  We had a comfortable stay.

  The Room is stylishly designed so it doesn’t feel too small. The Soup Stock Tokyo soup and bread were delicious, and I really enjoyed them at check-in when I was a bit hungry. I had a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently close to Ueno Station, and I was able to relax. Another highlight was the spacious shower booth, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d like to stay again.

  It was very good.

  Until 9:00 p.m., we were free to enjoy freeze-dried soup, drinks, croissants, cupcakes, and more, which we really appreciated. We were also grateful for the mineral water provided in the Room. Breakfast was excellent as well—we enjoyed a very satisfying set with authentic soup, a bagel sandwich, yogurt with fruit, and salad. We also appreciated how close it is to the station. The staff were very kind, and we would like to stay here again when visiting Ueno.

  This was my first time staying here.

  I stayed here for convenience while visiting museums in Ueno. It was a very compact Hotel, but I was very satisfied with the service. However, it was disappointing that there wasn’t a humidifying air purifier provided in the Room. I requested one, but perhaps there were only a few available, so it couldn’t be arranged. Also, if I had to mention something else, the entire Room felt quite dark. The staff were cheerful and greeted me energetically, and when I visit Ueno again, I’d like to stay here again.

  The complimentary bread and soup service was a nice touch.

  I was happy with the complimentary bread and soup service at the front desk. The Room was clean, and I was fully satisfied. The Facility operating noise from the station side was a little loud, but the Room was comfortable, so it wasn’t enough to bother me.
