    I stayed here again after last month!

    I had a great stay last month, so I came back again this month! My husband uses the large public bath, so we chose a Room with shower only, but I didn’t have the energy to go to the public bath and just used the shower in the Room. Since there are bath additives among the amenities, next time I plan to choose a Plan with a bathtub. For this price, I was able to make great use of the lounge and really enjoyed my Hotel stay. This was also my first time trying ochazuke, and it was delicious.

    I will use it again.

    Both the breakfast and the Room were clean, and the Intergate Lounge offers delightful services depending on the time of day—not only tea time, but also wine and ochazuke. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Disappointed with the Room-assigned Plan.

    I really liked this Accommodation and had made it my regular choice for business trips, but the “Room type assigned on arrival” Plan was a mistake. I was placed on a low floor on the west side, and the neighboring office building was fully visible from the window. People can see in—I actually made eye contact with someone. With no privacy, I couldn’t use the bath or change clothes. I couldn’t open the curtains. From a design standpoint, I don’t think this should be used as a guest Room. I’d been staying here regularly, but if this can happen, I’ll have to go elsewhere.

    Since check-in start...

    Since check-in starts at 3:00 PM, the front desk was extremely crowded when I arrived, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, so I felt the service was a bit brusque. I stayed in a Superior Twin (Shower Booth). The Room was spacious and I could relax. However, I wish the shower water pressure had been a little stronger. The bed was extremely comfortable. 　 Due to the crowds, I wasn’t able to use the drink service or late-night snacks.

    Delicious breakfast

    After our bus trip, we checked in late at night and relaxed in the large public bath to soothe our tiredness. In the morning, we enjoyed a smoothie and looked forward to breakfast. Even though it was vegetable-focused, it was very satisfying and felt good for the body. We enjoyed a variety of vegetable dishes, with plenty of fruit options as well—great value for money. It was a gentle breakfast even for a stomach tired from summer fatigue. We were able to take our time until 11:00 a.m. We will stay here again after another bus trip.

    It was my first stay in a while.

    I stayed on the Room-assigned Plan, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to use. The happy hour drinks in the lounge, the carefully selected coffee, and the ochazuke were all delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the happy hour snacks were limited to dried items. That said, my go-to Accommodation in Osaka is definitely Intergate.

    Thank you for having us for 5 days and 4 nights.

    It was a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. You provided a spacious Room, which made remote work very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast, complimentary service drinks, and coffee were all delicious, and I looked forward to them every day. I also used the Onsen and laundry services, and every Facility was easy to use and truly great. All staff members were courteous and thoughtful in every way, including when I asked for a taxi—thank you for taking such great care of me. I have already made another Reservation for three nights in late August as a repeat stay. This has become my favorite place so far—I would like to stay here whenever I visit Osaka in the future. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

    Lively Osaka Atmosphere

    We stayed here for a family trip. Everything we needed was provided, from amenities to separate top-and-bottom loungewear, so we were able to stay comfortably. There were also microwaves on certain floors. During cafe time from 3:00 PM, you can enjoy drinks and sweets. My family especially liked the financiers and pound cake. If you like coffee, I recommend going between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The coffee they brew one cup at a time over several minutes tastes even better. In the morning, it seems they serve pre-dripped coffee, which was also delicious. We were looking forward to bar time from 5:00 PM because we heard there would be snacks, but there were only about 2–3 kinds, and it felt like people were competing for them. If you mainly want to enjoy alcohol, it may be satisfying. It might be nice if each person could receive at least one plate with some basic items in advance. Because of the layout of the venue with many corners—and with frequent traffic from children and staff—it felt a bit unsettled. I also saw someone bump into another person and drop their food, so caution is needed. If you want a quieter experience, seats farther from the windows may feel relatively calmer. Breakfast was seasoned a bit strongly overall, but there was variety such as cereal, rice porridge, and curry, which made it easy to choose based on appetite and preference. Since it was summer, there was chilled potage soup and cold udon. Breakfast can easily become repetitive, but it felt like they are aiming for flavors and offerings with a bit more variety…which made it more enjoyable. If possible, I would be happy to have fresh fish as well. The large public bath is on an upper floor; if you go during daylight hours you can see outside. The chlorine smell is somewhat strong, but I assume that’s necessary for safe bathing. I appreciated being able to choose from different shampoos. There are also massage chairs in the changing area—I used them for quite a while. The “Express Checkout” option is convenient too! If there are no additional charges, you can check out via the Room TV. You can leave your key on the table. Not having any interaction on a busy morning felt very easy. For access: walk from the station through the underground passage toward Herbis ENT; after walking for a while you’ll arrive. The building entrance is hard to find, but if you aim for an indentation around the middle area of the building façade (set back slightly), I think you’ll spot it. With everything provided that we needed overall، I felt this Accommodation was comfortable and easy to stay in.

    Repeat Guests

    The location is excellent, and I stay here whenever I go to see a musical. This time I made a Reservation without specifying a Room, but I was very satisfied—they gave me a wonderful Room. The lounge, where you can enjoy drinks and snacks all day, is truly fantastic; however, this time the stains on the fabric chairs and sofas in the lounge really bothered me. Since this Hotel has so many international guests, it stood out even more. Do seat cushions normally get that dirty? They were dry, but it wasn’t just minor spots—there was quite a large amount of visible dirt. That was the only thing that concerned me during this stay. Other than that, it’s a Hotel with nothing to complain about. The staff are also very kind.

    Because it’s within walking distance from my office, I’ve stayed here several times when I knew I’d be getting back late. I’m always satisfied with the late-night ochazuke. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

    We used this place for a girls’ night.

    I stayed at your Hotel for the first time for a girls’ get-together with a friend who uses your Hotel from time to time and recommended it. The lounge service, the Room, the Facilities, and the overall atmosphere were even better than I expected, and I was very satisfied. It also feels perfect for a relaxing solo stay, so I immediately made a Reservation for a reward stay on my birthday three weeks from now. I’m looking forward to it. Thank you in advance.

    The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both very delicious. I was impressed by the beautiful presentation and wide variety of dishes. Thank you as well for the clear and courteous explanations from the Hotel. We stayed in a Room selected by the Hotel. The bed was very spacious, and we were able to rest comfortably. Just one point: the shower curtain had a damp odor, which bothered us when using the bath and toilet. We would appreciate it if you could consider this as an area for improvement going forward. Sorry for mentioning such a minor detail, but thank you for your consideration.

    Satisfied every time

    Although this Plan was limited to Rooms available on the day of stay, thank you for providing a spacious Room where I could relax. I had a very restful time. I have used this Accommodation countless times since the COVID period, and I am fully satisfied with the service, including all staff members. I will continue to use it in the future as well.     Overall, it’s excellent!

    I stayed here alone, and it was a Hotel that felt comfortable and safe for a solo female traveler. All amenities were provided, and the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Check-out could be done via the TV, and I just had to leave the room key card on the table, so everything went smoothly. I’ll choose this Hotel again when I travel alone! Thank you very much.

    I stayed one night s...

    I stayed one night solo while attending a show at the MBS Sky Theater. It was right in front of me as soon as I came up the stairs from underground, and the location was very convenient for both Umeda and the theater. The staff kindly explained that I could wait in the lounge at the back until check-in time while enjoying a cold drink, which made for a very comfortable stay. The Room was very clean, and it came with amenities, separate pajamas, and bottled water—something I really appreciated since I wanted to keep my luggage to a minimum. I would definitely like to stay again. The only reasons I rated it 4 stars were that the shower water pressure was weak and there was an odor from the shower curtain.

    Close to Umeda and very clean.

    I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. I didn’t use the lounge or the large public bath, but the Room was clean and comfortable, and I was satisfied even just staying overnight. While many recent Business Hotels provide disposable slippers, I appreciated that this Hotel uses reusable in-room slippers instead. If you take the underground passageways from Umeda to the Hotel, heading toward Breeze Breeze will get you there almost entirely underground.

    I was concerned about the bathroom and kitchen areas, the air conditioning, and dust.

    This was my first stay. The Room itself was more spacious than I expected, and the entrance was wide, so it was comfortable to come and go even with a suitcase. The bathroom area was clean, but I noticed a sewage smell and, possibly from the curtain rail, an odor like a used cleaning rag. There was also a lot of dust stuck to the air conditioner filter—so much that it was noticeable even from a distance. I also noticed dust on top of the counter. I’m not overly picky about cleanliness, but when it’s visibly noticeable, it does bother me. The staff service was excellent, and they arranged a taxi quickly, which really helped. The lounge is also fairly spacious, so I could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for this stay.

    The shared facilities, such as the lounge and large public bath, are very convenient.

    I stayed for two nights. The large public bath was so comfortable that I ended up not using the in-room bath at all. The in-room bath was a spacious, clean bathroom with a separate washing area, but because of that, the living space felt a bit small for 25 m². Next time, I might prefer a Room with just a shower booth. Since carrying wet towels around is a hassle, I would be even happier if face towels were available to borrow at the large public bath. Because it was midsummer and I sweated a lot, I used the coin laundry; the washer-dryer units were new and clean, which was great. I didn’t use it, but the gym also looked nice. The lounge coffee was delicious, and I appreciated that it was brewed carefully. The daily smoothie during the morning hours and the dashi ochazuke at night with plenty of toppings were both tasty as well—the lounge experience was excellent overall. My Room didn’t have a desk (it had a sofa and a low table), but for anyone who needs to work, I recommend using the lounge. The bookshelf area in the lobby was also great! Most of the books are Osaka-themed, but the selection had more substance than expected; overall, the shared spaces score very highly. One disappointment was that my Room had an “older man” kind of smell. There was an unscented deodorizing spray in the Room and it was tolerable so I didn’t request to change Rooms, but I would appreciate any measures you can take. From Umeda you can get there about 80% of the way via underground passages; it’s convenient in many ways and offers great value for money—overall a very good impression. I’d like to consider this Accommodation again when attending events in Osaka in the future.

    It was comfortable.

    Overall, my stay was comfortable. I was able to enjoy coffee in the lounge even before check-in, and it was a pleasant, cool place to relax while waiting. The smoothies and coffee before breakfast were the most memorable—delicious. The Room’s unit bath had a slight odor, which was disappointing (though it may be unavoidable). Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay in a while, and it was great! However, I tried the “assigned twin” for the first time and ended up with a Room that only had a shower booth. I’ve always stayed in rooms with a separate bath and toilet, so I realized again that I prefer having a bathtub. There was also a slight sewer-like smell around the toilet/sink area. The amenities selection is nice. I went to the large public bath at a quiet time, so it was very comfortable, though the tub felt too deep. The massage chairs were great as well. The lounge service was excellent—I could enjoy alcohol, and the ochazuke was delicious. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but it was tasty and satisfying. It’s disappointing that parking fees have gone up, and it bothered me that the elevator took quite a while to arrive. I was also surprised that borrowing a hair iron costs extra—this was my first time seeing that.

    Is it an upscale business Hotel or a budget city Hotel?

    As a new Hotel, it is impeccably clean. The only question is whether the price matches what you get. This time I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate, so I was satisfied, but if you ask whether it is worth more than 30,000 yen per night, I would have to say… hmm.

    We had a wonderful girls’ get-together. We’ll definitely use this place again.

    I stayed here with friends from my student days. I’ve stayed here several times with my husband and have always recommended this Hotel, but I hadn’t visited in a few years so I was a bit unsure. However, it exceeded my expectations from past memories, and my two friends seemed to really like it as well. We will definitely come again.

    Single occupancy

    This is a very modern and efficient Hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The large public bath and sauna were very relaxing. The Facility was excellent, but there were many foreign guests. Some guests entered the changing area of the large public bath wearing sandals, and left them off to the side by the bathroom entrance door. They also came out without drying off, so the changing area was soaked. I think it would be better to either clearly explain proper bathing etiquette or clean more frequently.

    Cherry Blossom Spring Trip

    This was my first stay at Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda in Osaka. Many guests gathered at check-in, but the staff handled everything quickly with professional and friendly service. I was satisfied with the location, Facility, drinks, and light snacks. It is a bit of a walk to the subway station. Breakfast offered healthy options and was well prepared. It is ideal for taking the limousine bus to Kansai International Airport early in the morning.

    Recommended Hotel Near the Station

    It may look far from Osaka Station, but you can get close to the Hotel almost entirely via the underground shopping arcade, which is very convenient. The Hotel is also new and spotless! In addition, guests can use the lounge, so being able to enjoy alcoholic drinks and soft drinks during cocktail time is a real highlight. And with a large public bath, you can fully unwind after a long day. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Everything was nearly perfect, but since I’m not a fan of wine, it would have been ideal if beer had been available.
