    Wonderful hotel

    I previously stayed at Hotel Intergate Hiroshima and loved it, so I chose the Osaka location as well. The room was simple yet stylish and very comfortable, and the large public bath was great! I also really enjoyed tea time, happy hour, and the ochazuke service. But above all, the breakfast was outstanding! There were many unique dishes and everything was delicious—it felt like a lunch buffet. The staff were kind and genuinely attentive. I’ll definitely stay again—also in Kyoto and Kanazawa!

    A great hotel!

    It’s away from the downtown area, so it was generally quiet, which was nice. I happened to stay on the second Thursday of the month and was able to watch an evening event. The collaboration between the erhu performance and calligraphy was wonderful! This time I had errands at Hanshin Department Store, and if you go down to the underground level it’s a straight walk—but it took me a full day to realize that. I regret not asking at check-in, but it would be helpful if a simple map were available. I’d like to stay here again next time.

    Trouble

    I stayed here the other day. I arrived by car, but when I went to the affiliated parking lot, I was told my vehicle was 3 cm too large to fit. Since there were no other affiliated options, they gave me a printed list of about five parking lots. However, the prices listed for most of them were incorrect; when I asked, I was told the rates had changed last month. When I tried a second lot, it was the same situation again. In the end, while I was on my way to a parking lot I found myself, the hotel called me and somehow we managed to get it parked. If you’re going to recommend parking lots, I’d like you to keep that information up to date. Other than that, everything was almost perfect. The service was great—delicious coffee and even an ochazuke (rice with tea) service at night. As for the bath amenities, there were about seven types of shampoo and conditioner; they all smelled wonderful. It made me want to come back and try different ones next time.

    The front desk staff were excellent.

    I went to the front desk a little before 2:00 p.m. hoping to leave my luggage. I was told check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and it seems this hotel does not accept check-ins before 3:00 p.m. regardless of whether the room is ready. Since I had more than an hour, I initially planned to go out, but it was raining and they said I could wait in the lounge, so I ended up staying there until 3:00 p.m., enjoying some drinks. When it was time to check in, there was a long line, but I was directed to another counter and was able to check in with priority. They were also very courteous at checkout. Since I wasn’t familiar with the area, it took quite a while to find the hotel, and because of the rain it was disappointing that there wasn’t direct access from underground.

    Conveniently located near Osaka Station.

    I stayed here to visit USJ. Since I was at the park until late, it was a shame that the lounge service had already ended by the time I returned to the hotel. If I have the chance to stay again, I’d like to enjoy spending more time at the hotel as well. The large public bath is available from morning, so even though I was exhausted after being out late, it was great to be able to soak in a spacious bath. It was a little disappointing that the sanitary disposal box in the restroom in the 2nd-floor lobby was dirty, but everything else was wonderful.

    It was convenient to...

    It was convenient to reach the hotel via the underground passage from Osaka Station and Hankyu Department Store, which was a big help even on rainy days. The room was a good size—not too large and not too small. One disappointment was that the pillows were either too firm or too soft and low, so I couldn’t find one that suited me. Breakfast was satisfying in both variety and taste. The large public bath was also great. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    When it comes to being close to the station, this is it.

    Although we stayed during heavy rain, it was close to the station and easy to find without getting lost. Since there are many large buildings around, it can be troublesome if you take the wrong street. The lobby was spacious, with sofas and a library area, so we could relax comfortably. Security was excellent. Check-in/out was smooth, and we received a brief explanation of the Hotel facilities (breakfast, etc.) before heading to our Room. The Room was also comfortable. There were no unnecessary items and it felt neat and uncluttered (17th floor). If I had to mention one thing, the floor around the sinks in the large public bath changing area needs more frequent cleaning—there was hair on the floor, which made me feel uncomfortable. (Because the floor is a dark color it’s hard to notice, but for some people it can be very bothersome.) Other than that, breakfast was delicious and it was a comfortable space overall.

    A cozy, nice hotel.

    Because I booked early through Ikkyu, I was able to stay on the top-floor Intergate Floor, which was conveniently close to the bath on the highest floor. The bath area was spacious and relaxing, and it was great that it was open from 6:00 a.m. in the morning as well as at night. Breakfast offered Osaka specialties such as takoyaki and Tsuruhashi kimchi, and there was also a wide variety of drinks, including chilled potage soup. During the lounge hospitality happy hour, we enjoyed wine and prosciutto, and at night we had ochazuke—everything was very satisfying. It’s not a huge hotel, but the facilities are clean and the food is delicious—I really like this hotel. Just one request: we received a map of Osaka City, but for some reason it was only in multiple languages; I’d love to see Japanese versions available as well.

    The lounge is awesome!

    The lounge was spacious, and a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres kept coming out one after another, which made the experience very satisfying. However, some international guests were not following proper bathing etiquette, so I would appreciate more announcements or guidance.

    It has changed quite a lot compared to before.

    I booked a room at short notice to have some quiet time alone. I had stayed here when it first opened and remembered it as a clean, lovely hotel, and the large public bath was the deciding factor. When I went to the lobby, it was Friday night, so it was extremely crowded with tourists. The room type was assigned by the hotel, with breakfast included, for 17,000 yen. (I booked only 30 minutes before check-in, so that may be unavoidable.) The room was small, but the TV and bed were good. However, there was a safety pin on the floor, the area above the bed was covered in dust, and I noticed an unpleasant smell in the toilet. The bath tub in the large public bath is lit up, but because of the lighting it made all the debris floating in the water stand out even more, which felt a bit unpleasant. Breakfast included ramen and it was delicious! I would have been happier if I could eat more leisurely. It would be perfect if there were raw eggs available. When I visited before—right after opening and during COVID—there weren’t many inbound travelers either, so I understand why my impression is different now; however, given how small the room was and the quality of cleaning, 17,000 yen felt far too expensive. The staff member who handled my check-in left a very good impression.

    We were very satisfied!

    I stayed for two nights on a trip to Osaka. Not only the Room, but the entire property was very clean. What surprised me was that the air felt fresh the moment I walked in! Or maybe it wasn’t just the air—more like the “atmosphere”…? All of the staff were smiling, and their service was excellent—friendly while keeping just the right distance. The lounge, which you can use anytime, was also wonderful. The coffee they brewed one cup at a time was delicious! I was looking forward to the shampoo bar in the large public bath and excited to see what kinds they had, but the selection wasn’t quite what I hoped for… (though that really comes down to personal preference). It was a bit farther from the station than I expected, but I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Incident During Sleep

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were satisfied with the staff and service from the start, but one disappointing thing was being woken up during the night by the rustling sound of a cockroach moving around. Other than that, everything was good, so we understand it may be unavoidable…

    Satisfied

    Conveniently located near the West Exit of Osaka Station, it’s great for shopping and dining, and the lounge services are also appealing. Now that the Expo has ended, the room rates have settled into a range that feels reasonable. It was nice to enjoy a little staycation as a pre-night stay before an early-morning departure from Osaka Station. I arrived after happy hour, but I really appreciated being able to have coffee after checkout. I keep meaning to try the smoothies available until 7:00 a.m., but I oversleep every time—next time, I definitely want to have one.

    Very comfortable to ...

    Very comfortable to stay in. Depending on the time of day, there were welcome refreshments, and it was so nice that I wanted to spend all my time there. I especially appreciated the smoothies, coffee, and ochazuke. The sauna was also great and made the stay even more relaxing. I’d like to stay here again next time.

    I would like to stay here again.

    It was close to the station, and the staff were very courteous. I arrived at the Hotel tired, so I really appreciated the late-night snack. When I’m on a business trip to Osaka again, I will definitely stay here.

    Excellent breakfast.

    Although there wasn’t a wide variety, everything was delicious with light, gentle seasoning. Both the morning smoothie and the evening ochazuke were excellent, and I definitely want to stay here again.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All of the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Well-equipped with a wide range of amenities.

    There was a great selection of drinks, coffee, happy-hour alcohol, sweets, and snacks, so I could relax. From 8:00 PM, I could enjoy ochazuke as well, so I didn’t need to go out to have a good time. The large public bath was very clean and spacious, and it felt wonderful. The staff were polite, the Room was comfortable, and the amenities were well stocked—overall a very good Hotel that was easy and pleasant to stay in.

    Thank you for your support.

    What convinced me to make the Reservation was that the IKYU site mentioned bread and carefully selected coffee for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was just right for me—not too simple and not too extravagant. The focus on vegetables also felt perfect for the morning. However, the “carefully selected coffee” is only available from 6:00 to 7:00, while breakfast starts at 7:00, so it was a bit disappointing that the bread and freshly brewed coffee didn’t quite line up. Because of this, there was also a line when the buffet opened at 7:00—I wondered if there might be a better way to manage it. Still, I also enjoyed the complimentary smoothies, and both were delicious. Overall, it’s a good Hotel.

    It was a great Hotel.

    Once you get used to the Nishi-Umeda area, it’s very convenient. The Room is spacious, and the air conditioner is quiet. There is also a bath. I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed here again after last month!

    I had a great stay last month, so I came back again this month! My husband uses the large public bath, so we chose a Room with shower only, but I didn’t have the energy to go to the public bath and just used the shower in the Room. Since there are bath additives among the amenities, next time I plan to choose a Plan with a bathtub. For this price, I was able to make great use of the lounge and really enjoyed my Hotel stay. This was also my first time trying ochazuke, and it was delicious.

    I will use it again.

    Both the breakfast and the Room were clean, and the Intergate Lounge offers delightful services depending on the time of day—not only tea time, but also wine and ochazuke. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Disappointed with the Room-assigned Plan.

    I really liked this Accommodation and had made it my regular choice for business trips, but the “Room type assigned on arrival” Plan was a mistake. I was placed on a low floor on the west side, and the neighboring office building was fully visible from the window. People can see in—I actually made eye contact with someone. With no privacy, I couldn’t use the bath or change clothes. I couldn’t open the curtains. From a design standpoint, I don’t think this should be used as a guest Room. I’d been staying here regularly, but if this can happen, I’ll have to go elsewhere.

    Since check-in start...

    Since check-in starts at 3:00 PM, the front desk was extremely crowded when I arrived, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, so I felt the service was a bit brusque. I stayed in a Superior Twin (Shower Booth). The Room was spacious and I could relax. However, I wish the shower water pressure had been a little stronger. The bed was extremely comfortable. 　 Due to the crowds, I wasn’t able to use the drink service or late-night snacks.

    Delicious breakfast

    After our bus trip, we checked in late at night and relaxed in the large public bath to soothe our tiredness. In the morning, we enjoyed a smoothie and looked forward to breakfast. Even though it was vegetable-focused, it was very satisfying and felt good for the body. We enjoyed a variety of vegetable dishes, with plenty of fruit options as well—great value for money. It was a gentle breakfast even for a stomach tired from summer fatigue. We were able to take our time until 11:00 a.m. We will stay here again after another bus trip.

    It was my first stay in a while.

    I stayed on the Room-assigned Plan, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to use. The happy hour drinks in the lounge, the carefully selected coffee, and the ochazuke were all delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the happy hour snacks were limited to dried items. That said, my go-to Accommodation in Osaka is definitely Intergate.

    Thank you for having us for 5 days and 4 nights.

    It was a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. You provided a spacious Room, which made remote work very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast, complimentary service drinks, and coffee were all delicious, and I looked forward to them every day. I also used the Onsen and laundry services, and every Facility was easy to use and truly great. All staff members were courteous and thoughtful in every way, including when I asked for a taxi—thank you for taking such great care of me. I have already made another Reservation for three nights in late August as a repeat stay. This has become my favorite place so far—I would like to stay here whenever I visit Osaka in the future. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

    Lively Osaka Atmosphere

    We stayed here for a family trip. Everything we needed was provided, from amenities to separate top-and-bottom loungewear, so we were able to stay comfortably. There were also microwaves on certain floors. During cafe time from 3:00 PM, you can enjoy drinks and sweets. My family especially liked the financiers and pound cake. If you like coffee, I recommend going between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The coffee they brew one cup at a time over several minutes tastes even better. In the morning, it seems they serve pre-dripped coffee, which was also delicious. We were looking forward to bar time from 5:00 PM because we heard there would be snacks, but there were only about 2–3 kinds, and it felt like people were competing for them. If you mainly want to enjoy alcohol, it may be satisfying. It might be nice if each person could receive at least one plate with some basic items in advance. Because of the layout of the venue with many corners—and with frequent traffic from children and staff—it felt a bit unsettled. I also saw someone bump into another person and drop their food, so caution is needed. If you want a quieter experience, seats farther from the windows may feel relatively calmer. Breakfast was seasoned a bit strongly overall, but there was variety such as cereal, rice porridge, and curry, which made it easy to choose based on appetite and preference. Since it was summer, there was chilled potage soup and cold udon. Breakfast can easily become repetitive, but it felt like they are aiming for flavors and offerings with a bit more variety…which made it more enjoyable. If possible, I would be happy to have fresh fish as well. The large public bath is on an upper floor; if you go during daylight hours you can see outside. The chlorine smell is somewhat strong, but I assume that’s necessary for safe bathing. I appreciated being able to choose from different shampoos. There are also massage chairs in the changing area—I used them for quite a while. The “Express Checkout” option is convenient too! If there are no additional charges, you can check out via the Room TV. You can leave your key on the table. Not having any interaction on a busy morning felt very easy. For access: walk from the station through the underground passage toward Herbis ENT; after walking for a while you’ll arrive. The building entrance is hard to find, but if you aim for an indentation around the middle area of the building façade (set back slightly), I think you’ll spot it. With everything provided that we needed overall، I felt this Accommodation was comfortable and easy to stay in.
