    Convenient and Quiet Hotel

    It was a rainy day, but being directly connected to the station was very convenient and kept me mostly dry. Since it’s a new Hotel, it was clean, and the service was excellent. When I entered, I noticed an odor in the Room, but the front desk staff quickly prepared another Room for me. There were some hairs on the bed, but I decided not to mention it again—oh well! The large public bath had a milky-white open-air bath with a great atmosphere and plenty of space; I went there twice. The Room was spacious enough to place luggage on tables and other surfaces, making it very practical. Rooms on the river side are quiet with almost no noise from trains. As a Business Hotel, it is more than sufficient. Looking forward to staying again!

    Wonderful

    A wonderful Hotel. I was healed by the clean and spacious Room and the lovely bath on the 11th floor. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    - There was a convenient system where you could put items bought at the Seven below the Hotel into a designated basket and bring them back to your Room (the basket can be returned to the front desk). - It's also convenient because it's close to the station! It's also close to Umeda! - It was unfortunate that I could hear the noise and voices from next door, which made me keep the TV on all the time. - It was nice that there were two types of hairdryers in the women's large public bath, but it would be convenient to have a place to put wet used towels in the public bath. This way, you don't have to bring them back to the Room... - This is a matter of customer manners, but I didn't like that there were people wandering around the changing room wearing slippers, so it would be better to have a proper shoe rack prepared. (It might just be that they didn't know, but it seemed dirty...)

    It was comfortable.

    I used it for a concert at Osaka Castle Hall. It was convenient to have a dedicated basket at the convenience store. I hope for improvement as the Room wear was a bit prickly to the touch.

    Very satisfied!

    I wanted to stay at a hotel at the end of the year, so I chose a property with a large public bath and buffet breakfast. The room was on the 10th floor, offering a great view. The sunset and night view were beautiful, and I could even see Osaka Castle between the buildings. Although it was a single room, it had a sofa and table, and since the wall-mounted TV allowed Netflix if subscribed, I could enjoy a movie while dining, which was great. The large public bath had a system to check the congestion, so it was nice to enter during less crowded times. Both the indoor and outdoor baths were clean and spacious, and the lockers in the changing room had locks, which was reassuring. The convenience store on the second floor was accessible in loungewear from the room, making shopping very convenient. The breakfast included a variety of colorful salads like those found in department store basements, and the freshly baked croissants and bruschetta were very delicious. There were hearty options like omelets, fried shrimp, and curry, and above all, it was great to be able to consume a lot of different vegetables! Although I live in Osaka City, I would definitely stay again when I want to experience a travel mood nearby. I was very satisfied with the wonderful hotel stay!

    The access was very ...

    The access was very good, the hotel interior was stylish, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a different buffet type than before, but it was an upgraded meal and very delicious. I definitely want to include breakfast when I stay again.

    Great location, disappointing bath.

    It was very convenient, just a short walk from Kyobashi Station, with a convenience store on the floor below the front desk and close to the event hall at Osaka Castle Park. The room's facilities were easy to use, and if you're just staying to sleep after work or an event, the cost performance is great, and I was very satisfied. However, as many people have written, the much-anticipated large public bath had a narrow washing area with no partitions, and it was close to the bathtub, so soap would fly around, making it impossible to wash your hair or body slowly. The microbubble open-air bath was pleasant, and my skin became smooth, but... Since there was no other choice, I tried to wash my hair in the room's shower (without filling the bathtub with water), but the drainage was terrible, and dirty water accumulated at my feet, which was the worst. There are many complaints about men's razors being charged, but what surprised me was the lack of shower caps, even for sale! I think many women use shower caps to keep their hair dry during face washing or bathing, and despite the hotel having many female guests, there were none in the amenity bar or the large public bath, and none for sale, which left me astonished. Even if the accommodation fee were 100 yen higher, I think it would leave a much better impression if they quietly offered "razors for male guests, shower caps for female guests (or let them choose their preference)" as a service. The front desk and cleaning staff were cheerful and left a good impression, but considering the bath situation, I'm unsure if I would visit again.
