    Is it an upscale business Hotel or a budget city Hotel?

    As a new Hotel, it is impeccably clean. The only question is whether the price matches what you get. This time I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate, so I was satisfied, but if you ask whether it is worth more than 30,000 yen per night, I would have to say… hmm.

    We had a wonderful girls’ get-together. We’ll definitely use this place again.

    I stayed here with friends from my student days. I’ve stayed here several times with my husband and have always recommended this Hotel, but I hadn’t visited in a few years so I was a bit unsure. However, it exceeded my expectations from past memories, and my two friends seemed to really like it as well. We will definitely come again.

    Single occupancy

    This is a very modern and efficient Hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The large public bath and sauna were very relaxing. The Facility was excellent, but there were many foreign guests. Some guests entered the changing area of the large public bath wearing sandals, and left them off to the side by the bathroom entrance door. They also came out without drying off, so the changing area was soaked. I think it would be better to either clearly explain proper bathing etiquette or clean more frequently.

    Cherry Blossom Spring Trip

    This was my first stay at Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda in Osaka. Many guests gathered at check-in, but the staff handled everything quickly with professional and friendly service. I was satisfied with the location, Facility, drinks, and light snacks. It is a bit of a walk to the subway station. Breakfast offered healthy options and was well prepared. It is ideal for taking the limousine bus to Kansai International Airport early in the morning.

    Recommended Hotel Near the Station

    It may look far from Osaka Station, but you can get close to the Hotel almost entirely via the underground shopping arcade, which is very convenient. The Hotel is also new and spotless! In addition, guests can use the lounge, so being able to enjoy alcoholic drinks and soft drinks during cocktail time is a real highlight. And with a large public bath, you can fully unwind after a long day. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Everything was nearly perfect, but since I’m not a fan of wine, it would have been ideal if beer had been available.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This is a clean Hotel conveniently located near Osaka Station. Coffee was available in the lounge, and I also had ochazuke at night. Since it mainly comes with pickles, some international guests seemed to give up on it. As a Japanese guest, I appreciated that and was able to spend a quiet time. The large public bath was comfortable, though it was a bit disappointing that there is no open-air bath. Inside the elevator, there are illustrated instructions in English on how to use the public bath. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    A Hotel you'll want to return to again and again

    I stayed solo in March and it was so wonderful that I came back with my family. My family was also very satisfied. One person in our group did not stay overnight, but we really appreciated being able to use the lounge together for 1,650 yen. Since our Plan included a Corner Deluxe Room, it was very spacious and the view was amazing. We also enjoyed the delicious summer breakfast menu. The amenities included Sekkisei, which my daughter loved so much that she went to buy it after we got home. The large public bath also offers many popular brands of shampoo and conditioner. The front desk staff are always very pleasant, and I think their service is consistently excellent. We would love to stay again.

    Complimentary Lounge

    I stayed here looking forward to the complimentary lounge. It was great to have coffee, light snacks, and Osaka-style sweets. The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    It was a very satisfying birthday.

    When I noted during the Reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, they upgraded us to a larger Room and surprised us with a towel cake on the bed. My partner was truly delighted, and it became an unforgettable memory. The amenities were excellent, and we also appreciated the complimentary alcohol, coffee, and light snacks. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    Because I made an early Reservation, I was happy to stay in a spacious Room at a great rate. I appreciated the complimentary drinks and light snacks. I don’t usually drink alcohol, but there was also a cocktail hour, so I enjoyed a sweet alcoholic drink for the first time in a while. The yogurt and berry liqueur was delicious. Since only fresh milk was available for coffee and tea, I rated the dining 4; milk was available in the morning.

    Crowded at breakfast opening time!

    Because we were leaving early, we waited before opening time and enjoyed the complimentary smoothie service. We were glad to hear the day before that the start time had been changed from 7:00 to 6:30, but once it opened there was a very long line. Perhaps because there is only one station for the main dishes, I hope you can find a way to spread guests out more. Even though we lined up early, it still took quite a while before we could start eating. Other than that, the evening ochazuke service was also available and was excellent.

    Excellent lounge service! This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    I stayed for one night while looking for an Accommodation near Umeda Station. I was impressed by how well the lounge service was provided. Not only could all guests use it except during breakfast, but the offerings changed by time of day, so it never felt repetitive—I found myself wanting to spend even more time at the Hotel. The room was bright and very comfortable. Some amenities were available at the lobby amenity bar to pick up only what you need, which felt efficient, and a mobile charger was already set up in the room—thoughtful touches that made me feel there was nothing missing. Personally, having separate top-and-bottom pajamas was a big plus. I also appreciated the excellent access from the station. When I had a lot of luggage at check-in/out, I used the easy-to-follow street-level route; during my stay, I used the underground passage to nearby Facility locations, allowing me to get around smoothly without worrying about the weather. With such a great location and an extremely satisfying stay overall, I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Umeda. Thank you very much.

    Thoughtful attention to every detail.

    If you feel a bit hungry at night, there is ochazuke available, and drinks are also provided in the lounge whenever you want—these thoughtful services made my stay very comfortable. I wished the bath were a little larger, but there was also a massage chair, so I was able to relax.

    Parking is problematic. If you plan to drive, please do so only after considering the risks. The Room is OK.

    The information desk states, “Standard parking: mechanical system, height up to 2000 mm,” but my car (height 1850 mm) was refused entry by the attendant at the entrance. The entrance signal was blue and displayed “Spaces Available.” Why? It’s a mystery. I suspect the number of spaces allocated to Hotel guests is limited, or that on weekends/holidays they prioritize general users and may turn away Hotel guests. The attendant said, “It’s Saturday, so it’s full.” For reference, Hotel guest parking is a reasonable JPY 2,500 per 24 hours. When I asked at the Hotel, I received no convincing explanation. Instead, they let me park in their company lot and upgraded my Room to a higher floor with a better view. Back to the parking issue: they also did not guide me to any alternative parking nearby. Hospitality regarding this was close to zero. Since it’s a company mechanical parking facility, you can’t freely access your belongings; staff must come from the front desk when you need to open your car. They allowed me to use the company lot this time, but if you’re turned away at the entrance, there should be another option prepared for you right away. The Ekimae Dai-3 Building Parking Lot might be an affordable alternative. If parking is your top priority, this Hotel may not be ideal—I found it quite difficult as well. As for the Room: it was very good. The staff were also very good. Breakfast: during my stay it was mostly Korean-style overall with almost no Japanese options; kimchi and offal in the morning were a bit much for me. Onsen/bath: I didn’t use them, so I’m rating them 3 stars.

    A new, clean Hotel near Osaka Station with great value for money

    We used two Rooms as a family. The Hotel is close to Osaka Station (we went underground and got a little lost), and it’s new and clean. There were welcome drinks available. The Rooms were clean and functional, and check-in/out was easy. Great value for money and very comfortable. We’d like to stay again next time—highly recommended.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I was a bit worried about the distance from the station, but it wasn’t an issue and I arrived without any trouble. I also enjoyed coffee time in the lounge and the events with a glass of wine. The breakfast was very delicious as well.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    Although it was said to be a 5-minute walk from Osaka Station, since I’m not familiar with Osaka, the underground walk to the Hotel felt long, and even after coming up to street level I couldn’t find it right away, so it felt farther than expected. At the Hotel, the staff were friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained overall. One reason I chose this Hotel was because it has a large public bath. Before going out for dinner after check-in, it was nice to relax in the lounge with some tea and wine. After returning from going out, I wanted some ochazuke, but it was already past 10:00 p.m., which was disappointing. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed here with my daughter for a short trip. I was looking for a relatively new Accommodation with a breakfast buffet, and this place was perfect: it’s close to Osaka Station, in a quiet area away from the nightlife district, and the building and Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious too, with lots of creative vegetable dishes—I was very satisfied! In particular, we used the lounge in the early evening after arrival and enjoyed complimentary sweets, drinks, and wine, which felt like a great deal. Having a large public bath was another big plus, and I’d love to stay again when I find an affordable time. I tend to have trouble sleeping, but the bed, pillows, and loungewear were comfortable. Highly recommended.

    Exceptional hospitality—from coffee and wine to ochazuke and spa treatments.

    The complimentary services are unbelievably outstanding: smoothies and coffee from 6–7 a.m.; tea time from 3–5 p.m.; red/white wine and sparkling wine with snacks such as smoked salmon and caprese from 5–7 p.m.; and ochazuke from 8–10 p.m. The ochazuke in particular is served with more than 10 toppings plus nori and wasabi over rice, finished with roasted green tea or dashi broth. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of four nights, and it honestly made me want to keep dinner light just to save room for the ochazuke. My wife was happier than I’ve ever seen her. The younger staff work briskly, and replenishment, cleaning, and tidying in the dining area were flawless. The Room was also spotless and very well maintained. You can really feel the high level of professionalism. We used the spa on the 18th floor every morning and evening—it was clean, functional, and extremely well kept. The large rectangular bath (about 13–15 meters) is not continuously overflowing, but it is periodically refreshed by letting water overflow; for a public bath this level of cleanliness is exceptional. Can management really sustain this standard going forward? It’s such an excellent value Hotel that my wife actually worries about them. I’ve stayed at more than ten Accommodations in central Osaka, and I can confidently say the value far surpasses even the Imperial Hotel or The Ritz-Carlton. I have no connection to this Hotel, but my wife and I sincerely hope they will continue maintaining this wonderful standard.

    This is my go-to accommodation.

    This is my regular Accommodation in Osaka. It has a large public bath, and the Room is clean, so it’s very comfortable. The various free services are also great, which I think is why it’s so popular. Compared to before, it feels like there are fewer international guests.

    Comfortable

    Conveniently located near Osaka Station, and both the building and the Room were very clean and comfortable. The lounge service was excellent; I had coffee on the morning of departure, and it was delicious. I didn’t have time to use it this time, but I really wanted to enjoy happy hour and nighttime service too!!! When I visit Osaka again, I’d like to choose this Hotel again. Next time, I want to fully enjoy the lounge service.

    A comfortable, conveniently located Hotel near Osaka Station

    The Room was quiet and spacious, and it was very comfortable with a separate bath (with a washing area) and toilet. The TV was large and could be angled, and since it was a smart TV we enjoyed various content. The bed was wide and easy to sleep on. The pajamas were also very comfortable to wear. The lounge was a relaxing space with large open windows, and the drinks, snacks, and ochazuke were delicious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were very tasty. The Hotel staff were polite and pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Every detail was tho...

    Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, making for a truly pleasant stay. The service was excellent, and the drip coffee in the lounge was especially delicious. We were even treated to ochazuke at night, which was a delightful touch. The amenities were well stocked, and the Room was clean and comfortable. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the Onsen or gym this time. We would love to take advantage of them on our next visit.

    Nishi-Umeda. A slightly quieter, upscale location within the Umeda area, offering a special feel.

    I think this is currently the No. 1 Business Hotel in the Umeda area. From the guestroom design, which feels spacious thanks to large windows, to the Facility and furnishings—everything is excellent. The amenities are also great. The staff service is appropriate, and the lounge is on a convenient reception floor, making it highly worthwhile. It’s located in Nishi-Umeda within Umeda—slightly quieter and more upscale. It has a special feel to it. I’d like to stay here every time.
