    High quality

    I stay here for about three nights around the same time every year, and the Hotel’s sincere hospitality never changes. They respond quickly even to minor issues, and their courteous service remains a consistent highlight. The well-rounded breakfast is another constant, as is the afternoon drink service—I'm impressed that they maintain such a high level of hospitality. I sometimes read Reviews of other hotels saying, “It wasn’t like this before,” but this Hotel never leaves me with that kind of disappointment. Overall, you can really feel the quality of this Hotel. It has everything that makes me want to choose it again for my next stay in Kobe.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because I wanted to relax on my own for my birthday. I booked a Port Tower-side double Room, and the view was great, so I was able to spend a peaceful time by myself. It was an early check-in, but thank you for accommodating me.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed here to visit the Anpanman Museum as part of our child’s birthday celebration. It’s close to the station, and since it’s connected by a pedestrian bridge, we could get there smoothly even with a stroller. I only wished there had been regular iced tea as a welcome drink; otherwise, everything was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and we enjoyed trying different things. Our 2-year-old didn’t seem to find anything they liked and wouldn’t eat anything… At this point, even we as parents have no idea what they wanted to eat. The Room was a spacious corner room with views of Port Tower and the Ferris wheel, which made our child happy. The Room came with a ReFa hair dryer and shower head, and we were excited to try the latest equipment. We were also able to let our child watch YouTube in the Room, so they stayed in a good mood throughout. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money and very relaxing.

    It feels as comfortable as an international Hotel, yet the price is reasonable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

    The lobby has a charming atmosphere.

    I stayed with my daughter in a Port Tower-side Superior Twin Room. The lobby had a nicer, cuter atmosphere than the Room. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety, but my daughter really liked the corn soup.

    This is indeed a good Hotel.

    A vacancy opened up just before my stay, and I was able to stay for four nights. On one of those days, I enjoyed snacks and drinks in the lounge. Having a little something sweet around 3 p.m. really gives you a boost. Needless to say, the Room was very clean, and I think it’s a great Hotel. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Poor staff service and inadequate room cleaning.

    The location is convenient near the station, and the Room is spacious and easy to use. However, the Room was not cleaned thoroughly, and dust and dirt were noticeable. In particular, there was heavy dust buildup and significant grime on the ventilation vent and the air conditioner outlet. The provided hair dryer had something like a lump of toothpaste stuck to it, and the cup was also dirty. When I informed the staff about this, they replaced them, but the replacements were even dirtier, which made me feel uncomfortable. The staff also looked annoyed while assisting me, which raised concerns about their service.

    A wonderful Hotel setting a new standard for stays in Kobe

    I’ve often stayed overnight in Kobe for business, but I never had a particular favorite Business Hotel, so I usually used a certain city Hotel around the Motomachi area or near Nakatottei. Recently, I’ve also been staying in Kobe privately, and when I checked to make a Reservation at those Hotels, the rates had risen significantly compared with before. So I looked for a Hotel where I could stay at a more reasonable price and found this Hotel, which hadn’t been there previously, and decided to try it. This was my second stay, and despite the reasonable rate, it was a very satisfying experience. The Room isn’t especially large, but with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a large bathtub, it was very relaxing. The Port Tower side has an excellent view, and since the price difference from the city side is small, I recommend choosing that option. It’s a little away from the downtown areas of Sannomiya and Motomachi, but still within easy walking distance. Port Tower, Mosaic, and Kobe Station are very close by as well, so I think the location is not an issue. At breakfast, the rice topped with egg—made with high-quality eggs and soy sauce specifically for egg-over-rice—was delicious; I ended up having seconds. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast venue were also very pleasant and helpful. Overall, it’s a very good Hotel. I’ll continue to stay here in the future—thank you in advance.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Although the weather was bad on the day we arrived, the bathtub was spacious and allowed us to relax and soak at length. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks service from around 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It was comforting that there were also a few snacks available.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    It was clean and in a great location, and I had a wonderful time in Kobe, so I’d like to stay here again. I liked it so much that I’m also interested in the other Hotels in the same group. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but it’s delicious and thoughtfully presented.

    The Room is spacious.

    This is a very calm Hotel, and the Room is spacious, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The waffle-textured pajamas are very comfortable. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it an easy Hotel to stay at.

    The shower head fell off.

    The Room was kept clean and overall I had a comfortable stay. The bidet function on the toilet only produced a very weak, air-mixed stream, which I could overlook. However, the shower head had been replaced with an unusually large and heavy one. When I hung it on the holder/hook, it slipped while my eyes were closed and fell onto my toes. I wasn’t seriously injured, but the fact that it can fall is a concern. I hope you will check whether the hook is suitable for the weight of the shower head. This time I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the lounge, so on my next visit I’d like to make time to relax there.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed for two nights and was able to relax completely. This Hotel has high ceilings, so it feels open and very calming. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks service on the first floor from 3:00 PM. I’m looking forward to staying again.

    A cozy Hotel

    This is a Hotel I really love, and I stay here regularly. It’s close to the station but has a calm atmosphere, so you can relax and take your time. There is a café on the first floor, and at lunchtime people from nearby workplaces came to eat. It’s reasonably priced, tasty, and spacious, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Sannomiya and Kobe Port are also within walking distance—perfect for a stroll.

    Stayed at the accommodation during the New Year holidays. This time, I was on a lower floor, but I could see a bit of the Port Tower from the window, and the room itself was clean and left a decent impression. However, what really bothered me during my stay was the "odor." The smell from the bathroom drain spread throughout the room, and even with an air purifier set to maximum, it couldn't be resolved. It was so bad that I hesitated to use the toilet. Since it was crowded during New Year's holidays, I didn't request a room change... Other reviews mentioned similar issues, so it might be a structural problem. This part was truly disappointing. Breakfast left an average impression. It was nice to have drinks available.

    Highly recommended for your trip to Kobe!

    Great value for money, with the Room and amenities being perfect! The location is excellent, and I stayed for 3 nights to explore various places around Kobe. Every day was comfortable. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kobe!

    I am a repeat guest. The Hotel has good access from the station and offers a relaxing atmosphere with its calm interior design. This time, the Room had a great view, and the night scenery was beautiful. The breakfast is elaborate and very delicious, making it hard not to overeat. All the front desk staff provide pleasant service, and I would love to stay here again.

    It was my first stay.

    I stayed at the accommodation during my trip to Kobe for a refreshing getaway. It is conveniently located near Kobe Station, within walking distance to Meriken Park and Motomachi. I even walked to Sannomiya. The interior and room were clean and stylish, with a spacious and comfortable bathtub. The night view from the room was also wonderful. The staff provided excellent service, making me want to extend my stay. I look forward to staying here again!

    Very good Hotel.

    A very good Hotel located within a 3-minute walk from Kobe Station Central Exit. The Hotel is quite new and spacious, with very polite staff. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the street, and supermarkets as well as restaurants like Yoshinoya near the station. However, it becomes very quiet after 9 PM, which may not be suitable for active travelers.

    A reasonably priced, slightly upscale Business Hotel

    Stayed during the September holiday with my spouse. The price was a little over 32,000 yen for two people, including a breakfast buffet, which is slightly expensive for a Business Hotel. However, the rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. The buffet menu was quite extensive. There was a welcome drink service during check-in hours. Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store right in front and several restaurants nearby, so there were no particular inconveniences. The hotel’s attached parking lot (2,000 yen per night) has limited spaces and can only be reserved online starting at midnight one week prior; it always showed as fully booked whenever I checked. While I didn’t check at midnight myself, it made me wonder if reservations are truly possible or if priority is given to certain connections. Fortunately, there are several larger coin-operated parking lots nearby (around 3,000 yen per night), so finding parking wasn’t an issue even when arriving by car—though it would be nice if they partnered with these lots. Depending on the room orientation, don’t expect much of a view from this accommodation. For this price range of twin rooms, the space felt small but had good soundproofing overall.

    The best Business Hotel. The Room was new, well-cleaned, and had a sense of cleanliness, allowing me to rest with peace of mind. Although I booked a single room, they upgraded me to a corner twin room, so I could enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed for a 3-night stay. I use this Hotel every year, and I think it is an excellent Business Hotel. The breakfast, in particular, is very satisfying and something I look forward to each time. The service is neither lacking nor excessive, and unlike some hotels where you feel disappointed because things have changed from before, this Hotel consistently maintains a high standard.     I always look forward to visiting this Hotel regularly. The Room is spacious enough to relax and refresh. After checking out, I usually enjoy a meal at the café, where the fresh vegetables are incredibly delicious. I’m already excited about my next visit!
