    Had a relaxing stay. Thank you.

    I stayed for a 3-night stay. I use this Hotel every year, and I think it is an excellent Business Hotel. The breakfast, in particular, is very satisfying and something I look forward to each time. The service is neither lacking nor excessive, and unlike some hotels where you feel disappointed because things have changed from before, this Hotel consistently maintains a high standard. This consistency is truly commendable. I had a relaxing stay. Thank you!

    It was comfortable.

    I always look forward to visiting this Hotel regularly. The Room is spacious enough to relax and refresh. After checking out, I usually enjoy a meal at the café, where the fresh vegetables are incredibly delicious. I’m already excited about my next visit!

    First-time Accommodation

    The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. The Room was clean and new, with spotless water facilities and excellent air conditioning. The view of the Port Tower from the Room was beautiful. I would love to stay here again. It would have been even better if charging cables were provided in the Room.

    Clean, stylish, and just right. This is the kind of Hotel I always look for. Convenient access to the station, yet train noise is not much of a concern. The staff were also very pleasant. Thank you very much!

    I stayed at this acc...

    I stayed at this accommodation during a trip to Kobe for relaxation. As it was a new hotel, the room was very clean, but the lack of a trash bin in the bathroom was quite inconvenient. When staying at accommodations, I usually bring disposable items like shampoo, but there was no place to dispose of them except in the room. It was very stressful to carry slightly wet trash like shampoo or cleansing product wrappers all the way back to the room. Since adding just one trash bin would solve this issue, I hope it can be improved. (The small triangular bin next to the toilet was also tiny... It might not fit everything for some people.) Additionally, being on a lower floor meant I could hear noises like wind from nearby buildings or ventilation sounds and even car noises, which made it hard to fall asleep. Even after turning off the room's air conditioning system, I could still hear these sounds from outside. Although I didn’t sleep well and went down for breakfast feeling low-energy, the staff at the breakfast venue were very attentive and promptly replenished dishes as they ran out—it left a good impression! There were also plenty of options available! This positive experience completely offset my earlier concerns. Adding breakfast turned out to be an excellent choice!

    Thoughtful hospitality

    As I was traveling alone as a woman, I stayed in a corner room on the top floor. The room was spacious, allowing me to relax, and it was very quiet, which was great. It offered value beyond its price. I would love to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

    Cozy Hotel

    I have used this accommodation several times and found it excellent, making it my regular choice for business trips. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel with well-designed rooms of all types, delicious breakfast, and a clean environment throughout the premises. The highlight is undoubtedly the front desk staff's warm yet unobtrusive greetings. They offer assistance when needed and provide subtle but heartfelt greetings otherwise, creating a truly comfortable stay.

    Good Accommodation Experience

    1. Close to JR Kobe Station. 2. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Umbrellas are available for purchase at the hotel during rainy days, and they are very affordable. 3. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Each floor is equipped with a microwave and an ice machine. 4. Twin rooms are spacious enough to open two suitcases comfortably. Rooms facing Kobe Tower offer beautiful night views. 5. Breakfast staff provide excellent service and assist families with children as needed. While coffee and bread are average, local specialties like beef soup, noodles, and Akashiyaki are highly recommended during breakfast time.

    Highly recommended.

    The Facility was clean, well-maintained, and above all, the staff's hospitality was excellent. Breakfast is highly recommended! Every dish was so delicious that I wished I had more time to enjoy it. Although not the Hotel's fault, it would be great if something could be done about the poor manners of some foreign guests at the buffet venue. Lunch also looked delicious! I will visit again.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I regularly stay at this accommodation, and the room is spacious with high ceilings, providing a comfortable atmosphere. It is conveniently located near the station and within walking distance to the sea. The café downstairs offers complimentary drinks such as coffee from 3 PM, which is a delightful touch. Snacks are also available to enjoy within the café. I usually opt for no breakfast and have lunch at the café after check-out. The burgers are delicious and reasonably priced. I look forward to staying here again!

    A Hotel for a Relaxing Stay

    I regularly stay here, and it is a wonderful Hotel where I can relax. Located near Kobe Station, it is quiet and peaceful, with Rooms featuring high ceilings and spacious layouts that provide a calming atmosphere. Although I usually don't include breakfast, I had a sandwich at the café on the first floor after checking out, and it was very delicious. The prices are also reasonable. I look forward to visiting again next time!

    Room with a view of Kobe Port Tower

    Thank you for providing a room with a view of the Port Tower on the 11th floor. The new Hotel had clean rooms and bathrooms. Although the breakfast options were limited, each dish was carefully prepared, and the staff cheerfully announced when additional food was served, which was nice. Also, it was conveniently close to Kobe Station, allowing for a stress-free stay. It is also near Port Island and Mosaic.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night at the end of the year. Although I arrived late, the staff was very accommodating, the hotel was close to the station, and the Room was clean. The Room was compact but had a closet, which was sufficient. The breakfast had more variety than I expected and was delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A hotel you'll want to visit again

    Thank you for your hospitality. This is my second stay this year. When staying around Kobe Station, Kobe Hotel Juraku is my only choice. I think it's that clean and wonderful of a hotel. Additionally, it's reasonably priced. I find the BGM when the TV starts up to be subtly soothing. I will visit again, so please take care of me then as well.

    The access from the station is good and the price is reasonable, so I think it's a good Hotel. It's a shame there is no large public bath, but the Room is clean and there is lounge service, so compared to other Business Hotels, I think the satisfaction level is high.

    A Business Hotel I recommend to my friends

    Located between Kobe Station and Harborland, the location is convenient, with a convenience store in front, and the rooms in this Business Hotel are spacious. I've been staying here every time for the past few years. Even when I return late at night, the front desk staff greets me, and I feel relieved as I head to the elevator. Some of my favorite points are: ① The room wear includes pants, so my legs don't get cold, and it's a top and bottom set. ② The washroom and bath are not cramped, so I can relax by filling the bath with hot water. ③ A welcome drink is now available, so instead of spending time outside when I have free time, I've recently started returning to the Hotel. The sides are fine, but only the noise from the upper floors resonates, so I rated it a 4. A friend recommended the Juraku at Mizukami Onsen, and I tried it. It was great. I've made a reservation for next year, so thank you in advance.

    Spacious, clean, and excellent value for money.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, combining an artist's live performance with sightseeing. Since it opened in 2021, both the room and the lobby are very clean. The room feels particularly spacious for this type of business hotel. The desk is also wide, allowing for comfortable use. The bath and toilet are together, but the bathtub is large and very clean. The wallpaper has a dark tone, giving it a rich atmosphere. Amenities such as toothbrushes and combs, which are increasingly becoming self-service, are provided in the room, which is helpful. I'm also pleased that complimentary water, a service that is gradually disappearing from business hotels, is available. (I understand the current situation well, but when amenities and water are cut, it feels somewhat lonely.) There are no women's amenities like makeup remover or lotion, so you need to bring your own. However, if you forget, you can purchase them at the front desk. Additionally, there is a convenience store diagonally across the street, so you can also buy them there. Having a convenience store at this distance is very convenient, not just for amenities. The checkout time is 11 a.m., allowing for a leisurely stay, which is nice. The automatic checkout on departure was also very smooth. The location is just a short walk from Kobe (Kōbe) Station, and if the weather is nice, it feels like a walkable distance to Motomachi (Motomachi) and Sannomiya (Sannomiya). It's new, clean, spacious, and has no shortcomings. It was such a good hotel that it's almost surprising to be able to stay at this price! This time, I opted for no breakfast, but next time I would definitely like to stay with breakfast included.

    Very satisfied!

    I really like this Hotel and always look forward to staying here. The Room is spacious, and if the season is good, the sea, Chinatown, and shopping streets are within walking distance. There are also restaurants and a supermarket near the nearest station, making it very convenient. I am looking forward to my next stay.

    Close to the station, new and clean. I was happy with the drink and snack service. The Room amenities are of good quality, and I could see the Port Tower, which made me very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

    It was clean and had a nice view.

    It was very clean and had a sense of cleanliness, and it was convenient because it was not too far from the station. Previously, I stayed at a Business Hotel near Sannomiya Station, and the noise from cars and motorcycles bothered me because it was in front of the station, but here there was no such noise, and I could sleep soundly. The night view of the Port Tower was slightly visible from the window, and it was beautiful.

    It was new and clean.

    The building was new, and the room was clean and easy to use. The view was also good, and the night view was beautiful. It would have been nice to have makeup cleansing available. The breakfast venue was spacious with plenty of seating, and the food was delicious. I forgot to reserve parking in advance, and since it was the weekend, it was crowded, so I had to park a little away from the hotel.

    Under the bed sheets was terrible...

    I have always been very satisfied with this hotel, but... When I was tidying up the bed before checking out, the fitted sheet came off... I was shocked to find a lot of hair and small debris underneath (on the bed)!!! It seems they just replaced the sheets, leaving the debris underneath and simply putting on new sheets... Maybe this is how they save time at any hotel, but it was disappointing. Please improve this aspect. (Vacuum the bed when changing sheets) I will continue to use your services without concern in the future... Thank you.

    The black building looks cool.

    It was a corner twin room with a view of the Port Tower. Since we had two toddlers, choosing a spacious room was the right decision. The unit bath was not cramped, and we were able to stay comfortably.
