better than at the sister accommodation but has a high step to enter, so elderly guests should take care. The water filling function seemed rarely used as it resulted in lukewarm water; it might be better not to use it despite being slightly inconvenient. The microwave placement here offers more space compared to the sister accommodation, reducing concerns about overheating. The safe was easy to use; I had an issue with a locked safe at the sister property that required staff assistance. One major downside: despite being a special room, there was an old and worn-out body towel resembling dried-up strips of cloth (approximately 70 cm long and 15 cm wide). It lacked cleanliness and looked unappealing—please provide new or disposable body towels/sponges instead. Fortunately, we had brought our own disposable sponge but seeing such an item dampened our experience. The TV in the bathroom had clear visuals and was easy to watch. The massage chair here was better than at the sister property. The rooftop bath maintained its temperature well and felt very pleasant compared to its counterpart at the other location where indoor baths were lukewarm enough to risk catching cold (though this may not entirely be due to hotel management). There’s also a hot room next to the bathroom where you can warm up your body—a nice touch. The alcohol service from 5 PM offered clean facilities with tasty beer and snacks like rice crackers; while some may find portions small, I found them sufficient as part of complimentary service. WIFI access instructions displayed on TV screens were straightforward—stress-free connectivity! Breakfast stood out with delicious curry (a popular item) alongside high-quality desserts that were delightful. At check-in time when waiting behind another guest for some minutes due knee issues after walking nearly half-hour from station—it would’ve been thoughtful if staff suggested sitting nearby until called rather than standing awkwardly unnoticed initially—but overall front desk interactions remained polite & satisfactory throughout stay!

    The sauna was great!!

    The male staff at the front desk was polite and excellent. The sauna had two types: high temperature and low temperature. The high-temperature one was properly hot and very pleasant. The curry for breakfast was delicious! I initially thought, "Curry in the morning?" but their curry was light and easy to eat. It also had plenty of meat, making it incredibly tasty! This time I stayed alone, but next time I want to bring my friends along!

    This is the place to stay in Takasaki, worth repeating!

    I stay here once or twice a year. Previously, I stayed at another hotel in Takasaki, but this accommodation is far more comfortable. The staff are all very polite, and both the interior of the facility and the rooms are clean, simple, and calming. The bioethanol or water vapor fireplace especially lifts my mood. Personally, I found both the bed and pillows very comfortable for a good night's sleep. I chose a room with just a shower, but with the large public bath available, it was no issue at all. You can use the spacious tote bag provided in your room to carry your belongings to the public bath. The changing area is clean; there’s plenty of space in the washing area; ReFa showerheads; amenities that smell great and feel wonderful to use; an open-air bath; and complimentary ice pops in the relaxation space after bathing—all of which were fantastic! I loved this public bath so much that I used it twice—once at night and once in the morning. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including their special curry which is absolutely delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

    It was excellent.

    I came here for the private open-air bath in the room. The weather was great, and it was truly amazing! I used it multiple times. The massage chair in the room was also very relaxing! It was my first time seeing cup noodles provided in the room. I fully enjoyed Happy Hour as well. Having beer available is a nice touch. It's also great that there's a vending machine with alcohol inside the hotel. It truly lived up to its reviews as a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much!

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    The hotel was even more beautiful and comfortable than it looked in the photos! The room's atmosphere and the bathroom were both excellent. I will definitely stay here again. One point, I booked a No Meals Included course, but the note about an 8 AM checkout was a bit unclear. It might be helpful to emphasize this more to avoid any misunderstandings.

    The Best Hotel

    This was the most satisfying Hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and waited in the lobby, where a staff member kindly approached me and allowed me to check in early. A luxurious lobby with FENDI sofas. Happy hour featuring beer, wine, sake, and unexpectedly delicious soft-serve ice cream. Amenities were available near the elevator on my Room's floor, allowing me to choose what I needed. The toothbrush was excellent. The Room itself was very clean as well. And the public bath! It was spotless, with towels available for use up to two per person—very convenient. The rooftop jacuzzi was amazing too! I also thoroughly enjoyed the ice pops after bathing. The sunrise view from the corridor of the morning public bath was breathtaking! And breakfast—what a surprise to find fresh melon as dessert! The gnocchi was so delicious that my child and I went back for seconds...and thirds! The panna cotta dessert was also delightful... Completely satisfied overall. Lastly, it would have been perfect if there had been a smile from the front desk staff at checkout. Still, this is definitely a Hotel worth visiting again. Next time, I'd love to stay in an upgraded Room. Thanks to you all for making this trip so enjoyable—it truly became a memorable journey! Thank you for everything!

    The perfect balance Hotel

    Used as a base for sightseeing in the area. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff's service was excellent. The Room was clean, and amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. It felt like a perfect mix of the best aspects of a luxury Hotel and a Business Hotel. I hope more Hotels like this will increase across Japan. Thank you for providing such a wonderful travel experience!

    I checked in early to enjoy a staycation at this highly-rated Hotel. The atmosphere of the lobby and the interior design of the Room were wonderful, providing a quiet and comfortable experience. The massage chair in the Room, large public bath, and stone sauna helped me relax, and the soft-serve ice cream during happy hour was fantastic. The breakfast was sufficient, with particularly delicious bread, minestrone soup, and curry. However, the connection for the smart TV did not work well despite multiple attempts. Since a smart TV is one of my priorities when choosing a Hotel for a staycation, this was slightly disappointing. That said, I was very satisfied with their attentive service and felt refreshed after my stay.

    The amenities were as excellent as the reviews suggested, making it a great Hotel.

    The SKYSPA public bath is, of course, wonderful, and the room's private bath features a large tub with a jacuzzi where you can fully stretch your legs. Amenities are well-stocked, including bath salts, ensuring a satisfying bathing experience. For food and drinks, there’s drip coffee, a variety of tea bags, cup noodles, and even cocktail time in the guest lounge—better than some city hotels. Additionally, the massage chairs make it an ideal place to relax. I chose a plan without meals so I had little interaction with staff; however, maps of nearby restaurants and convenience stores were provided and very helpful. The service was excellent. The only downside is its distance from the station; however, this hotel makes up for it with exceptional effort and comfort. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. I look forward to staying again if I have another opportunity and hope to see further improvements in the future!

    I would love to stay here again!

    The entire accommodation, including the guest rooms, was clean and very satisfying. Unfortunately, due to time constraints during my one-night stay, I couldn't enjoy the meals, large public bath, or stone sauna. It was such a great experience that I would love to stay again to fully enjoy this hotel. At check-in, I was assisted by a staff member in training. I paid for using the parking tower but didn't receive a service ticket, which caused some confusion when leaving. (laughs) I think it would be helpful if other staff could support and ensure there are no issues with the procedures handled by trainees who might feel overwhelmed! That said, I also didn't notice at the time—so my apologies! Although I've written about this here, it wasn't unpleasant at all; I'm sharing this feedback in hopes of contributing to even better service in the future.

    Excellent

    I stayed the night before because I had work early the next day. I had previously stayed with my family and chose this place again because we were all satisfied with the Room, amenities, and spa. This time as well, everything was excellent. The happy hour and spa were especially wonderful. Although I arrived late, just 30 minutes before happy hour ended, I enjoyed beer, wine, and sake. The snacks included rice crackers and soft-serve ice cream—surprisingly, the ice cream paired well with alcohol! The spa was clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The sauna and open-air bath were incredibly refreshing. The amenities were also plentiful and impressive. VOD was free of charge so I ended up watching a movie—it was a great experience overall! Thank you for your hospitality!

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. The Hotel exceeded my expectations, with exceptional staff hospitality, satisfaction with the Room, and everything else being truly impressive. Additionally, the meals at the Hotel's restaurant, Mikumano, were all meticulously prepared and delicious. The attentive and pleasant demeanor of all the staff left a lasting impression. I would love to visit again if I have another opportunity to come to this area.
