    Great value for money.

    Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

    Delicious breakfast.

    This was my first time staying here. In the Room, there were loungewear items to change into when moving around the Hotel. I tried wearing them to go to the Onsen on the 11th floor, but they were small for me as I am slightly overweight. I could wear them, but after using the Onsen, when my body was a bit damp, they were hard to take off and put back on. I also wore the underwear without noticing at first, but later I saw that it was frayed and had a hole. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, with made-to-order fluffy omurice and large fried shrimp among many Western-style dishes, and everything was very delicious. The only disappointing point was that while there is plain rice, it seemed like it was set up mainly for eating with curry rice in a bowl; I wish there had been a few more pickles or similar items. The Hotel staff were very attentive and excellent overall, but I would like them to do something about the loungewear being on the small side.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    It was easy to find from Kyobashi Station, and I arrived smoothly. Check-in is basically done at a self-service machine, but when I said it was my first time, the staff explained it clearly. The Room was simple and easy to use, and the loungewear came as separate top and bottom pieces in a soft fabric and a color that suits anyone—very thoughtfully chosen. When I went to the bath right away, someone had just left, so I was able to relax in private. While wondering what to do for dinner, I went downstairs and saw that the restaurant used for breakfast seemed to be open. However, since I didn’t know what they served, I went instead to a place I found online. In the morning at breakfast, there were many options such as made-to-order omurice and chicken yogurt curry. Everything was delicious—I ate too much. The homemade pudding was also great. If it’s like this, dinner last night would surely have been good too, so maybe I should have eaten here. It would have been easier to go in if there had been some guidance at the Hotel—like mentioning any guest perks or services. Even after checkout, I relaxed in the lobby before visiting the Sanno Art Museum across the street. As a woman in my 60s traveling alone, I had no problems and enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

    Room odor

    The moment I entered the Room, the smell from an ozone deodorizer filled the space, and the bathroom was filled with a drain odor. Although the guest room was clean, unfortunately it was an unpleasant stay.

    Clean and close to the station.

    It was a very clean Hotel. The Room had a table and a sofa that was a bit firm, but it was convenient. The amenities were eco-friendly, as you bring what you need. Breakfast was delicious, with an omelet, croissants, and salad. It was disappointing that there was no fruit. Overall, I thought it was very good.

    You can reach us from the JR station without getting wet in the rain. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. Unlike the Keihan side, the area is not crowded and feels pleasant. I couldn't use the large public bath this time, but I look forward to trying it on my next visit.

    Very convenient from Kyobashi Station.

    This was my first time staying here. The location is excellent (right next to the JR tracks), but the train noise is not very noticeable. The Room size is decent, and the large desk makes it easy to work inside the Room. Amenities are available at the front desk for you to pick up, and all essentials are provided. The public bath displays its crowd status on TV, which is helpful. Since there are a limited number of washing stations, it's recommended to check beforehand. The open-air bath features a microbubble system; however, due to low outside temperatures during my stay, it was too cold to soak for long despite its refreshing openness. Noise from neighboring rooms was hardly noticeable as well. Breakfast options were not extensive but sufficient—there was even mixed juice! This Hotel is very convenient if you're starting from Kyobashi Station.

    This is my first visit in 9 months. Last time, the public bath was too crowded to use, but this time it was pleasantly quiet, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the public bath and the open-air bath.

    It was very comfortable!

    Stayed after visiting the Osaka Expo. The hotel is directly connected to Kyobashi Station, making it easy to find even for someone like me who struggles with directions. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and cheerfully, allowing for a pleasant check-in experience. The room was very clean, and I was impressed by the presence of a Plasmacluster air purifier. Additionally, the large desk in the room made it suitable for business travelers. I used the public bath on the 11th floor, and particularly enjoyed the silky bath with microbubbles—it was incredibly relaxing. There were two types of hair dryers available, both gentle on hair. As I chose a No Meals Included Plan, breakfast was not provided; however, there is a 7-Eleven located on the second floor of the hotel which made things convenient. Regarding luggage storage before check-in—a common concern for travelers—the hotel offered mini lockers similar to those at sports gyms. This freed me from having to search for coin lockers and allowed me to travel light to my destination.

    I stayed here to attend a live event. The direct connection to the station is very convenient. The Room and bathroom are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Close to the station and extremely convenient.

    The location near Kyobashi Station was incredibly convenient. The Room was compact yet functional, with a desk by the window that made it easy to work. Having a 7-Eleven on the second floor was also very handy. Breakfast, though not offering many options, was delicious. However, when I went around 9 AM, most of the salad and other items were already gone. Thanks to the late checkout Plan, I could relax in the Room even after breakfast. One downside was that the provided sleepwear caused itching and I couldn't continue wearing it. For those with sensitive skin, bringing your own sleepwear is recommended.

    For the event at Coo...

    For the event at Cool Japan Hall, you will stay in a twin room. The room is spacious, equipped with two chairs and a table, providing a relaxing space for both guests. The beds are very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The large public bath helps relieve fatigue and offers relaxation, making it an excellent accommodation experience. We look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

    This was my first time using this service. It is very convenient as it is close to the station. Having a convenience store nearby was also helpful. My Room was upgraded on the day, making it very comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to use the large public bath, which was disappointing. I would definitely like to use this service again next time!

    I want to repeat.

    This was my first stay, and to conclude, I would love to stay at this hotel again. [Service] I might have missed the explanation, but when I struggled with how to use the elevator, a staff member kindly came over and explained it again. At breakfast buffet time, I was greeted with a cheerful "Good morning," and as I left, they said "Have a great day," which made for a pleasant start to my morning. The food was excellent—especially the freshly made omelet and some kind of meat with mashed potatoes (I forgot its name). [Facility] The bath area included both an open-air bath and an indoor large public bath. I enjoyed them both at night and in the morning. While there wasn’t much of a view, being able to see the sky felt refreshing! What stood out most was that you could check the crowd status of the baths on your room TV—very convenient! Amenities were minimal but sufficient, placed near reception. This eco-friendly approach reduced waste significantly. [Noise Issues] As mentioned in reviews, sounds like "room noise" or "elevator mechanical sounds" were faintly audible but didn’t bother me personally—I slept well through it all. Perhaps it helped that no one around me made constant noise during my stay. However, stepping into the hallway revealed alarm clocks ringing from other rooms quite clearly. It did make me wonder if any sound from my room might disturb others nearby.

    I stayed for 2 Multiple Night Stay. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent, allowing me to sleep well. I was also happy to find a face pack among the amenities.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here for the Kyocera Dome concert. It was convenient as I could get there without transfers on the subway. The salmon fry and smoothies at breakfast were delicious. It would be nice to have miso soup, even if it changes daily.

    I am a repeat guest....

    I am a repeat guest. The location is very convenient, making it easy to use, and there is a convenience store next door, which is very handy. The Hotel has a clean and relaxing interior. The breakfast is very delicious and one of my favorites. All the staff provide pleasant service, and after check-out, they bowed until the elevator doors closed as I was leaving. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to stay again.

    Public Bath

    This was my first time using the large public bath, and I was extremely satisfied, using it almost every day. The TV display showing less crowded times allowed me to enjoy it during quieter periods, making the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely use it again.

    Surprisingly convenient, even in Kyobashi!

    Overall, it was great. I had never heard of this Hotel before, but you can reach it from the station without getting wet in the rain. The staff's service was excellent, and the Hotel is new, allowing for a pleasant morning. Since Reviews mentioned that breakfast was good, I decided to add it after arriving at the Hotel. Although there were no yogurt or fruits, they offered items like hamburger steak and omelet rice. Everything tasted delicious overall. The soup and pudding were especially tasty! If you're coming from Shikoku, using the Hanshin Free Pass makes it convenient to visit Kyocera Dome as well.

    You can access the hotel directly from the station without going outside, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, making it extremely convenient. The breakfast at the café on the first floor was also delicious.

    Solo Travel

    I chose this Hotel for its convenient location near Kyobashi Station. It was truly just a short walk from the station, and with a covered walkway leading directly to the Hotel entrance, it was extremely convenient. Osaka Castle was also easily accessible by crossing the bridge, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant evening stroll. However, it would have been even better if basic skincare products like lotion and moisturizer were provided. Additionally, while facial cleanser was listed as available, I believe most women might not use what is labeled as hand or face soap.

    In recent years, many Business Hotels have focused on breakfast, but it's rare to find one with such a unique character, making it truly noteworthy. There are no boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, or rolled omelets here, but they do serve omelet rice. No toast is available, but you'll find high-quality croissants, open sandwiches, and even sweet red bean butter. There's no miso soup but corn potage instead; no meatballs but hamburg steak infused with the rich flavor of wagyu beef; no grilled salmon but fried salmon with unlimited tartar sauce. Add to that carefully crafted deli salads, handmade smoothies, and pudding... Be careful not to overindulge—you might skip lunch! The Room is compact yet clean and offers sufficient desk space. Since I needed to work during my stay, I chose a room with a movable chair (not the built-in sofa type), which was very convenient for productivity. A chair with casters would have been ideal—but at this price point—no complaints. Whether I was just lucky or it's always like this is unclear; however, even during my Multiple Night Stay there were no noisy guests around. The shared spaces like the large public bath and breakfast area were peaceful as well. Speaking of shared spaces—the comfortable loungewear and slippers provided for use within the Hotel were an excellent touch!

    The place was new and clean, making my stay very comfortable! The Onsen was also clean, and since I went late at night, it was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again!

    Very close to the station, offering peace of mind.

    The hotel is conveniently connected to the station, providing both ease of access and a sense of security. Being new, it is clean and features a large public bath. Surprisingly, it offers better access to various locations compared to the Umeda area. The fried shrimp at breakfast was a highlight! I will definitely return.

    The public bath was excellent.

    This was my first stay. The breakfast smoothies, hamburg steak, omelet rice, and various vegetable dishes were delicious. The public bath had a comfortable size, and the open-air bath was great. However, a foreign guest who came later entered the bathtub directly without washing their body first and only washed afterward. It might be helpful to display illustrated instructions on how to use the public bath in visible places like elevators, the front desk, or near amenities. When I stayed at a Hotel with a public bath in Umeda before, there were many illustrated instructions in noticeable spots. I don't think anyone would feel uncomfortable seeing such guidance. Thank you for considering this suggestion—I will definitely stay here again!
