  The Hana-no-Yu bath ...

  The Hana-no-Yu bath was wonderful! The grape bath was especially relaxing. The Room lighting was bright, making it comfortable to use my smartphone. However, the sofa felt a bit too soft. Breakfast met expectations, but I would have liked a bit more uniqueness.

  It was excellent.

  Stayed for an event, checked in to drop off luggage, and went out by car, returning after 11 PM. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming! The onsen was great, and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning! The only disappointment was that I didn’t notice the hair caps available at the onsen reception desk until after leaving. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned it. My hair got wet in the open-air bath, which made me feel cold.

  The large public bath was excellent.

  The large public bath was very good. The free shuttle bus to and from Otagawa Station was also greatly appreciated. If possible, I would be very grateful if the service from Otagawa Station to the Hotel could start a little earlier. Also, it was inconvenient that the ice machine is only on the first floor. Other than that, everything was good, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

  It was disappointing.

  The bath closes 5 minutes before the end time, breakfast service stops 30 minutes early with no additional items provided, and cleanup begins. Even drinks are removed 10 minutes prior with unpleasant remarks. Perhaps the approach to guest guidance could be improved?
