    The location is excellent.

    First Time in Kurashiki We traveled as a couple with a large suitcase. The hotel's location is perfect, both for access from the station and as a gateway to the historic district. We arrived on Friday afternoon, left our luggage on the first floor, and enjoyed a thorough visit to the Ohara Museum of Art. After returning to the Hotel, we refreshed ourselves in the public bath before having dinner at an Italian restaurant we had reserved. Kurashiki is compact, with many attractions within walking distance from the Hotel. The connecting room was very convenient and allowed us both to sleep soundly. Breakfast was served buffet-style on the 11th floor with panoramic views of Kurashiki town—a healthy menu focused on vegetables and no oil. My husband found removing plastic wraps from small dishes slightly inconvenient but manageable! After checking out, we left our luggage again on the first floor while exploring Achiyama Shrine and Ivy Square at Shikibo's former site nearby. Unfortunately, El Greco’s piece at Ohara Museum was under restoration this time—but that gives us another reason to return! We would love to stay at this Hotel again when we visit next time!

    Stayed for one night in June. Convenient location close to the station, within walking distance to the Bikan Historical Quarter, and facing an arcade street. The Room was honestly not very spacious but clean and comfortable. There is a public bath with a compact-sized sauna. Towels need to be brought from the Room, but it would be nice if small towels were provided in the bath area. There is a local sake tasting service with 4-5 varieties available, though you can only try one type. The small plastic cups feel a bit cheap, but since it's complimentary and not free-flowing, it's understandable. While there are some minor concerns, overall I was satisfied with my stay. If I visit this area again, I will prioritize staying here.

    Muscat Stadium

    I traveled for the Hanshin game at Muscat Stadium. Since it was just one station away by JR, I looked for a Hotel near the station with separate bath and toilet in a twin Room, and this Hotel was a perfect fit. From parking to check-in, everything went smoothly, and the staff were very helpful. I could also check the congestion status of the large public bath from my Room, which helped me relax after an extended game. Other than the limited breakfast variety (including bread, rice, eggs, meat/fish, and salad), I was satisfied as it was close to tourist spots. Nearby shops were open until around 11 PM, so we could celebrate our victory as well. I look forward to staying here again if given another opportunity!

    Stayed for one night on May 15th. The location was easy to find and close to the station. Everything was simple and pleasant. The hallways had a soothing fragrance and were clean. Breakfast could be added, and it was delicious. The large public bath on the 11th floor allowed for a relaxing time.

    Thank you for hosting us during our first visit to Kurashiki. The Room and the entire facility were clean and well-maintained, allowing us to relax comfortably. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of both Kurashiki Station and the Bikan Historical Quarter. If I may make one suggestion, it would be regarding skincare amenities. While I appreciated having lotion and moisturizer available in the public bath area, it would have been even better if makeup remover was also provided (I believe I saw it available for purchase at the front desk). The public bath was a great way to unwind after a day of walking around! The lounge on the 11th floor offered stunning views both in the evening and at night, making for a relaxing time. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. While we did see other guests, it wasn’t overcrowded with inbound tourists, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay. The complimentary drinks after bathing were a nice touch. It would be even more comfortable if hair care and skincare products were provided. While I deduct one star for amenities, the quality of the room wear earns this place five stars overall. I’d definitely consider staying again if I have the chance!

    The room was very clean and I was very satisfied. The pillow was too high, so I couldn't sleep well. I wonder if it could have been changed if I had mentioned it to the front desk. I did not use the public bath. The staff were also kind and helpful.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    The Hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind, making for a pleasant stay. There was also a free lounge with long operating hours, which was very convenient. The lobby had plenty of sofas, allowing relaxation outside the Room as well. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kurashiki.

    I stayed for two nights and was impressed by the meticulous bed-making and the spotless cleanliness of the Room, which made my stay very comfortable. The detailed explanation about hard-to-find outlets was very helpful and impressive. Although I did not use the large public bath this time, I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the bathroom in my Room. The meals at the dining venue were well-prepared with great attention to hygiene, which was excellent. The location is also very convenient as it is close to the station.     Parking guidance and umbrella rental service on rainy days were convenient. The welcome drink was limited to one per person, but there was also a tasting of alcoholic beverages, which was enjoyable. The large public bath was very clean, and the relaxation area offered drink service with an amazing view. The Room itself was very clean, and I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit the Bikan Historical Quarter after a memorial service in Kurashiki City. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the Bikan Historical Quarter through the shopping street. The large public bath was very relaxing after leisurely sightseeing. The room was clean, and despite being close to the station, the price was reasonable. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity.

    The atmosphere was nice, and it felt clean. However, I splurged on a double room, but the frosted glass window gave a sense of confinement, and I couldn't enjoy the cityscape. Did I overlook this at the time of the Reservation? The space for placing cosmetics was narrow, and even when I tried to organize them, they lost balance and fell next to the toilet. Although it was a unit bath, the washroom was too compact, making it cramped for twin use.

    Calm atmosphere from...

    Calm atmosphere from the Hotel entrance. Especially beautiful at night. The ceiling of the Room is high, and although the Room is compact, it does not feel cramped. You can also enjoy coffee in the large public bath and lounge. There is also a billiard table, making the Hotel enjoyable. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Kurashiki.

    This time, I used it for a walk around the Bikan District. The Facility was very clean, and the lobby had a nice aroma? It had a good atmosphere. The lounge on the 11th floor was comfortable, and the bath was also nice. At breakfast, the seat we were guided to had stairs, so it was inconvenient for those with children. I would have preferred to be guided to a seat upstairs.

    This was my first time using this service. As per the reviews, the room and the bath were very clean and had a sense of cleanliness. Since it was a plan without breakfast, I would like to try breakfast next time. One disappointing thing was that there was no explanation on how to operate the elevator or how to open the room. Moreover, the man at the reception was unfriendly.

    Wonderful Hotel

    5 minutes walk from Kurashiki Station, 5 minutes by bicycle from Ohara Museum of Art (Hotel rental), there is a pharmacy, fruit shop, souvenir shop, and restaurant across the street. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket (7-Eleven). The location is very good. Breakfast includes a main dish and buffet-style meal. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I understand that the understanding of vegetarian cuisine in Japanese restaurants is different from that in Taiwan. I have been to Japan many times, and I love this restaurant. This time I only stayed for 2 nights, but next time I come to Kurashiki Bikan District, I will choose this Hotel.

    A wonderful Stays except for breakfast

    The service at the front desk was excellent, with thorough assistance in handling luggage and explaining nearby tourist attractions. The large public bath and lounge were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was far from the quality of other Royal Hotels. Although it appeared good at first glance with small bowls, the variety was poor. I would like to have the option to choose the appropriate amount. Aside from breakfast, the location was excellent, and it was a very comfortable stay at the property.

    On the second day of our trip to Kansai, we visited Himeji Castle and stayed overnight on our way to Hiroshima. The deciding factor was its proximity to the Bikan District and its reasonable price. The separate washroom, toilet, and bath made it very convenient. Also, the "Tekuteku Map" created by the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet didn't have a large variety, but the taste was good, especially the fried chicken, which was delicious, and I had seconds. Both check-in and check-out were reassuring as the staff assisted us. The only issue was the insufficient explanation on how to park, which left us confused about what to do next. Since it was our first time in the area and using the facility, clearer instructions would have been appreciated.

    I stayed for the first time.

    This was my first stay. It was very convenient as it was close to the station and within walking distance to the scenic area. There were also many restaurants nearby, which was great. The hotel was new and clean, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. It's nice to have a large public bath. The staff were very pleasant, and it was a hotel that made me want to use it again. Thank you for taking care of me.

    It is a very beautiful and stylish hotel! I stayed for two nights in a standard single room, and it was a simple yet tasteful room. The TV being right in front of the bed was a high point for me, allowing me to relax until I fell asleep. I had already confirmed on the website that the room amenities were minimal, so I brought my own favorites and didn't mind. Also, although the room only had a shower booth, there was a spacious and clean large public bath, so it was not a problem. As for the service, I was bothered by the light from the window when sleeping, but I realized on the second day that there was another blackout blind inside the blinds. It would have been nice if I had been informed. Also, the lighting made it difficult to do makeup, so I hope that can be improved. Despite the negative points, I found a great property that makes me want to stay here again when I visit Kurashiki! Thank you very much.

    The highest quality Business Hotel in my personal history

    I have traveled extensively for business trips, mainly in rural areas excluding the city center, and I believe this Hotel is the best for business use so far. First, regarding the location, although it requires a short walk from Kurashiki Station, you pass through a covered arcade street, so there's no need to worry about the weather, and you won't have trouble finding a place for dinner. As for the Facility and building, I can't tell if it's new or old, but the interior is clean, so there's no problem at all. It seems a bit too luxurious for business use (though it's different for private use), with features like sake tasting and a billiard table, possibly catering to foreign guests. Therefore, there's nothing to criticize about the Room's interior, and the cost performance is excellent. It's not good to speak ill of others, but compared to the APA Hotel (where I have stayed before) near the station, this one wins in all aspects except convenience. If used for tourism purposes, it is likely to be a great experience as it is close to the Bikan Historical Quarter and offers a valuable stay, surely creating good memories.
